Pork Belly Burnt Ends (hot honey sauce) Choose your own sauce on these. These are crisp on the outsides and the center is melt in your mouth pork belly. A new favorite in fort worth Sriracha & Kimchi Sausage was delish and I usually avoid sausage, but it was great! Habanero Bomb was a bit of brisket, dab of BBQ on cream cheese in a cleaned out Habanero - it was awesome and did not burn my mouth or tummy. I got a single rib to try it and 10 out of 10 recommend, have found my new favorite pork ribs in ft worth. It fell off the bone, and was just awesome, tender, juicy, AMAZING, will be going back for more!!! Mac & Cheese was my fave kind of spiral noodles, very good but VERY rich and savory so I would share it with someone. Too salty but I think it had garlic which I love. Tres Leches Banana Pudding was the best banana pudding I've ever had! Well worth the price imo! The service was very fast, but I was the first customer of the day in line. Smoke and Bone BBQ is one of those places that feels like it should be great -- but for us, it landed right in the middle. There are some creative ideas here. The Big Red watermelon has a fun, bright color and sounds interesting, but the feta and mint completely overpower the Big Red, so that unique twist kind of disappears. When we asked for burnt ends, we were immediately asked what sauce we wanted -- which was confusing. Burnt ends usually stand on their own. The options were hot honey or jerk chicken sauce, which felt a little out of place. We tried the hot honey, but honestly, it didn't really elevate the dish. We also went with the avocado burger, and it was just... okay. A large, unseasoned beef patty sitting on top of overcooked, crispy pork belly. The toppings didn't do much to bring it together either -- there wasn't a clear difference between the aioli and the avocado salsa, and even the IPA cheddar didn't stand out like you'd expect. To be fair, nothing was terrible -- it just never rose above average. On the plus side, the setup is convenient. You can grab a buzzer and head over to HopFusion Ale Works while you wait, which definitely helps pass the time. Enjoyed this place for the first time today. My wife and I just stumbled upon it on my way to my office. It is a food truck but well-established in one location and served AMAZING BBQ! They serve elotes with bbq! There is plenty of room to eat on the premises although we took ours to go. Great service and it did not take long for our food. I highly recommend this place. I was lost on the way there so I called to verify the location. The employee that answered the phone was so helpful and sincere. These nachos are so flavorful!!! Every topping is prefectly done. They are also HUGE! As it is a food truck (during the end of August) opted to eat inside the brewery. The vibe of the brewery is very chill and air conditioned. AMAZING brisket here in Fort Worth! Haven't had brisket this good in decades, and this was takeout via UberEats delivery to hotel. We got the brisket plate with 1/2 pound of fatty/moist brisket, and it disappeared very fast because the whole family enjoyed it so much. Very tender, flavorful, and moist - we should've ordered more!! We'll remember this for next time. We also had the burnt ends and the chicken which were good to have for variety, but the brisket was clearly the star. I'm so glad that I live one mile away from this place. I tried their BBQ yesterday for the first time and I was very pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Texas twinkies, ribs, brisket, sausage, coleslaw, and macaroni and cheese. Everything was really pretty good but the brisket was the standout meat, no doubt. Finally good bbq in Texas! Just because you have good meat doesn't mean you don't need to season it! Not the case at Smoke and Bone. Meats were tender, nice smoke ring. Well seasoned! Got the ribs and they were sooo good. Half a rack was more than enough for one meal. The pickled onions were yummy- not sour, they were that perfect sweet and sour pickle. The bbq sauce was delicious and my ribs came with enough. 2 pieces of bread were soft and not stale. Mac and cheese was cheesy and had good smokey flavor to it. I was very happy with this. We came by smoke and bones food truck recently to get food for a small group of people after we found out that my stepmother had passed. My dad loves barbecue and this hit the spot! They quickly made a ton of food for us. They did forget to pack up the potato salad, but we will let that one slide. We had every other one of their side items and they were homemade foodie-licious. So my daughter and I went on an adventure across country and I wanted really good Texas barbecue. We were staying in the stockyards and there were so many mixed reviews or bad reviews for those barbecue restaurants. So I ventured outside the stockyards a little bit and found this place. And boy I am glad we decided to eat here. It is a food truck at a brewery. My daughter is 18 and they let her eat inside. The food was amazing. We ordered seconds and thought we'd eat it later that night, but didn't. We had it as a cold snack on the road and it was just as good when we got it fresh. My daughter ordered the brisket mac & cheese and it was so delicious and smoky. The brisket was so tender. You absolutely will not be disappointed if you eat here. First of all, it's INSANE I've never left a review here. We moved across the street in late November, and there are legit never not leftovers from this spot in our fridge. We have tried zillions of dishes here. I am a stan for the banana pud, any of the meats, bbq sauce, potato salad, and most recently the best thing I've put in my mouth in a long time--this smashed grilled loaded potato miracle (pic). My husband most often comes home with the avocado burger, brisket, ribs, and whatever the special is (and 2 banana puds). Oh the potato is a Thursday special. Their 1st place award-winning avocado burger (It won the 2024 Fort Worth burger challenge) was amazing. Their brisket-based patty had a great flavor and was perfectly cooked. The bacon, cheese, and secret sauce nailed it. top three burger for me and that's probably saying a lot since I'm pretty much a burger snob. The burger was massively sized so be sure to grab a beer from Panther Island brewing to wash it down. Give them a try. The people behind the counter were so nice. The proportions were very generous. The price was extremely fair. And the food was terrific! The ribs were fall off the bone good.
