I used to sell glass to this store regularly. The owner was not always the most responsive even when we had an appointment set. I made several thousand dollars worth of product for an order and he blew me off. I asked if I should find another buyer and he responded saying he doesn't need me and makes plenty of money without my b**** as*. Walked in one afternoon and the man behind the counter was very quick to help me out. He was really nice and recommended me a juice for my vape that had salt nict. Unfortunately, I don't know if I received a bad batch or it was super old...but that juice was soooooo thick and not good. Juice kept spitting back at me and kept leaking whenever I hit my vape. I put in another brand of juice in once my cleared my tank of this nasty juice they gave me. My vape hit again perfectly with no juices spitting back in my back or leakage. The Nova 2 Mesh 1.0 coils are always breaking before finishing the FIRST juice I put in it. It should be lasting 3-5 juice refills before being used up. Customer service is great, but the no return policy for completely common bad products infuriates me. I just go to Torched Illusions instead, theirs always lasts as long as they're suppose to. read more

This place looks really cool and impressive. Huge selection of art glass pieces. And a lot of stuff in the store that makes it a little overwhelming. When it comes down to what you really need, that's where they fall short. First time in, I needed a new bowl and I got a good one but it was pricey. I spent about $10 more than I wanted to but it was late and an emergency. Second time, I needed a bong because, again, an emergency and I don't know other shops here. What I got is completely unacceptable. Overpriced, again I spent at least $10 more than I wanted to and this bong is so awful. I can't even stand to smoke out of it. The quality of the smoke is what I would expect from a cheap bubbler. And the employee both times was on the condescending side. I really can't recommend this shop. read more

Came here for years, this past visit today I was sold a pipe that didn't have a hole in the bottom of the bowl and was instead next to the carb area making it inoperable. Some ribbon tobacco for cig rolling, plenty of hats, shirts, jewelry, stickers, and all kids of silly pointless junk so they can reach a law saying your establishment cannot be more then 80% tobacco products without charging tobacco tax (or whatever). Its more of a novelty store than it is a head shop, I mean they have glass but not a really big selection, pricing was typical on most of the glass although I saw some stuff that was wayyyy overpriced like stupidly overpriced. This place has a fantastic collection of glass, many of which are made by local artists. Got a sweet Hammer bubbler, which quickly became the nicest piece in my collection. And a collection of shirts with rude sayings or band names. Also a large selection of incense (which thankfully don't stink up the store). And a lot of mary jane type items. I had the option of ordering a high priced item that was on sale by manufacturer at the time for less then the self price at hot box but chose to keep my money local and buy from hot box and I am thrilled that I did! There was a manufacturer defect that caused the item to be unusable within 3 days of purchase. They quickly replace the broken part with only 1 trip back to the store. This unfortunate event turned to a great experience and i will continue to shop there and buy local as Im sure the same experience would have resulted in all savings lost in shipping plus my time and energy as well as waiting weeks for the entire warranty process to be completed by the manufacturer. read more

I went in today to buy a couple pipes, and casually mentioned to the guy helping me that I had just ordered a silicone nectar collector, and that this method was new to me. He took the time to tell me why the kind of metal the collector is made of matters, how to use it, and some other generally helpful info... He did not blow me off like he was too cool to help me (which has happened at EVERY other head shop I've been too).
