Their bad for not asking if I was a member. Mind you, we're talking about ~35 cents that was missed being added. $0.35! Clearly it's not about the money, it's about the inconsiderate attitude. So I recommend you go elsewhere as they do not really care about customers, despite having a so-called 'loyalty' program. If they really wanted loyal (repeat) customers they would find a way to credit the account of returning customers. I came in to get a new coil for a vape I bought the previous week and I needed help changing it (the manager Tyler did it for me t first time and I couldn't remember how to do it). Chase (or was it Steve?? I forgot) had a slip up changing it and broke the glass on the head of my vape). He was super apologetic about it but he and the owner George were super helpful with trying to find the right glass to replace it. They didn't have it and they actually set me up with an even better head and they didn't even charge me!! When I asked about what I owe for it, George goes, "Just pay it forward." I've only ever had good experiences there and it's my neighborhood shop so I'll always go there, but I'm definitely now recommending that all of my neighbors and friends use it because that's exceptional service. I bought nag champa, a scent I love but refuse to buy from major brands. Typically, smaller manufacturers create a nag champa that lacks the depth and power I seek. This product is amazing with the perfect scent and a long burn. The price reflects the quality; these sticks burn twice as long as any other of the same size. Ask the proprietor about the incense he sells. You won't find it anywhere else in the region. It's absolutely worth the trip.
