Great Great selection and wonderful and helpful employees . Thank You Torched Illusions

I'm working on trying to salvage my lungs or whatever's left for the most part lol long story short I'm looking for more filtration cooler hits smoother hits, and there was one specific piece that I was particularly looking for and had searched all over the city been to several shops talk different people. No one can put me in the right direction and then I ended up at torched illusions. I met Matt the owner and even though Matt didn't have the exact piece I was looking for he did offer to order it and would happen in a couple days, but he went one step higher and we actually were able to build the piece I was looking for in three different pieces which was still close to what I was looking for and I was able to get me up and running again and each piece was very inexpensive quality glass decent prices. This shop has a lot of unique pieces comes with an knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this show to anyone looking for any smoking related products. I definitely will see you in the future. read more

Wonderful! Only there a couple times after a long shift and I forgot my vape each time. They kindly kept it for me and didn't make me feel the ditzy broad I was! read more

One of the nicest employees I've ever met at a smoke shop, December 7th around 6:00pm. It was definitely in his best interest to help my friend and I in the most thoughtful way he could. Come to Torched and you won't be disappointed! read more

First time there today and the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable about his products! He was extremely helpful! His store is clean and there is a large variety of products! His prices are also very reasonable. I will be definitely returning when in the area. Highly recommend read more

Shop looks sketchy from the outside, but loved it on the inside. Smells amazing. Came here for shisha, 5 packs of Al Fakher for $17. Fairly priced in my opinion. read more

Really love this place. I worked with Cody, he was so nice. Helped me out with all my questions and was very skilled at handling multiple customers at the same time. He was the only associate working, so he had his hands full. This is a great little shop with really nice glass work and accessories. It's worth the peek. If you go, chat with Cody. He's great! read more

I was having the worst week ever. My dog passed away unexpectedly on Thursday and by Saturday I was dying to smoke. I'd quit cigarettes about 6 months ago so I needed something else. I stopped in to check for herbal/CBD smokes and the guy working was awesome and I'm sorry I didn't catch his name. Went back a few days later and picked up two packs! It only takes a moment to be nice to someone, and you just never know what's happening to that person... you guys have my business and recommendations forever. Thanks! read more

Very nice staff. Masked up, store is super clean with a bottle of sanitizer and paper towels when you walk in. Their prices on wraps and incense can't be beat and they have excellent hours for those who work late read more

Torched is a community staple. Best vibes out of any smoke shop in the west Portland burbs. Prices are good and you can always find some cool glass in your budget. read more

Asked for an oil rig and was sold a bong. Waste of 60$. Be careful what they "recommend" stupid piece clogs with every dab

Nice guy at the shop but I spent 5min, looked around prices and walked out. I've bought plenty of glass pieces in the past, this place is really expensive. Bongs that go for $25-$30 here are $45-$60. I saw a cute silicone bong at a liquor store down the street for $12.99, these guys had the same exact bong for $25. Pricey. read more

if I have my own hand sanitizer, I should be able to use it instead of being forced to use the one they have outside that's been touched by everyone and smells like literal piss. Not to mention, white guy in glasses is very annoying and always tries to push things on you instead of giving you all the options. If you really like torched, go to the Tigard one. read more

Great place for all my vap Spare parts I need. I am addicted to these cyclone blunt wrap papers that they sell w/ the wooden tips. Can't live w/out. Best selection on local glass anywhere out here in Washington Co. Best customer service. And thank god not going to name other stores names but damn they are soooo up in ur grill feel is thou I can't breath. At torched I'm able to walk around and then when I see what I want all I do is motion them over , because yes they're playing attention and making sure that your needs are met but in that shoving their customer service down your throat and trying to sell your shit you don't need Best place on the Westside 4sure. Keep up the good customer service you are number one in my book! read more

Great vape shop! Friendly folks that set you up with the right stuff. This is the vape shop I go to in Newberg.

Called and asked how much a vape was and they said they don't do price checks so I called house of pipes and they happily told me ain't ever going to shop there. Just lazy employees! read more

Been coming to this place for awhile. Staff is friendly, store is clean, there's a fairly large selection of glass and easy parking in a large shared lot. Unfortunately what I don't like is that one day they give you good deals and price breaks for being loyal, the next day, not so much, and pricing can vary quite a bit (same items) depending on who you deal with for the day... disappointing :( Since pricing seems to be steadily increasing I will most likely visit the next shop down the street with the steady lower prices. read more

Don't come in here unless you know your shit. The employees here don't know jack about their products. I only started smoking indica weed cartridges because I need help sleeping so I came in here asking for a oil cartridge battery. I guess he hears something about dabs? He processed to show me a "Yocan Evolve Plus XL". I only spoke cannibis oil cartridges so I literally know nothing else. I ask for a second time, "Well that looks huge, are you sure that works with the 510 oil cartridges?" He opens to show me what looks like will FIT a 510 oil cartridge. I'm still hesitant but he's like "this is the best bang for your buck." I thinking he knew what he was talking about working there, proceeded to buy it. Well guess what? It does not work. I called him and he said "You said a dab catridge" which made sense to me that he must have heard "dab" instead of "oil" considering I don't even know wtf a "dab" pen is. So I proceed to tell him "Well it doesn't work with my cartridges" He says "Not all cartridges are the same, sorry, it could be that, I don't know." I tried it with a pre-fill from oregrown, buddies, avidas, and craft. None of them worked. So, I asked him "well could I come in and swap it for a regular weed oil pen?" he just says "no we can't swap it but you can come get one of those, we have them for 20 bucks. Well that's the thing man, I did come in looking for one and you steered me in some direction and then gave me false information when I specifically asked if it worked with oil cartridges. I get it, no return policy, but when YOUR guy sells you the wrong shit, own up to your mistake. Wasted 50 bucks on this thing. Do not recommend these guys. I guess go here if you know your shit, but if you don't, go elsewhere. So I walked out to Green Mart and got me a Vuber Pulse that works great. read more

Austin gave the worst customer service possible, he acted as if he's too good to be there. I'll be sure to never shop here again

Wish I could give it no stars. The employees at this place are trash. They don't even pay attention to you. They don't wear masks. The guy was FaceTiming his friend and completely ignored me and the other person at the store while we were waiting to check out and needed his help. It's a horrible experience every time I go in. They didn't ID anyone and the only reason I go back is because they're the only place that catties what I need. Garbage place. Trash employees. read more

I like it here. Everyone is very helpful. I do think it's more a store for bongs and pipes. Not a very large vape selection. What they do carry is really good. Out of stock on some of my favorites, but on a bright note, that's made me try different vape flavored and brands, that became my favorite. I go here when my favorite vape shop is closed. They stay open until midnight, which is great. read more

Guy working here is a fucking asshole. I bought a mod, and realized it was a mistake. Literally a minute after the purchase, I wanted to exchange it for something else. He avoided talking to me when I wanted to swap ut out. He was tweaking or something. Never coming here again. No customer service read more

BEST SHOP EVER! My fiancee and I used to live in the aloha area and frequented this shop almost biweekly. Now we are located in Tigard and we STILL will make the drive to torched and won't even think of going anywhere else. We went last night and had a great conversation with the guy there (Cody). He's always so friendly and overall awesome. He alone is one of the main reasons why we continue to go there. People here complaining about refunds/store credit are absolutely ridiculous. Torched has a CLEARLY STATED "no refunds/no returns" policy and it's the manufacturer that these people need to go whining to. It also seems like everyone complaining seems to have issues with ecig/vape pens....yeah...they are inexpensive and of course they aren't going to perform and last like a higher end one. It's a smoke shop, not a high end vape shop like my fiancee works at. If you buy something that's only 30 bucks you are getting what you paid for. -Erica read more

Store is clean and sanitized workers are super chill great atmosphere, and amazing selection.

I've been to this place a few times now. I always get the same great customer service which makes each visit a pleasant one. They seem to have an alright selection of a bunch of things. I usually go in for vape supplies. The e-liquid selection is limited , but they do have a few excellent flavors , and even offered to special order a larger size of our favorites which I thought was pretty cool. I've purchased atomizers for my Kanger protank mini 2 , but they don't seem to last more than a couple of days . They also don't carry the 2.5 only the 2.2 . Unfortunately I'll have to go elsewhere to find my atomizers , but if I need that special e-liquid or incense I'll definitely stop in here. Also for any serious Vapers out there. This place carries a very MINIMAL selection of vape equipment and not high end ! *this is nothing against the store! Just a fair warning :) * read more

Highly recommended for service, quality and value. Went in with a friend to buy e-vape supplies, I thought I might pick a cheap pipe to replace the one my dog knocked off the kitchen counter and broke. I was delighted to find such a fantastic selection of true quality hand blown glass. It didn't tale long for me to make a selection. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. This is my new favorite place to shop. I give Torched Illusions in Aloha five stars, and I have high standards. The staff even took the time after the sale, to introduce me to and offer me membership in the five star reward program. It was an excellent and refreshing experience. I highly recommend for service, quality and value read more

Staff very nice and polite been coming for a while and never had a. Problem great selection of glass

Hands down the BEST glass shop in the Hillsboro / Beaverton area. They have a hug selection. from vapes, e cigs, butane, glass to containers and other things. The customer service is excellent. I have found that the staff is very knowledgeable in their respected areas. Management is very customer oriented. Did I mention they also fix glass? read more

Defective items with no exchange. Bought a nail. Didn't last four hits. Brought it back. They would not give me a non defective one. He said that when you apply heat to glass, and he continued to drone on. It's supposed to be designed to operate the way it's manufactured to work. Three hits is unacceptable. I went there frequently. I will not be shopping there again. read more

I was refused service because I was told there was a credit card purchase minimum of $5. After waiting patiently in line and surveying the cash register for a sign of a minimum required to make a purchase I tried to use my debit card to make a purchase of under $5. I was not able to make my purchase as the merchant stated that there was a $5 minimum to use any card. The information I found below indicates that while businesses can impose a credit card minimums, debit card purchases are exempt. In any case, a clearly visible sign might eliminate confusion. All merchants are legally able to impose a minimum purchase, up to $10, for customers paying by credit card, under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Dodd-Frank was signed into law in December 2010. The minimum must be the same for all credit card issuers and payment card networks. For more details see a summary of the rules published by the Federal Trade Commission's Business Center. But that doesn't give you the right to impose a minimum purchase on debit cards, even if it's only $2. "The provision applies only to credit cards, not debit cards," noted J. Craig Shearman, vice president of government affairs public relations at the National Retail Federation, in an email message. The National Retail Federation does not expect a minimum purchase for debit card users to be authorized any time soon. "There is no initiative to seek a minimum purchase amount for debit cards," Shearman said. "The reason is that merchants want to encourage consumers to use debit cards rather than credit cards." I have been going here for over 10 years, and I used to really love this place. However the last few times we've gone in have been a very different experience. Last night my guy went in to pick up Glob Mops and Butane. They were out of both. He decided to get an off-brand pack of swabs because we really needed them and by that time the other smoke shops nearby had closed so we couldn't go anywhere else. The associate told him the 4-pack was supposed to be sold individually for $15 each. Everyone knows a small pack of q-tips doesn't cost $15 and it was obviously labeled for the price of the packaged value set. The associate sold him 2 tiny packs for $30, didn't contact a manager to confirm it before he adjusted the price, and said to come back tomorrow if we need to have it fixed. My fiancé left feeling frustrated knowing he'd have to go back the next day and waste his time. I ended up calling today to try and contact a manager but there was nobody on staff that could help so the associate on staff had to call his owner. I told them I want a partial refund or some type of discount if I go all the way back out there for them to fix the error the employee made (I work in customer service and this is very standard when it's an error on behalf of the business). So I go all the way back over there, and they didn't give me any discount or reimbursement for the huge waste of time and inconvenience. I gave them a chance but they honestly deserve 0 stars. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of customer service. read more

Great shop always so helpful and have educated me on the wonderful world of vape! They have one of the largest selections of juice and almost always in stock of everything! read more

Outstanding customer service by the employees! Cody knows his stuff and is more than helpful. When I told the owner what a great employee and service Cody was to the business, he loudly stated "he better be thats what I pay him for" I thought he must be a joy to work for! Aside from the actual owners attitude this place is top pf the line for all products needed, as well as variety, decent pricing, easy to see displays and the parking lot beats going to the Hot Box anytime. Now if only they have a punch card like the Hot Box does, that would be nice, as I plan on doing more business there as well as Christmas shopping. read more

Went in to see if they had some coils for capes. Not only did they not really know what they were doing, because we were just in for $5-10 worth of merchandise we were pretty much ignored. The people who were working did not seem interested in helping us at all. Will never go back. read more
