Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays they have tastings of both wine and spirits wear a curated selection is available to sample at the sample bar. At any time, you can ask for samples on many of their products - which is super helpful if you're trying to make up your mind about something new. Their app and website are up-to-date with the inventory, making it easy to see if they've got something in particular before you drive over. That's super handy, particularly if you're used to using the OLCC website for liquor stores in Portland. The store was recently closed for about three months due to damage to the building and while they're coming back, they are not at 100%. In particular as of early July 2025, their coolers are still unavailable and their beer stock is limited However, the staff is still amazing. The selection is great, and the prices are outstanding. Was told by some guy who answered that they weren't doing the hiring and had zero information. Asked to be contacted back to make sure my application/resume went through, and he Kept telling me it probably did but wouldn't tell me for sure or take my info. So I waited two days and called again. The hiring manager, Audrianna, said she would "call mid week the following week to set up interviews". Didn't hear back all week so I called the following Friday, the 10th, and was told she was sick and would be calling Monday to "set up interviews". Monday comes and goes, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt since it was MLK day, and even waited the full day Tuesday, and called again Wednesday and was finally informed, by what I assume to be the same uninformed guy from before, that they already filled the position. Got strung along for two weeks, excuse after excuse, promised to get a call to set up an interview, and nothing. Finally informed the guy who was there, who had zero clue of anything, to just take my name out of the running and to get rid of my application/resume. Don't want to work for people like that. Also, they don't require their employees to have knowledge about vapes so I'd go somewhere where they actually know what they are selling and can answer questions for you. Sad that businesses are allowed to treat people like this. ‍
