Been here a couple times and I really like this spot. Parking can sometimes be a little tight but their drinks are delicious and make it worth it. I've tried their milk tea as well as their fruity refreshing teas and the flavors are always so good. Staff is always very nice as well.

You can order at the counter or here

Customer service was 10/10 and my drink was really good. Would deff be coming back and would recommend!

Stopped in for their grand opening and received good bags with their Jasmin milk tea in a cute little bottle, as well as croc charms, stickers and a keychain. The service was good! I was 3rd in line but it quickly got busy a little after they opened. It's a cute boba shop but extremely small. The parking lot is also very small and tight. It's located in the same plaza as the Asian store and Mexican shops. The business owner was so nice and welcoming. The drinks were also really good! Will definitely be returning soon to try other drinks!

Very friendly staff. I asked what the HonCha was like and they gave me a sample. They give a decent amount of boba too. The mochi waffles were the best out of all the places we've been to, according to my husband. He said they taste like bibingka (Filipino dessert bread that he loves). When you buy ice cream with it, you get a free topping. The serving is a bit small (looks like they use 6-8" round waffle makers), so my pic is already when we took a few bites and it was half gone already. The blended drinks were a little icy, but I would just tell them to blend it extra smooth next time. Willing to go back and try the different toppings they have for the drinks. I've never heard of toast foam so will probably try that next. Pic

Taro milk tea with coconut milk

I got the taro milk tea. The tea wasn't the best and the boba was not fresh at all, It was so chewy and dry.

Ube milk tea

This is a must try cute little boba shop! I've been here 2 times getting Ube milk tea & Thai milk tea, which turned out looking exactly like on the menu & tasted really good! Price is surprisingly affordable in the area. Cozy and welcoming interiors with friendly staff. Will definitely come back and might become a regular

Ube Coconut Smoothie was super delish! Service was the best! Our boba barista was wonderful. The place is small but worth the visit.

I have to say, we got this around lunch time, we were home before 1this afternoon. I had this in…read morethe fridge and 4 1/2 hours later it's still so good! My bobas are still soft and chewy, the taste is great although I did get it half sweet. We also got an assortment of mochi donuts and they are great and fresh also. We'll be back.

Pros: good mochi donuts & banh mi, great variety of drinks!…read more Cons: service has been very very hit or miss. Have been here a handful of times and usually treat it as a banh mi + sweet treat moment, but gosh the last interaction/experience made me not want to return. I placed an online order because I had a flight to catch later and wanted to be able to pick up a quick banh mi on the way. I arrived the scheduled time and they hadn't seen the order or even started working on it. It seemed like there may have been a tech issue or error, so eh I was fine with waiting. They did throw in a mochi donut for my wait/issue which was nice. However....it just snowballed from there. They handed me my drinks and sandwiches and I was just out the door when I looked in the bag and realized they had forgotten the vegetarian banh mi I had ordered myself -- this would have been very unfortunate since I'm vegetarian and the other two in the bag were pork. I had to wait even longer, a second time, for this order to be completed and really felt like it'd been a waste of time to try and schedule the order. Because of all of the delays, I had a very limited amount of time to eat and it honestly soured my experience overall. The teas are fine but not my favorite in the area and sadly after my last visit, I'm going to search for a new banh mi spot for bites.

Softea - Got the Cappycino and the new Strawberry Mango Tea. And soft serve for the kiddos.

I knew of the capybara theme of this place prior to coming, but was pleasantly surprised by how big…read moreand cute this cafe was. There is merch, board games, and a spacious, well-lit seating area in the back. I love the Instagram counter they had. The staff were all very kind, and the order arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't like the drink that much. First, it was not filled all the way; They could have just added a bit more ice. I also got 25% sugar with less ice, which is my typical order, but it tasted like VERY watered-down tea. I would essentially describe it as water with a bit of tea flavor. If it were a powdered drink (instead of real tea), I would prefer to have known early on because I would have changed my order. The boba was also very mushy and overcooked. Maybe I was unlucky the day I went. I would be down to give this place another shot, however. There are not many boba options in downtown Vancouver, so I think this place definitely fills that need/want.

Can't make it to Japan to visit a capybara cafe? No problem, Softea can help reduce the FOMO. This…read morespot serves up tasty soft serve and drinks without completely relying on the gimmick of theming. Many other shops will have amazing aesthetics but mediocre goods. Happy to say Softea does both well for a spot with variety. Prices are great for most basic items but their specialties, infused with toppings and soft serve, charge a premium which is very fair. Street parking available (both angled and parallel parking) for the shops around. Restroom available. Wifi available. Interior is split with a working area (quieter) in front and the capybara lounge in the back (louder), where they ask phone calls to be taken outside of the capybara section so others can enjoy the ambiance. Jasmine Green Milk Tea w/ Boba - a simple green milk tea that has a solid balance of milk to tea. The floral green tea is evident with a creaminess from the milk. Boba had a good chew with light sweetness. Matcha Tornado w/ Boba - like tornado drinks at other places, there's a nice aesthetic of cream swirled on the cup but doesn't mix entirely into the drink. This is a standard across boba shops where the experience could be improved. However, the matcha milk tea and the matcha cream together have a fair matcha flavor, bitter and grassy. Not super strong but present and very delicious.
