Finally leaving a review that I promised to do several times…read more All these one star reviews are just salty customers who don't understand how business works, they're the type of people to attempt to return a used adult toy. If you look on other review sites you'll see that this is a straight A company. The selection is unique and high quality, the prices are more than fair, not to mention the owner likes to work with small local companies which is awesome. Every time I came in I was warmly welcomed by everyone working, you can't beat their damn good customer service. Best vape shop in the PNW easily. The owner is the most knowledgeable and intelligent person you'll ever meet, he is also a genuinely kind human being. Integrity is a sparse commodity in business, let alone in the smoke-shop industry (I know from personal experience); you will find the latter statement to be completely inapplicable when you step into the warm and positive atmosphere of Paradox. I wish you the very best, Will. -B

All of the other places that sell pipes and cigarettes normally sell cheap garbage juice and vape products. I would recommend this place to anyone starting vaping, or anyone who has been actively doing so. Also everyone who is in there shows quite an excellent display of customer service. Every time I go there they are right there for me, making sure I find everything I want, and making sure I leave with everything I COULD want. They dont push you to buy unreasonable products, but better yet find your preference and make sure its suitable to your needs before you leave. I found the owner very knowledgeable and easy to work with; he was a likable guy. That's why when I read the review by Elizabeth, I knew I had to say something. I have never ever been to a shop that refunds or trades as a replacement for any item, including a crappy juice. I don't use products for weed or CBD oil but any of the products we purchased were great quality and just as good a price, if not better, than any other place including online. In fact, the last 3 products I purchased at Henry's in Tualatin or Beaverton were expensive and no doubt I purchased them for their looks but two quite working within the first week and NO, they don't replace products or do refunds either. So I don't know what that woman expected. And the owner that we met and purchased from isn't a kid or a child but a young guy with a great business. There was a huge assortment to chose from too. He explained about the juice he sells and that there are some juices that have an ingredient that causes "bubble lung" (I'd never heard of it) but once he found out, he threw out product to replace with products that didn't cause health problems. He was really upbeat and knew a great deal about all of the products he carried. Since my son and I both purchased new units here, we did purchase 3 bottles of juice which he gave us one for free. Kind of expected though when we spent $150 there. This is the only store we go to now and recommend it highly.
