Never had an issue with an exchange. Been buying cigarettes, Vapes and more for over 5 years. However sadly tonight my fiance went in to get me some grizzly nicotine pouches. She's not used to buying them for me and the lady working grabbed the regular tobacco pouches instead. Immediately after buying them and I do mean immediately we tried to see if we could simply exchange it for the correct product and was told that it is against Oregon law to exchange. This did not sound right so I looked it up and found out that while it is NOT against the law that it could be frowned upon depending on store policy. I feel that for a customer of 5 plus years and the fact that it was immediately after the sale and it was an unopened product that they could easily m

I went back 2 days later to exchange it but they would not take it back. Hmm, Ok, I guess maybe people pull a scam and they have been burned. I'll give them that. Since I just permanently moved here I bought 2 more. The guy forgot to give me the discount for buying 2 and told me they would honor it the next time. Went back yesterday to buy 2 more, the guy said he didn't recognize the name of the employee that wrote on the back of my receipt to add the discount he had not done. Then he told me they no longer have the 2for discount. These are now overpriced. I think poor customer service really hurts business. I won't be back. Find another vape store before using this place.
