I am so excited Vancouver has a T4 now!! I used to live down the street from one in California and I missed it so much! Popcorn chicken and fries are always a good snack. Flavorful yummy teas, and good quality boba. This has to be one of the worst boba places and it's a shame because the staff was so sweet and friendly . I walked in and ordered two of the most popular menu items -Mango Coconut milk with Green tea jelly and Elegant rose Royal Tea. Uggh both the drinks tasted like crap and we ended up just dumping them despite trying really hard to finish at first . Just tasteless , no sweetness and none of the flavors came through . Months ago we went there to check out the boba drinks and showed up for happy hour. Happy, yes indeed. They were a bit busy but they turned around those drinks in quick order. I got a fresh avocado smoothie. They weren't kidding. Super fresh. You can add sweetener or not. I opted to try it as is. If you have a sweet tooth, add sweetener. I found it refreshing. My partner had the taro boba drink. No sweetener, but he wished he had. Nonetheless, he was happy with it. I tasted it and thought it was sweet enough. Overall, delicious! I put this review on the wrong boba business originally so I removed the old and put it on this one. Sorry if I misled anyone. Then today we went in and their credit card machine was down. Cash only. I don't know about you, but I rarely carry cash. We stepped away to leave and return later, perhaps with cash. Surprisingly they said don't worry about it, we'll make them for you and come back again. They're not only a great business but also great service. That's unheard of. We'll be back, and with a huge tip. Such a great selection. They have soy milk to replace regular milk. They even have a small selection of food options. I'm going to try those next time. Nice boba place with some pretty good variety. They also serve snacks, but we only got drinks. The boba doesn't stand out above and beyond others, but it's decent enough. The staff really makes this place what it is. If it wasn't for the friendly employees, this would have been a 3 star review. Everyone was super friendly. Very willing to give recommendations and described the drink options well when we wanted to try something new. Decorations were a little sparse and there weren't a lot of places to sit inside. However there were several (maybe 5) tables on the sidewalk outside. Looks like everyone (including us) got their orders to go, so there wasn't any demand for seating. I only recently moved to the area, but was happy to see a boba place I recognized near to where I live. T4 is a chain with many locations in the Bay area in California. They are usually a decent option, though in my opinion it was a bit hard to compete with a lot of the great boba places in the bay. What I always did like about T4 is that the locations I used to go to had a good amount of seating, as well as free wifi. I could do some work while sipping on a boba, and that was usually what made me decide to go to T4. This location was a bit different from what I was used to. When I went, it was quite empty, and it was on the weekend which was a little surprising. There is very limited seating, with no actual tables. I don't think I saw any board games either on my cursory glance. That was a bit disappointing, as I was hanging out with friends at that time and I had come with the impression that we'd have some space to sit and chat, as well as do some work. I asked about wifi for customers, but they didn't have any set up at that point (and if they did, they did not know the password). In terms of the drink, I ordered my usual go-to for T4, Earl Gray with 30% ice and 50% sweet. Their drinks do tend to run on the sweeter side overall. One friend didn't adjust his sweetness and he was shocked with how sweet his mango-based drink was at 100% sweetness. However, mine was a bit underwhelming. The tea flavor was a bit weaker than what I was used to. I had asked and this location had only been open for about a month, so they probably are still working out the kinks. I have noticed that at least in Vancouver, the Asian food scene feels to still be in the growing stages. If you need a quick boba fix in the area, this is a reasonable place to go. Overall, I'd give it 3.5 stars but the employees were nice and service was quick, so am bumping it up to 4 stars. read more

After more than a year of "construction" this place has finally opened. T4 is a boba franchise with many locations in Oregon. I'm glad they finally opened up here in Vancouver. Currently still a soft opening, but I got a yogurt green tea with aloe with 50% sweet and 30% ice. I usually get my drinks 70% sweet and I was worried 50% sweet was going to be too bland, but it was still very sweet. Nice little boba shop with a few seating! Glad there's another good boba place serving the Vancouver area. It's located in a small plaza with not too much parking next to the seize the bagel and angels donuts. read more

T4 is one of my top 2 favorite boba places. Not only is their drinks unique and their pearls are always perfectly made, their food is absolutely delicious as well. My all time favorite is the deep fried squid. It has a nice crunch and spice to it. Not too much batter and as you can see the squid size is a pretty good size. I have to say I have been to quite a few boba spots in Vancouver and this one is one of the best coming in second as my favorite. My bf got the earl grey milk tea with pearls and I got the caramel milk tea with coffee jelly. Actually went here about a month ago. Knowing that it was still soft opening, there were quite a few things to work out. We ordered the Roasted Oolong Milk Tea w/ Boba & Pudding (our regular T4 order) and I guess they were still working on their portioning because they filled half the cup with boba and dumped a little bit out to make it about 1/3, then added the pudding to make a little more than half cup of add-ons. However, the tea and textures of the add-ons were good so despite the milk tea to add-on ratio, I would give the drink a 8.5/10. Better than some of its sister locations across the river. Will stop by again if I'm back on the west side of Vancouver. read more

I liked their taro bubble tea a lot, and they were very friendly. But they didn't offer even one caffeine free bubble tea option. We were there in the evening and I wanted to be able to sleep well. You could only get smoothies caffeine free and it was too cold for a smoothie. read more

This place is great. I've always had very nice interactions with employees. The teas are good. The popcorn chicken and the fried Tofu are SO good. We don't even go for the tea, we go for the food! Just stopped by for a drink. I ordered lychee green tea with 50% sweet and 80% ice. The staff are still very new and have to look at the recipe cards, but they are working hard and trying. However, I got a jasmine tea with lychee in instead, and it was very strong. I'm Asian and I don't think jasmine goes well with lychee. Two favors are fighting too strong for me. Maybe, their green tea is jasmine tea...I'm not sure, but other boba places do not do jasmine tea as green tea. Their prices are reasonable though. Three stars are for service and price. read more
