Good staff. Love that they go out of their way to continuously make sure to remind their customers about items they may have forgotten about. Instead of being rude and just keeping the item. So thank you. read more

I would love to give them a better star but when it tells me it closes at 10:00 pm on a Saturday and this is what I arrive to not ok! This is the hours and that it's closing soon and the last picture is me sitting outside at 9:14 if you're not open change your hours. Absolutely ridiculous! read more

See all

It's a cool little shop. One of if not the best smoke shop in the area (that I know of) that being said I walked in to buy a new butane torch. I got one fot $95 fast forward a couple days later and I see the same torch elsewhere for $69.99 Kinda hurt my feelings. I wanted to support local, vote with my dollar, etc, but a markup of $30 is kiiiiiiinda fucking lame dudes. read more

I've been a customer here over the years and I've never had a complaint. Britney the store manager is amazing! I was a cult follower of an atmos product and when it was discontinued she legit went out of her way to help me find anything comparable (that she delivered on) but also communicated to Atmos to ensure some sort of warranty repair/ trade for my broken and discontinued product. I shop online for most everything these days, but I promise GLD is worth your travel time. THANK YOU BRITNEY! read more

Green Light District - My new rig from yesterday! Thankful I've always trusted Her - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

An employee sold me the wrong accessory for a vape after I showed him exactly what I needed. I tried to exchange it for the correct product, having not used the one they sold me (it and its packaging was in perfect unused condition), and they refused. Be sure you test everything before you purchase or leave the store! I've spent literally hundreds of dollars at this store. Won't be back. I recommend any other store in the area. Highline is great and treats their customers well. read more

I used to love this place, when staff was helpful and friendly. The last few times I've gone in staff has been kinda clueless and all new. I usually try to be understanding and don't leave bad reviews but my experience yesterday was awful. I went in for a down stem replacement with my partner and the individual trying to "help" us figure out what size we needed was downright rude. They were already snippy and annoyed to be there but when I kinda clamored and couldn't articulate the exact measurements they said "that's not helpful, showing me the length with your fingers would be helpful" and just glared at us until I could estimate with my fingers. Honestly I wouldn't want anyone anywhere talking to anyone (let alone a customer) that way. Bad enough for me to never go back that's for sure. read more

Stopped by here for a charger for my vape pen/battery. Was apprehensive as the first review said prices were high, but the charger was only $4 -- great deal! Also, I don't whether past reviewers were being high maintenance or the shop made staff changes, but the customer service here was excellent. Made sure I had the right charger for my needs and answered other questions about products I had. I was in a rush, but I'll definitely be back soon as the selection was huge and prices looked very reasonable. read more

Green Light District - Just picked up this for my vape pen for only $4 -- great deal! - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Tigard, Oregon

Kinda upset after going in for a portable atomizer or e-nail. I was very specific stating the intended use was to be for wax. NOT DRY HERB. $89.99 I was recommended the Atmos Greedy. Now don't get me wrong the atmos is a satisfactory product... but from the first moment I open the box I hate it. I am very disappointed as one of my biggest things in wanted in a mod was temperature control. I was originally planning to get the puffco. But now that I'm stuck with the undersized and overpriced unwanted apparatus. I am hesitant to return to GLD read more

Stopped in with my partner to get a glass piece. We weren't sure of the name of it but found the section. A person named Ronnie came over to "help" and when we started to say what we thought we needed but wanted clarification, we got short responses with a very condensing tone. Since we both work in customer service, we were shocked that they literally slowed their speech to speak to us like we were stupid or something. All within a 30 second interaction. Even though this place appeared to have what we needed, we decided to go out of our way to go somewhere else because we are not going to buy things from people who treat others that way. Ronnie needs a serious retraining in customer service because they lost this place a customer, and I will be sure to never consider going here for anything again. read more

DO NOT BUY GIFTS HERE! I bought a dreamcatcher as a gift at Green Light District in Tigard. I found out that it was a duplicate gift so two days later I came in with it, all tags attached, and my receipt. I was told that I could not return or exchange it. No exchanges or returns are allowed. They pointed to a sign posted next to the register which I did not notice when I made the purchase. I could see this being a valid policy for perishable items, but much of the store are gifts which are usually a guess. I strongly recommend you shop at a store with more customer-friendly policies. read more

I love this place! Great Service! Great Staff! A lot to choose from! I'm impressed that I get a Birthday gift every year! I go here for all my needs with no hassles! read more

This is a really cool store with a lot of neat stuff, but it is waaaay overpriced. We saw several items that we bought online for less than 25% of what they're selling it for in the store. Again, it's a really neat store. My suggestion is, if you find anything you like look for it online or in another store and you'll find it way cheaper. And the tip jar at the register of a normal store, that's a little overboard. What service am I getting except for ringing up my item. read more

I went to get a quartz nail and they had a great variety of prices and styles to choose from definitely good selection but it was marked 25 even the bag my nail came in said 25$ and when I go to pay the guy peeled the $25 dollar sticker off and I gave him $25 like the bag said when I seen him show it to me so I gave him $25 and he counted it and said it's $29. I asked why it's four bux more when I seen the price and even said I'll pay ten more for a better one, anyways ya it annoys me to see something marked one price and I pay a diff price bcuz I think he said something bout a tax but I've never been taxed on Glass products read more

I'm a fan of the store, and it's within walking distance of my house, which is a bonus, but they like to change their hours without updating Google, etc. This is not the first time I've trekked down here to find it closed. Today, it was only 10 minutes past their "new closing hours" but the guy inside saw me and immediately started vacuuming and shaking his head. All I needed was a torch lighter--which are hard to find in this neck of the woods. So, be warned--they may not be open when you get there. What kind of head shop closes at 8 pm on a Saturday anyway! read more

Yeah the place is pretty dope...i saw a pink unicorn run out from behind the counter and i tried to catch it with my tiger...unfortunately it got away so i just went back to eating my pop rocks and sharpening my cucumber...the place is siiiicccckkkk!!! read more

Great selection... for everything but what I wanted (Kratom). Still a great place though. Its open on good hours nice staff, been a few times. great if you want an epic pipe (I don't smoke so its lost on me). As with most places in town, lacking in what I really want (shisha and kratom) but I think thats a demand issue more than an issue with the shop. Not gonna blame them for not carrying stuff only I buy. read more

Kickass place for gifts and jewelry. They have a lot of fun items, something for everyone. I was surprised to see all the cool stuff they have in here. You could find something for a bachelor/bachelorette party, something raunchy, or a classy local jewelry item. Affordable, too. Stop in off that busy Pacific Hwy and take a peak! read more

I buy almost all my head needs here! They have an AMAZING selection of glass! Vape supplies, dabbin supplies, the list goes on. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly And be sure to try out their incense! Such great aromas. read more

Only come here if you like East German business practice. What an utter waste of time signing up for their rewards program.. and forget about any kind of warranty. Lots of selection and dead inventory doesn't stack up to industry standard pricing and scornful looks when asked if you can make a better deal by buying more stuff. I have spent $300-$400 during my time here and still get treated like an asshole. Yeah lost my business -be warned read more

Peeps...this is the shop to be at! From munchies to Knick knacks to the DOPEST USA made glass only! Awesome local artist and just a crazy amount of things to choose from! Absolutely terrible don't buy from them he claimed a I had a fake id and I'm 57 then after 15 minutes of hassle he finally allowed me to buy it and gave me the wrong pod then refused to give me the right one even tho I hadn't left the window and hadn't opened it read more

Bought a coil. Signed up for their rewards program. When I got home i got a text asking me to confirm that I just joined the GLD rewards program for local businesses. Asked me to confirm this by texting y. The text warned me it would cost money. Nice scam you got going there. Wonder if anyone is dumb enough to do it. Gave 2 stars because the guy that helped me was pretty chill and made sure i got the right coil. Even if the confirmation didn't happen to cost anything who would gamble on that? Never in my life have i got a warning on responding to a text that wasn't a scam. read more

Hit and miss for customer service. Ive been in there several times and received good service. I have also been in there several times and gotten bad service as well as been talked down to and made to feel as though they had something more important to do. read more

Absolutely terrible! Take your business elsewhere. I mistakenly bought the bowl instead of the stem piece and tried to return it. The bald guy who helped me didnt say a word until he brought the stems out. He then told me it had been used, which it hadnt and that i couldnt return it. This has nothing to do with money and everything to do with principle. I hope that $12 sale that you were unwilling to exchange was worth it. Will never shop there again. Gonna do my best to spread the word to everyone I know to do likewise read more

Very professional smoke shop, all top of the line glassware and vaporizers. I work in a nearby business and shop here quite often. The staff is awesome, and they make the extra effort to stock only the best glass from local and international glassblowers. I'd recommend this place to anyone. read more

What a find! I was on vacation and had forgotten the charger for my vape pen. I was going to this place to begrudgingly purchase another whole pen because I doubted they would have a charger for my totally proprietary pen port. Not only did they have something that worked but it was the same name brand and everything!! GLD saved me about $70 and the mental anguish that comes along with spending that mover because you were to stupid to remember your own charger. Service was great and the selection was HUGE. Highly recommended, pun intended. read more

I came in a few days ago for a specific replacement piece, a downstem and a bowlpiece. The person who helped me was informative and showed me all my options, and was patient while I took my time making up my mind. They had a good selection and even set up my piece for me so I didn't have to worry about switching out the small O ring or jamming in all the new parts. Also picked up a hilarious ash tray. I did wish they had more variety of grinders. Otherwise best shop in town! read more

The staff at this shop are the real MVP's! They're super friendly and knowledgeable about the products which has been a key factor in me coming back so regularly. They also occasionally have parties and will offer discounts during the parties which is nice and just lowered there prices on the product I order regularly. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this company or the staff working here, they go above and beyond to keep customers satisfied. keep up the good work, GLD! read more

No explanation needed. Always great service, great selections and tons of fun nicknacks and jokes and gags. Love this shop.

I've been coming to this store for a couple years now and pretty much every staff member is awesome! Super friendly/helpful. However, they don't really allow exchanges for defective products, which I really hate considering how often it happens. Going to be looking for another store to get coils at but for all other items absolutely I would always go to GLD :) read more

So I NEVER leave a bad review, unless it's for good reason. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a smoke shop. My boyfriend & I came into here tonight looking at a dome for an oil rig. We asked if it could be taken out so we could see it & this red headed b*tch (excuse my language, but that's what she is) gave an attitude JUST because she was too lazy to go get the keys. As soon as she came back to open it up, she has the audacity to tell us 'just so you know, it's 175$' with a rude look on her face, as if we couldn't afford it. I tell her what does that have to do with anything? So we walk away. She goes to her co worker & rolls her eyes. I usually don't sweat the small stuff, but I have NEVER felt so disrespected. Worst customer service & she needs to get fired if that's the kinda attitude she's giving customers. Will NOT be returning! read more

This is a very clean, nicely laid out head shop (am I allowed to call it that?). The staff is generally knowledgeable and friendly, and their selection is one of the best that i have seen, with pieces from the big names like Goldstein, Sheldon Black, et al to upstart local artists. The vaporizer selection could be a bit better, but i find that to be the case with most "alternative tobacco shops". All in all, the store gives off a paradoxically laid-back, but very professional vide. Honestly, my only complaint is that they seem to be about 10-20% more expensive than other head shops in the area, but they do offer a rewards program and a discount for OMMP patients. read more

The place is OK, yet I'm starting to get the vibe that poking fun of Blacks is a past time with this shops, products.Santa Con, Ghetto juice etc, why does it seem the menthol products are always euphemisms, for poking fun at African Americans? The products here are excellent and the people are very knowledgeable. Good variety at different price points. Thanks!

After reading the reviews of GLD I gave them the benefit of doubt of the bad reviews. But folks it was all true. Woman who greeted me, had an insincere tone in her voice, and then snickered to her co-working in how I was dressed. That pissed me off. Then what appeared to be the owner who helped me after a while, well lets say I really was not interested in the price range for the glass he had for sale (275 to 750$). Granted he had some shitty pipes for 20$ but nothing in the range that I was looking for. So I said fuck it and booked to The Third Eye. Good prices, selection and employees. read more
