Fast? Yes! The smog check was very fast. Infact, by the time I dropped off my car walked to the coffee shop across the street and came back, my car was done. Efficient? Yes! I passed and they sent my info directly to the DMV for me. Decent customer service? Nope. When I arrived, they barely looked at me, said,"fill this out", handed me a clipboard, and walked away. On my exit the worker said, "You passed. Cash or card?" I had to ask how much? Do I get paperwork for the DMV? Do I get a copy and receipt? Couple the above with the insane COVID conspiracy signage they have in the window. I only noticed it on my way out, but it said "babies are born dead due to the Covid vaccine. Advertise Pricing that company show $26750 , tax and fee show $2945.97. Sum up the 2 numbers will come out to $29695.97. He wanted to play words with me like $29695.97 is the net pricing with tax and fee , and wanted to add $2945.97 one more time. I was tired with this guy, no respond and decided to leave. For the whole story, i did not low ball their pricing. Whatever their mother company want to sell , i agree to pay for, but when i come to the dealer. All dramas and traps. Even when the sale team member agree with the OTD pricing. You still have to deal with their sale manager with all bs reasons. ONE MORE THING: THE CAR IN REAL IS NOT SIMILAR TO THE ONE THEY ADVERTISE. THE WHEEL LOOKS DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE ON THE WEBSITE EVEN THOUGH STOCK # IS SIMILAR. I GUESS THEY SWAP FROM OTHER MODEL FOR OTHER CUSTOMER. SO WHOEVER BUY THAT CAR AND DO NOT PAY ATTENTION OR CHECK CAREFULLY, WILL END UP BEING A LOSER. They showed me the broken part and even did a quick demo, pointing out how to remove the part for fast replacement. They also mentioned this was pretty common in older model Hondas. Since I had already paid; they said get the part replaced, come back, and I could basically skip the line to get the test done. I replaced the part myself, which I'm pretty proud of, came back the next day and then my battery died... what the f@%k?! - NOTE: If your battery dies, the car computer has to reset. Which means you need to drive around for at least 50-miles. I did this, came back, they slide me in, and finally passed smog! The staff here was super patient, helpful, and very understanding to my situation. Beyond registration they also replace key fobs for cars and can cut new car keys as well.

Wow... I don't know what all the complaints are about! I went here today expecting to leave about…read morearound a $1000 poorer. Let me explain: I thought it was time to put brakes on my 21 Ford F150. I had been having some front end shaking. So after calling around, I decided that I would just take my truck over here, and I am glad that I did. I went in and told the Service Advisor that I wanted the brakes done on both axles, a brake fluid change and, while they were at it, a tire rotation and balancing. Well, about an hour later the Service Advisor came in and told me that the technician told him that the brakes were in "very good condition" and that the likely issue with the front end shaking was due to the tires being "WAY" out of balance. In fact, unbeknownst to me, one of the wheels had shed its balancing weights completely, so that tire was way out of whack. So, $71.96 later, the truck is back to normal with no shaking whatsoever. Now, how many other shops, including Ford dealers would have the ethics to do that when a customer comes in wanting $1000 in parts and labor for repairs? Most repair shops would just say, "well, the customer wants brakes, so let's give him brakes and for good measure, let's say it needs new rotors as well". How would anyone know? I will happily recommend Pep Boys in Clovis and will definitely be back when any of my vehicles need servicing.
