I also got 25% sugar with less ice, which is my typical order, but it tasted like VERY watered-down tea. I would essentially describe it as water with a bit of tea flavor. If it were a powdered drink (instead of real tea), I would prefer to have known early on because I would have changed my order. The boba was also very mushy and overcooked. Maybe I was unlucky the day I went. I would be down to give this place another shot, however. There are not many boba options in downtown Vancouver, so I think this place definitely fills that need/want.

So our other 2 tests didn't come until 20-30 mins later. I would say as they continue on with their business and get the hang on it will be better. I ordered paradise fruit tea with fresh fruits like a passion fruit seed, chia seed, strawberry, lemon/lime and watermelon etc and added a hint of rose syrup with extra jasmine green tea and had it overall less sweetened from other sweeteners. They handed me my drinks and sandwiches and I was just out the door when I looked in the bag and realized they had forgotten the vegetarian banh mi I had ordered myself -- this would have been very unfortunate since I'm vegetarian and the other two in the bag were pork. I had to wait even longer, a second time, for this order to be completed and really felt like it'd been a waste of time to try and schedule the order.
