I met Matt the owner and even though Matt didn't have the exact piece I was looking for he did offer to order it and would happen in a couple days, but he went one step higher and we actually were able to build the piece I was looking for in three different pieces which was still close to what I was looking for and I was able to get me up and running again and each piece was very inexpensive quality glass decent prices. This shop has a lot of unique pieces comes with an knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this show to anyone looking for any smoking related products. I was having the worst week ever. My dog passed away unexpectedly on Thursday and by Saturday I was dying to smoke. I'd quit cigarettes about 6 months ago so I needed something else. Been coming to this place for awhile. Staff is friendly, store is clean, there's a fairly large selection of glass and easy parking in a large shared lot. Unfortunately what I don't like is that one day they give you good deals and price breaks for being loyal, the next day, not so much, and pricing can vary quite a bit (same items) depending on who you deal with for the day... disappointing :( Since pricing seems to be steadily increasing I will most likely visit the next shop down the street with the steady lower prices. read more

Don't come in here unless you know your shit. The employees here don't know jack about their products. I only started smoking indica weed cartridges because I need help sleeping so I came in here asking for a oil cartridge battery. I guess he hears something about dabs? He processed to show me a "Yocan Evolve Plus XL". I only spoke cannibis oil cartridges so I literally know nothing else. I ask for a second time, "Well that looks huge, are you sure that works with the 510 oil cartridges?" He opens to show me what looks like will FIT a 510 oil cartridge. I'm still hesitant but he's like "this is the best bang for your buck." I thinking he knew what he was talking about working there, proceeded to buy it. Well guess what? It does not work. I called him and he said "You said a dab catridge" which made sense to me that he must have heard "dab" instead of "oil" considering I don't even know wtf a "dab" pen is. So I proceed to tell him "Well it doesn't work with my cartridges" He says "Not all cartridges are the same, sorry, it could be that, I don't know." I tried it with a pre-fill from oregrown, buddies, avidas, and craft. None of them worked. So, I asked him "well could I come in and swap it for a regular weed oil pen?" he just says "no we can't swap it but you can come get one of those, we have them for 20 bucks. Well that's the thing man, I did come in looking for one and you steered me in some direction and then gave me false information when I specifically asked if it worked with oil cartridges. I get it, no return policy, but when YOUR guy sells you the wrong shit, own up to your mistake. Wasted 50 bucks on this thing. Do not recommend these guys. I like it here. Everyone is very helpful. I do think it's more a store for bongs and pipes. Not a very large vape selection. What they do carry is really good. Out of stock on some of my favorites, but on a bright note, that's made me try different vape flavored and brands, that became my favorite. I go here when my favorite vape shop is closed. BEST SHOP EVER! My fiancee and I used to live in the aloha area and frequented this shop almost biweekly. Now we are located in Tigard and we STILL will make the drive to torched and won't even think of going anywhere else. We went last night and had a great conversation with the guy there (Cody). He's always so friendly and overall awesome. He alone is one of the main reasons why we continue to go there. People here complaining about refunds/store credit are absolutely ridiculous. Torched has a CLEARLY STATED "no refunds/no returns" policy and it's the manufacturer that these people need to go whining to. It also seems like everyone complaining seems to have issues with ecig/vape pens....yeah...they are inexpensive and of course they aren't going to perform and last like a higher end one. I've been to this place a few times now. I always get the same great customer service which makes each visit a pleasant one. They seem to have an alright selection of a bunch of things. I usually go in for vape supplies. The e-liquid selection is limited , but they do have a few excellent flavors , and even offered to special order a larger size of our favorites which I thought was pretty cool. I've purchased atomizers for my Kanger protank mini 2 , but they don't seem to last more than a couple of days . They also don't carry the 2.5 only the 2.2 . Unfortunately I'll have to go elsewhere to find my atomizers , but if I need that special e-liquid or incense I'll definitely stop in here. Also for any serious Vapers out there. I have been going here for over 10 years, and I used to really love this place. However the last few times we've gone in have been a very different experience. Last night my guy went in to pick up Glob Mops and Butane. They were out of both. He decided to get an off-brand pack of swabs because we really needed them and by that time the other smoke shops nearby had closed so we couldn't go anywhere else. The associate told him the 4-pack was supposed to be sold individually for $15 each. Everyone knows a small pack of q-tips doesn't cost $15 and it was obviously labeled for the price of the packaged value set. The associate sold him 2 tiny packs for $30, didn't contact a manager to confirm it before he adjusted the price, and said to come back tomorrow if we need to have it fixed. My fiancé left feeling frustrated knowing he'd have to go back the next day and waste his time. I ended up calling today to try and contact a manager but there was nobody on staff that could help so the associate on staff had to call his owner. I told them I want a partial refund or some type of discount if I go all the way back out there for them to fix the error the employee made (I work in customer service and this is very standard when it's an error on behalf of the business). So I go all the way back over there, and they didn't give me any discount or reimbursement for the huge waste of time and inconvenience. I gave them a chance but they honestly deserve 0 stars. Outstanding customer service by the employees! Cody knows his stuff and is more than helpful. When I told the owner what a great employee and service Cody was to the business, he loudly stated "he better be thats what I pay him for" I thought he must be a joy to work for! Aside from the actual owners attitude this place is top pf the line for all products needed, as well as variety, decent pricing, easy to see displays and the parking lot beats going to the Hot Box anytime. I have been charged between $8 and $24 in 1 week for the same brand and size of juice. Not listing prices allow employees to charge whatever they want and pocket whatever is over the actual price owed to the store. I bought some juice which was significantly more viscous than the other flavors sold in this brand. I took a few puffs of an almost new coil before it burnt my coil. Replaced the Juice and coil, and it did the same thing. I used my old juice, and all was good. The employee refused an exchange/return. He said all sales were final. I requested to contact the supervisor. He said one would be in 2 hours before they closed (midnight). I called back at 10:51pm, and he said the supervisor didn't show up, so he had to close. He refused to give me any contact information for their supervisor, or resolve the issue with the defective product. Oregon law requires the price for merchandise be visible to customers. The employees smoke pot in the back of the shop, are completely incompetent, inconsistent with merchandise prices, and refuse to return or exchange defective products. Oregon is one of the states that does not have a return or refund policy for defective products, so I recommend going somewhere with a better return policy, and less sketchy business practices. read more
