I am not from here but from Texas. We visit here 1-2 times a year for family. Saw a familiar boba shop and decided to come in. Their drinks are definitely better here than the ding teas in Dallas. I love the decoration in the shop and the friendly staff. The day before, I had a lady, super sweet and she recommended some great drinks! My family did not let an ounce go to waste! The 2 guys working the counter today was super friendly as well! What we ordered: Taro slush 50% sugar Honey green tea 50% sugar Thai milk tea Wintermelon tea 50% with jelly Mulberry milk tea slush 70% sugar Taro and honey was our favorite drinks!! We will definitely be back when we visit!

We are so glad that Ding Tea finally opened a location on this side of town! We stopped in last week and the customer service was great. They are on top of things and they are much more organized than Kung Fu Tea across the street. The owner is so nice, friendly and always so welcoming when we stop by either of her locations. This location is so cute and so clean. Very bright and white and the decor is so nice. We love their drinks and we appreciate how nice and fast their service is! We will definitely be coming back. It's the perfect location because it right next to one of our fave Thai restaurants!

Unfortunately at this time I will be going here when the owner is there. I have ordered multiple times but this time they had someone working with very little experience making drinks. I ordered an oolong hot tea, and it was so dark and bitter that I threw it away right when I came home because it taste like coffee. I also ordered a coffee slush that was very bitter as well. My daughters Taro slush was perfect because they also had someone there that knew how to make a drink . It's important that training is provided. Otherwise, you will have situations like this because I know this is a good business and very nice people. I just had a very bad experience, and my drinks were awful.

Pretty bad. If ratings were just customer service - 5 stars. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. I'm sorry but Ding Tea needs to train their franchisees. This doesn't even compare to the L.A. ones or even the Portland location I've tried. We tried this new location and ordered our usual coffee boba but as the previous review said, it was so bitter we threw them out.

Love this tea shop, they have great boba, lots of different drinks and flavor options and the staff is so kind and friendly its me and my daughter's favorite boba place in town.

We had the new Monster Boba latte and the brown sugar milk tea. It was delicious and refreshing!

Customer service was great but the tea was terrible. I got the strawberry milk tea. Tasted like dirty water with strawberry jam mixed in.

The ube flavor really came through without being too artificial or overly sweet. Perfect on a warm day. Service: Not Rated Order by tablet and it came out fast. Walking in on a Saturday afternoon, the place was quite crowded with a line at the cash register, but for some reason no line at the order kiosk. When I visited, there was a interesting Korean build-your-own instant ramen shop in their soft opening phase in the shop connected to (and only enterable from) Softea. Assam Black Milk Tea, Regular Size, 50% Sweet, Less Ice, Non-Dairy Creamer w/ Boba ($7.20) - The milk tea has a good body and is shaken until foam develops on the surface. The Assam tea base tastes fruity, almost a bit like plum, mixed with plenty of malt essence. It's not too sweet at half and is generally good to drink. The boba is a little firm for my tastes, but is mostly acceptable. The pearls are smaller than normal boba, not mini sized, but probably could expand a bit more with more boil and soak time. They do have good, consistently smooth exteriors. Note: Less ice is still a lot of ice Milk Tea Rating: 4.5/5 Boba Rating: 4/5 Softea serves some decent boba. I wish they put in a little less ice, but there are certainly worse options in Vancouver. Bathrooms - Single unisex room.

We were there as the last 4 of the first 100 customers so we got the goodie bags, cute jar of milk tea and some croc charms and keychain, no more stickers. Line got busy quickly and they did a 40% discount today as well. They did forget 2 out of 7 of our beverages so while we were waiting for all our drinks they just spaced out and forgot and continued on with processing more orders. So our other 2 tests didn't come until 20-30 mins later. I would say as they continue on with their business and get the hang on it will be better. Always room for improvement! would recommend letting them know if you've been waiting for more than 10 minutes to remind them as they're very busy with processing walk in orders and takeaways like uber eats etc. Very cute decor and it has very limited seating and space to stand to wait inside. Parking lot is shared with other shops and businesses nearby. Ordered their original bubble waffle as they're out of icecream or there was some technical issues so it doesn't work well. I custom made my drink as I sampled their rose milk tea and really loved the rose aroma but wanted refreshing drink on a hot day like today. I ordered paradise fruit tea with fresh fruits like a passion fruit seed, chia seed, strawberry, lemon/lime and watermelon etc and added a hint of rose syrup with extra jasmine green tea and had it overall less sweetened from other sweeteners. It came out perfect! Would recommend giving it a try if you like rose scent and flavor and enjoy a good fruit tea. we also got a galaxy drink, avocado blended shake, taro blended shake, peach lemongrass tea, sugar cane drink and my fruit tea. would come again for sure when in area, very cute place!

Pros: good mochi donuts & banh mi, great variety of drinks!…read more Cons: service has been very very hit or miss. Have been here a handful of times and usually treat it as a banh mi + sweet treat moment, but gosh the last interaction/experience made me not want to return. I placed an online order because I had a flight to catch later and wanted to be able to pick up a quick banh mi on the way. I arrived the scheduled time and they hadn't seen the order or even started working on it. It seemed like there may have been a tech issue or error, so eh I was fine with waiting. They did throw in a mochi donut for my wait/issue which was nice. However....it just snowballed from there. They handed me my drinks and sandwiches and I was just out the door when I looked in the bag and realized they had forgotten the vegetarian banh mi I had ordered myself -- this would have been very unfortunate since I'm vegetarian and the other two in the bag were pork. I had to wait even longer, a second time, for this order to be completed and really felt like it'd been a waste of time to try and schedule the order. Because of all of the delays, I had a very limited amount of time to eat and it honestly soured my experience overall. The teas are fine but not my favorite in the area and sadly after my last visit, I'm going to search for a new banh mi spot for bites.

The restaurant was empty, but an employee came to the register as soon as I entered. I selected two of the Chinese New Year flavors, black sesame and mandarin orange. I loved the tart citrus flavor of the orange, but the sesame was just okay. The donuts were a little on the greasy side in my opinion, I've had better. The restaurant itself is clean and organized with a fun sitting area and even some games.
