Some normal cordiality is the least of expectations. We're not talking about Charles Dickens here. Also, I think part of good customer service is empathy, which they lacked. They were treating me like I'm some Oliver Twist. My driver's license expired in the middle of coronavirus, and I had no means of getting it renewed because the DMV, a state-level government agency was closed. Sometimes, it's okay to use common sense. I'm in my early thirties. Just take my money. I want to give it to you. I'm not a damn minor. I would likely not return due to shitty service and shitty attitude. They don't have that great of a selection either. I was straightforward and honest about my expired license. It's no one's fault I couldn't get it renewed. It's their fault for providing shitty customer service. In fact, if they just politely refused by apologizing, I would have been better off. But they were quite rude about not taking my money, as well. I was polite. I'm usually polite because I grew up in a Vietnamese family. We are polite.

I drove right by it again, even with the help of my GPS. Had to drive around the corner and back again. Small, well displayed, clean, comfortable. The basics in your smoking needs. Not a whole of extras from what I could see. They have a decent selection of bongs, but nothing really crazy, funky, or bizarre. The young man who worked there was super nice, his father is the owner. We chatted a bit about this and that and the pot laws and such. Frendly and helpful, I checked out the tray of "chillems", having recently had mine broken :(. They were $15 and $20, lots of options and very pretty. The one I had to have was $20 and I asked for a small discount, he obliged, which is always a positive in my book. Here's the thing. They have chillems at the bodega near my house for $8, 10 and 12. They are not nearly as nice of course. The one I recently bought was $11 with tax in Vancouver. So, maybe it makes sense to consider your location, the competition, and price accordingly. I also purchased a mod that was over priced and had a magnetic tank that of course was lost as it would come off easily but he had no back up tanks to purchase.
