Worst customer service EVER! I had been going to FatBoy for about a year and a half, when out of nowhere one of the laziest guys they have working behind the counter (whom seemingly hates his job an the world) screwed up my sale. The next time I went in there I found out he had LIED to the manager telling him "I DEMANDED " a discount. First I would never demand such a thing from anyone. But I had been getting one from everyone else that worked there so sure I "ASKED." I DID NOT DEMAND!!!" I was floored. Like WTF?! So I ended up going down the street and found a vape store where they are happy and excited to see me come in every time. I'm always smiling and courteous. After my second visit to my new vape store some guy came in ranting about how rude and F'ed up FatBoy Vape was to him. The same store, the same people literally within three days of them throwing away my $450 dollars a month purchases. Times are tough but I guess they don't need the business. It turned out great for me and I'm super excited about Hawaiian Vape right down the street. So was the ranter. LOL read more

Ignore the negative reviews about this place - when you have a poor experience, nowadays your first instinct is to write a bad review. But when you have a GREAT experience, sometimes writing a good review doesn't come to mind. I've been going to this shop for over a year now, (it's about time I wrote a review) and I won't spend my money anywhere else. If they don't have it, they'll order it. If you have questions, they'll get answered. And if you love dogs, some times there's a friendly lil lady in the store to politely ask you to throw her Kong. This is by far the BEST vape shop I've ever had the pleasure to shop at, and Nathan, Nick, and Stephen are well versed in excellent customer service. They go above and beyond and I will forever remain a loyal customer to this branch. Plus you can't beat the loyalty points that give you discounts on future purchases. Went in tonight with my boyfriend and while I didn't catch the employees name, he was super helpful. He recommended different mods that fit each of us individually. It was 6:00 on a Saturday evening at the Hazel Dale location. Service was terrible. We're new to the game and we heard of this place. We were looking to have some questions answered. Well we came to the wrong place. We were not greeted nor asked if we needed any assistance. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. They were very helpful in helping me pick out the right MG's to start out with and pick the right vape pen. I would highly recommend them. I have gone in here multiple times and every single time I leave their disappointed. I went in there today to see if they had a coil for my vape. I waited a little while till they finished up helping one customer. Then a few others came in and got greeted and helped immediately while I was still waiting. So I left. Decent service. I came in at a not so busy time of day. Bought my first mech mod, very nice mod, however, I would have loved to see a bigger selection. I can't blame them though because of the recent pod trend, there aren't as many people building their own coils. When that happens you don't get many people buying mechs. I was really happy when I was given a free 30ft of 22ga Kanthal wire because they didn't actually have any for sale. If they keep handing out free wire for people when they come to buy juice and mods, they'll definitely see me again. Oh, and they have a good juice selection. read more
