The one I had to have was $20 and I asked for a small discount, he obliged, which is always a positive in my book. Here's the thing. They have chillems at the bodega near my house for $8, 10 and 12. They are not nearly as nice of course. The one I recently bought was $11 with tax in Vancouver. So, maybe it makes sense to consider your location, the competition, and price accordingly.
