Don't buy kratom extract here, the owner puts an insane markup on it. You can buy MIT45 extra strong for $17.00 online (pureleafkratom) but he charges $32.00 for it. This place is the sketchiest smoke shop in town. 2 years ago they double charged my card and when I politely asked for a refund I was called a liar and the owner of the store threatened me with violence even though I had a bank statement with the double charge. I just went back today to give them another chance and was sold a already opened bottle of juice. I got home to open it and notice the sticker was ripped and then when I took the bottle out of the box the safety seal was broke that is absolutely disgusting I don't know weather someone used it, put something in it or they were using it to show customers and let them smell it. With corona virus this is completely unsanitary and not right. They were also letting people smell the juice which requires taking your mask off which is not allowed right now. This place needs to be shut down they are a disgrace and a terribly ran company. read more

I went back next day the manager wouldn't refund money or give me credit on 1 since I opened only to find out it wasn't what I asked for didn't use. The manager only wanted to argue not give customer service . After it was all said and done he informed me had I not spoke my peace he would have given me refund . This is my favorite place to get e-cigarette gear! I always feel right at home here. The employees are just amazing people who make you feel right at home. Some days I'll just go into the shop and sit and talk with Ryan for a few hours(something a lot if other shops just get annoyed with). I'm a complete noob in the vaping world. I did a Google search and found Rick B's great review on Yelp. Sounded worth giving this place a go! Walking in I saw 2 things that really impressed me: the warm greeting from the owner and a smorgasbord of eliquids on the counter! It was great to try before you buy. I found ALOT of flavors I liked, deciding on "vanilla shake" (mmmmm!) I also like the fact you can get the liquid in smaller and cheaper bottles, it'll make it possible to buy the other flavors I liked rather than eventually having a ton of half-used bottles as I'm on my flavor quest. Since I started vaping, I quit smoking (cigarettes) cold turkey. I'm already lowering my nicotine levels- my goal is to vape zero nicotine in 3 months- not bad! So Ive been in here a few times and the kids behind the counter are always very knowledgeable and helpful. I was in a few days ago to buy a vape pen which I was sure I was told there was a 7 day return policy and apparently I was wrong. Once you buy, youre stuck with it no matter what. Went in today to return it and the kid behind the counter was polite and explained their return policy which I wasn't very happy about. The problem is the guy that sits in the back left of the shop on the computer is TOTALLY RUDE. As soon as he heard I was unhappy with the return policy he chimes in with an attitude saying "If we returned every vape pen we'd be out of business", "You've had your mouth on that!", "We don't return things because you don't like them", "This isn't Wal-Mart" Ive dealt with this guy once before, he totally ignored me as I waited for the clerks to help other customers. A "We'll be right with you" was apparently too hard for him to say. This guy has no customer service skills and dosent know how to handle matters he doesn't agree with in a polite manner.
