Because of that, I tend to have very high expectations. I can honestly say that working with Pool Concepts has been one of the most comfortable and well-organized construction experiences I've ever had. Of course, every construction project has an occasional bump in the road, but what impressed me was how the company responded. Whenever there was something that needed attention, they addressed it quickly, professionally, and with a positive attitude. They never made excuses--they simply made it right. Watching this company operate was like watching a well-oiled machine. Every phase of the project had a specialized team that came in fully prepared, completed their work efficiently, and seamlessly handed the project off to the next crew. The organization, communication, and execution were truly impressive. My pool was built from the ground up in approximately eight weeks, and every stage of the process reflected experience, precision, and professionalism. What also stood out was that their commitment didn't end when construction was finished. Even during the startup phase, they had a pool specialist carefully monitoring the water chemistry, balancing the pH, and ensuring everything was operating exactly as it should. That level of follow-through speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. The craftsmanship is exceptional, but what impressed me most was the company's culture. Every crew I encountered was courteous, hardworking, knowledgeable, and took pride in what they were doing. It was genuinely fascinating to watch skilled professionals transform an empty backyard into something beautiful. I believe people deserve recognition when they earn it, and Pool Concepts has certainly earned mine. If you're looking for a company that is methodical, organized, highly skilled, and stands behind its work, I would recommend Pool Concepts without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for your professionalism, your craftsmanship, and for creating a backyard that my family and I will enjoy for many years to come.

My challenge was I'm on a 3 level half acre lot with the pool set up in the center so this project was going definitely be different than the average back yard setup. I got a few estimates from a few different pool companies and a very good general contractorI know here in Rancho referred Kenny and Dan. They showed me there ideas and it was a way better set up than anyone else had proposed. Of course this plan was going to cost more money however Dan said if we build a pool it's something that's going to be real nice and you're going to be proud of it. I thought about it for a few weeks as these numerous pool companies all called me asking me if I was still interested as we were approaching the season to start at the end of the year and I decided I ultimately didn't want to cut corners doing more entry-level plans so I went the distance with blue waters plan. As you can see in the photos it came out came out spectacular. I have twice the deck area that I had prior a spa a heater water falls equipment that does everything by an app and in time plan to put a bar area in the large open area. They even redid did my 100 something foot wall that was starting to fall that me and my neighbor split. Buying a pool is a lot of money, but ultimately you just wanna be happy when it's done with no regrets so if you're looking to have a a pool built with no worries and to the best of it's ability You definitely want to talk to blue water. Thank you Kenny and Dan and there awesome crew who made this possible.

We were told by our…read morelandscape design team (highly recommend the award-winning LandCreative, Inc.) that only a few good pool contractors are qualified to successfully installed such a pool. We asked them for several referrals and Splash Pools was one of them. After doing some research we issued an RFP to three vendors and decided to go with Splash Pools because they seemed to be the most experienced and knowledgeable. Really appreciated Brian Tadeo, their V.P. who patiently explained the whole process. The pool along with the yard took about 8 months to complete. Throughout the entire process, Splash Pools stayed on the job and in close contact with our hardscape contractor as they have to coordinate their work at different points of construction. At one point during construction, the acrylic glass on the spa was cracked shortly after it was installed and needed to be replaced. This was a very costly replacement in terms of materials and labor as a crane has to be ordered again to install and replace it. Instead of arguing with the acrylic sub-contractor on whose fault it was and hold up the project, Brian T. worked out the cost with the acrylic subcontractor to immediately replaced the glass to keep the project on track. A big thanks to Brian T. for that. We also appreciated their lead foreman, Donnie, who was always there to supervise and address our questions with patience during the entire construction process. Donnie was also great with minor follow-up issues even after the installation was completed. In the end, we were highly pleased with both the outcome and experience we received from Splash Pools and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for have a pool built beautifully and professionally. I got the recommendation from the Nextdoor app and a super happy customer who just finished her pool. Tony came out on time and took all the ideas I had, added to it, measured everything out, and took it back to the office for design. A couple days later I was able to see a complete layout of how my backyard was going to look. I was sold. They started work the following Monday. From that point I had workers at my house every day (and some weekends) knocking it out and getting it done. Every single crew that came was awesome. The excavators, plumbers, tile guys, concrete guys, everyone. Every crew had super talented workers that did not cut corners, showed up every day and made really good recommendations on other things I can do to make my backyard amazing as the project went on. Another thing that I appreciated is that Tony showed up to check on the crews every other day or so. After each crew was finished, I could count on Tony to show up and make sure it was done correctly and to his and my satisfaction. What really put the icing on the cake for me was in the final week. I told Tony that I was having a party and had a ton of family coming, some from out of state and would be awesome to finish on time and show off my new backyard and be able to entertain my guests. From that Monday-Thursday I had 2-3 crews working each day, around each other to finish. They got it done 2 days ahead of time. The result was an amazing pool and completely redesigned backyard that was better than I imagined. I got the Deep heat option and was able to heat my pool in just a couple hours! Couldn't be more stoked. This summer is going to rock!! Thank you Tony. Thank you California Pools and a big shout out to Raul and the concrete crew.
