I've been ripped off by places like Tony's smoke shop where they buy 50 e-cigs from China for 50 cents each and sell them 'On sale' to me for $100 and 3 weeks later when I come in they don't have any heating coils for replacement...but offer me another $100 e-cig they can make another $99.50 on... Henry's vape shop is across the street from them, carry all the better brands (with the exception of ProVari, which dropped in price from $400 to $126 online and is prolly the best one ever) and always have the liquids I come in there for. I've never had a bad experience here, you'll be in good hands, never feel pressured or ripped off later. This is my first and only stop for almost a year now. read more

Bought a vape and walked out into the parking lot and tried it. It didn't work. Walked back in and they told me all sales final. They have a whole selection of "sale" vapes they are selling that they know don't work. I'm leaving bad reviews across multiple platforms. Hope my $15 was worth the bad press. Absolutely shameful read more

Worst experience ever. The clerk tried to sell me a vape that was discouniteded and seemed like a good deal. when I opened it and tried to use it, it didn't work at all. Like... nothing. I went back to the shop and they insisted that all sales were final and that they knew it wouldn't work before they sold it to me but they just wanted to sell me their cheapest product. Basically just laughing at me. These people are scum bag con artists. Don't go there read more

What a joke of an establishment. Asked for one flavor and was sold another, when I came back to exchange was told all sales are final and that a manger would call to explain. That was 3 weeks ago and not one call! Do business else where, these owners clear don't give a shit and neither do the rude lying employees. read more

Pretentious. Used to be a great spot I don't know what happened to the old people ? Went in to pick up a Juul for a friend who was interested in quitting smoking so I figured it would a good introduction for him, and pick up some juice for my mod. The way they treated my friend was quite rude though. Exasperated sighs treating us like idiots for even asking about a Juul. Upsold him on some disposable one that he can't even find carts for. Tried to upsell me on vape juice too. Just an all around bad experience. Never going back. read more

Henry's Vape Shop - New tank and juice for my iStick Pico! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Beaverton, Oregon

Aren and Henry are great folks who are genuinely interested in you having a great e-cig and e-juice experience. Aren is kind and patient with noobs. She personally interviews her customers and finds very specific flavors of the e-liquids based on YOUR preferences. It's quite astounding that she makes time to individually introduce you the massive selection of flavor samples they offer. Get ready for a super FUN experience. And I think that's the idea here -- they know that this is fun and promote an unhurried alternative to the crazy-paced wash-day-dilemmas of our harried lives. This is a place the promotes conversation with other customers and a sharing of insights and information outside of the fray. Synergy. I visited the store as green and clueless as they come (outside of several hours of broad, online research) and came away with considerable insights and knowledge into vaping gear operation and the peculiar mechanical workings of the gizmos. Henry is a real fan of the vaping community and protocols. He is knowledgeable and does a fine job of offering information about the hardware; troubleshooting; maintenance and repair. He is also up to speed on the local, statewide and national vaping coalitions and is an active participant. The gear I purchased (on Aren's recommendation) checked out to be the shiz'. I bought 2 sets (for myself and best friend) of the Kanger Mini Pro II atomizer * http://bit.ly/1eJHmzU * with the Ego 2 Twist * http://bit.ly/1eJHAHq * and a few outstanding jugs of e-liquid. I couldn't be happier -- haven't bought a pack cigarettes in four days and counting . . . Another big bonus to be aware of is that the pricing at Henry's, of both the equipment and liquids is very, very competitive with the big e-commerce sites. They are empathetic, customer-focused shopkeepers who understand the Total Customer Satisfaction, W. Edwards Demming model. Nice! If they don't have a product they will find it for you. Did I mention customer service? OK -- you get it. When I saw all of the positive reviews I was a little leery that they might be a shop that offered discounts for good reviews -- NOPE. They are the real-customer-service-deal. And another jewel of this store is a wonderful family friend, George who keeps Aren and Henry company. George is their Goodwill Ambassador as well as a greeter and traffic regulator. He is a very kind and intelligent addition to the store's considerable coolness. Not slick coolness, mind you, but GENUINE NICENESS. Great store for the painfully, embarrassedly ignorant -- and experienced vapors alike! They offer a wide array of product and industry information; their selection is big and growing; collaborative and friendly store vibe and most endearing is that these folks aren't trying to rush you out the door to make another sale. And they're a Dog friendly shop, huge points there too. Love it! I really like these folks and I'm sure you will agree. And I'm happy to recommend them highly without reservation here on Yelp! My least favorite of the vape shops i've been to. They carry a TON of juices, but i found them to be of poorer quality than many other brands i have tried. The tasting bar is too small for the selection they have, and the pens for tasting are also of poorer quality than other places i went making it really difficult to really get a sense of what i was purchasing. Also of concern is their liquids for tasting have nicotine, but no labels of which flavors have the nicotine in them and at what level, so you have no idea what level youre at when trying unless you ask an employee who has to recall from memory. I think its important for newbies to be aware of how the nicotone affects the juice/throat hit but i think its more important that consumers know ahead of time what they are trying. I did settle on two flavors, as i like to have a variety. One i have yet to bust into, but the other, a peanut butter banana one that i was sooo excited to have found but was waaaay more intense when i put it in my emow at home than when i had it in the store- and not in a good way. It completely messed my palette up for a day and the resin really stuck in my tank even when i used a neutralizer/rinse and changed the coil (ive tried several brands/flavors and never had that issue). I literally disposed of the rest of the bottle because the thought of it now makes me physically ill. The prices arent readily listed out which i find awkward and they were out of one flavor i really had wanted/out of various nicotine levels in other flavors. While the sheer amount of options was impressive, and the service was pretty good, the options themselves werent high quality. I give this place an a-ok rating because of the service/space itself (they have a good selection of equipment too) but i will stick to other vape shops going forward. read more

I'm kicking myself for not knowing about Henry's sooner. Couldn't be happier with my experience there Friday evening. The staff was knowledgeable, their selection is far-and-away better than anywhere else I've been locally, their prices are very competitive, and they were really patient with my indecisiveness when choosing my first mechanical mod. I ended up walking out the door with a King mod, Oddy atomizer, 18650 battery, charger and a bottle of Liqua Cuban for less than I've seen it for from any of the US-based online retailers. I highly recommend Henry's, especially if you're looking to get into some of the more specialized hardware for vaping or trying to find a place with a solid selection of juices. And samples! They have a bunch of samplers. None of the other shops in Beaverton seem to take it seriously enough to offer samples. I will be back. Often. They've earned my business. read more

Henry's Vape Shop - The King and Oddy setup I got from Henry's. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Beaverton, Oregon

This is not a head shop with an ecig section. It's a vaping store only! Henry and his wife are knowledgeable, friendly and have a great selection of vaping supplies. I would recommend this place to anyone, both new and experienced. Henry let me try as many flavors of e liquid as I wanted, he knows his stuff and it was a pleasure shopping there. I'm so happy that the ecig place at Lloyd center is no longer our only option in Portland. I had been buying all my vaping supplies in Eugene when I happened to be there. I found Henry's on Yelp and it is literally down the block from me. They carry everything from the easy stuff like batteries, chargers and liquids to all the mod stuff that I know nothing about...I might try the mods now that I found this place! read more

When work gurl I love it christine you have the utmost personality customer service you provide me in the short time I have known you there is NO comparison since I met you at the Tualitan store to seeing you Beaverton I told you when I went to Beaverton in May to purchase a kit for my daughters bday the service I received sucked . Now when I see you working I'm pleased to walk in can't say much for the others maybe you should train them in giving great customer service the Owners should know you go above and beyond to keep the customers happy thank you your the best the 5 stars are for you. read more

This is the best vape shop I've been to so far. There's a guy there whom I do not know the name of, but he is knowledgeable of so much, even my concern of "popcorn lung", which I heard about in e cigs with certain flavors. He always recommends the best stuff and is always cheerful, even humorous, and always kind. Love this place! I have an aspire Zelos if it matters. read more

Walking into this shop I already got a friendly vibe. I was greeted by Guy and he helped me with my tragic coil story and set me up. The shop itself and it's atmosphere was both professional but also personable and felt like I was hanging out with a group of buddies. They made me feel very comfortable. Guy also set up my vape and prepped my coil which he didn't have to do. I love this place and will be going back. Also they have an awesome sense of humor here, and I didn't want to leave! read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! I've been going to Henry's for about a year now and never had an issue. Recently I've noticed that they are selling juice with broken seals. They refuse to admit that they are opening their bottles and don't honor refunds either. I believe they are ripping people off by ordering 0 nic juice and opening the shipments to add their own nicotine later. This place has turned into a scam. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff, a clean and inviting store, and a good selection with reasonable prices. Recommend.

I just went to Henry's and was extremely happy with their service. The woman who helped me was very friendly and it didn't feel rushed even though I tried just about every flavor she would let me. The prices here are great too, this is going to be my new regular place to go to for everything ecig related. read more

*CHECK THE SEALS ON YOUR BOTTLES!!* On first glance of the interior it seems like a nice place. But a place is only as nice as the people who work there. Thus my 1 star. 9 out of 10 times I come here, the bottles they sell me have the seal broken. This tamper proof seal exists for a reason, but they break them repeatedly. I understand that occasionally a shop will open a bottle for a customer to sell, but when all five of the same exact juice on the front shelf is open, there is no excuse for that. You wouldn't buy a jug of milk that has been opened, so why would you buy something you *literally inhale* that has been opened? My boyfriend tried to return a bottle of ejuice that was sold to him with a broken seal not even five minutes after he purchased it. The clerk called him a liar, said no refunds, and walked away. What's the point of a receipt if you can't return a product? Vape shops should never sell bottles with broken seals. Yet he tries to pin the blame on my boyfriend. Deplorable. Numerous vape shops around the country have been caught opening bottles, pouring them half out into another bottle, then refilling them with flavorless VG to rip off the customer while extending their inventory. I wouldn't be surprised if this is exactly what they are doing. read more

Just went in to buy some juice as I do a couple of times a week. There was one other person being helped in front of me by the one employee. Waited 20 minutes, no acknowledgment from the staff member and still helping the people in front of me. They were buying a new device. He was helping them put the damn thing together when I had been waiting for 20 minutes just to buy some juice. In the end I left! I just wanted to buy some juice!!Unacceptable and will NEVER go here again. Terrible service. My friends all go here, they will stop also. I cannot believe how terrible this service was. I'm very new to the vaping world. It was introduced to me in Redmond, Washington by my bff two weeks ago, and I haven't smoked a cigarette since. What I thought was going to be a way to get a little healthier and smell a lot better has turned out to be a wonderful new hobby. Today I ventured in to Henry's, and found a wonderland! I was only there for a few minutes, wanting to find a fruity juice. After Chris helped me find two flavors I really enjoyed, I asked what he was vaping. I now have my favorite flavor. This place is amazing. Chris was great. Knowledgable, patient, and didn't make me feel at all like an idiot newb, unlike another shop down the street. Very helpful, friendly, and comfortable place that will be my go to vape shop for years to come! read more

Crazy huge selection. And the first vape shop I've visited that has taste testing. What are the called? Vapetenders? They were super awesome in helping me find a couple of flavors I really liked. This place just became my favorite vape shop. read more

The owners are extremely friendly and will show you and talk to you in detail about anything that they offer in the store, and let you try any of their juices, 5 stars for customer service. The prices are a bit more than what you would pay for online but then again you have to factor in wait time and S&H, 4 star there. They have a basic selection of tanks, and RBA's as well as mods (mech. and vv/vw) all of which are either China originals or clones. Most the time I buy clones but I would like to see some high end rebuildables there in the future. They had never heard of the DNA 20 or 30 so probably won't see any kicks or kick 2's by Evolve in there either. They did have what looked like a good selection of e-juice, I bought some of the Oregon Vapors Peachy Keen and Root beer Float, they were good but not great. 3.5 stars for selection. Would I recommend this place to someone who was trying to kick smoking? you bet! They have everything you need to get started and you'll be ready to throw those nasty cigarettes in the trash can. For the advanced vaper, you won't find a high end mech or atty but you can get the basic supplies for rebuilding. All in all I will be going back because as I said they are extremely friendly and I believe in supporting local business and perhaps I can convince them to stock some of the higher end merchandise. read more

I will never go to this place again! I visited this shop three days ago for the first time. When I got there, I realized they didn't have the juice that I was looking for... But they did however have juices that most shops around here don't carry. So I figured I would taste a few and maybe buy something new. I tasted two juices and was fine. Then on my third juice, I felt like I got punch in the throat! I said to the worker "this juice is REALLY strong. Why is that??" She replied with "oh yea... We ran out of testers on some of them. That one is 6mg." I was a little pissed that she didn't give me a warning about it being 6mg while I was dripping it, but I decided to stay and try a few more flavors. Well.. That was a huge mistake!!!! Two or three juices later and I'm coughing my lungs up, my eyes look like I'm cutting an onion, and I feel I'm gonna die! Haha. I look up at the employee who's holding the bottle and before I can say anything... she says "Ohhhh.... That one is a 12mg bottle..." So now.. Three days later.. My lungs still feel like dried up sponges with 50lb weights on them, my throat feels raw, and I can't even vape because it hurts so bad. This all could have been avoided by the employee simply giving me a warning that I was dripping 6 and 12mg juices. But... I got nothin. I'm extremely displeased by this place and I will never step foot inside of it again. ***If you do decide to go to this place.. PLEASE CHECK THE BOTTLES THAT YOU ARE TESTING!!!! You will get NO warning from the employees!!! read more

Great selection of Juices, mods and ecigs. Just to name a few items they carry to give a general idea...... Halo e-juice, Evic Joytech, Nemesis mod, Pro Tanks , glass replacements etc... Great place to find what you need and "not need' for both the beginner and the experienced vape head . Owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. When I described what I was looking for in a juice the lady owner knew exactly what to offer for me to try, you can tell she knows her juice. Owner also mentioned they may start offering some classes in the future instructing those in need or wanting to learn...... how to build coils and other related topics. I only purchased Halo Tribeca Juice, and a few spare tanks but will most definitely return to Henrys E-cigs for my future vaping needs and "wants". read more

This place has a decent selection and normal prices. My two gripes however is that they charge 5 bucks for rebuilds even when you buy juice (most places do it for free and ask for a tip) and that they use 6mg nicotine for tasters...generally places do zero and being someone who wants to switch to zero soon I'd prefer to avoid inhaling nicotine read more

I just moved here from Hillsboro End of August. It is now October. I purchased a smok vapor complete unit. Suddenly the switch disengaged repeatedly, so I took it back. They looked up my receipt etc. Handed me a form and said send it back to the company. I went into the store again later explaining that this unit is faulty, recently purchased and sending it back is a problem for me, because I would end up smoking cigarettes waiting for a replacement. Chris, who works there (and remembered selling it to me) was there the second time I went back to plead my case. He took it apart, reviewed it, and confirmed that it had a faulty back. He said he would call the owner, and explain to him--not my fault, etc. I overheard him tell the owner on the phone, "hey, I don't know what's going on but this lady is here...blah-blah-blah." and he didn't ONCE mention that it was a faulty unit, so I assume that is why the owner still would not discount or replace another unit. Disgusted. I am a disabled Vet, on a monthly stipend. This is really upsetting to me that they sell faulty vapes, and it's been only 2 months. read more
