From start to finish= A+ Victor came out and gave me a straight forward estimate (very reasonable) explained everything and did exactly what I asked. His crew was very respectful and on time. Clean up was spotless and they left the area better than they found it. The concrete job is beautiful! I could not be happier and I HIGHLY recommend Dreamscapes! I'm SO happy I found them!!! You will be too!
Jairo was a pleasure to deal with, good guy, etc. That being said, not all the work was up to par. The coping around the pool was fantastic and that was it. I had them place an exposed aggregate pool deck and it came out horrible. They used a regular pressure washer to etch and expose the aggregate instead of a circular pressure washer, which left stripes, marks, and discoloration. Not to mention they filled my backyard drainage with the concrete layer that was removed. This of course hardened in my landscape drainage. Took a lot of work to clear it out.
I have never done any home improvements until a couple weeks ago. My wife and I decided to get a pool and concrete for an rv parking. Through the purchase of our pool we met Victor with Dreamscapes. Victor and his crew worked fast and I couldn't be happier with the results. Victor's communication and receptivity has made this process amazing. He explained things that made it easier to envision rather than let me go with something I possibly would have regretted. I received several quotes for rv parking and the patio,the price I got from Victor was by far the best. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality and how the hardscape looks in our yard. Thank you Victor, looking forward to finishing the other side of the house as soon as we can.
Dreamscapes & Construction Services will not take responsibility for their work. We hire Gonzalo and Jairo to pour our concrete pad around the pool. The concrete crack. They wanted to blame everything expect their poor man work-ship. Premier Pools and Spas referred them to us as a class A contractor to deliver our job. 16,600.00 for a waste of time. Did not use rebar or compact the soil. Very disappointed!!!. Extreme Concrete Crack. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR SERVICES.

As a homeowner builder, I was very satisfied with the work and professionalism from Dreamscapes & Construction. Victor in particular, was very attentive and had answers for any questions asked. His work ethic and management of crews was exponential and precise. The quality and value of his work cannot be beat. I highly recommend Dreamscape & Construction.
Our backyard became a mess overtime and very hard to maintain! Gophers began to come and more. I was hesitant to call dreamscapes in fear that they would charge a lot because of the excavation they would have to do. I wish I would have called SOONER! The price was so reasonable and they honored their advertisement in the local magazine book that comes in the mail!! Victor called and texted throughout the entire process. He gave a quick and efficient estimate. He was honest and transparent on everything! Once we agreed after other quotes from other vendors, Victor and his workers were ready to start that Monday which was only in 2 days! He said by Thursday they would be done and he was correct! As the workers began digging, they were transparent on what they found and allowed us to make decisions on the look and piping issues as well rather than them making their own decision. I appreciate them for including us in all decisions! After everything was complete, Victor provided clear instructions for the next few weeks regarding the concrete process. We appreciate him and all of the workers involved in our process including the lady who took our payment! Thank you to all the previous reviews on Victor as it was helpful in our decision. Thank you Victor and your workers for an excellent job! Highly recommend!
Premier put in my pool and sent me a few concrete companies to get a bid from. We ultimately selected Dreamscapes. Lorenzo was very responsive and informative which is why we selected them. The day after they put in my decking we had two large cracks. Lorenzo came out and had a crew fix them. The big issue was the clean-up crew. They were supposed to backfill the trenches where the sprinkler lines were put in, put the caps on my French drains and mortar the bricks. They pretty much took the trash that the cement crew left. I had to call numerous times to get some of the work done and they did not show up as scheduled. We wound up filling the trenches ourselves and had to have someone fix the sprinkler lines because they were leaking. They left blue compound all over my driveway and on my vinyl fences. We had to clean it up. Given the issues, Lorenzo committed to a pressure wash to get the dirt out before my pool was filled. He scheduled it with me and no one showed. I tried contacting him, but have had no response. Their concrete work seems good and they standby their work given they fixed the cracks in our decking , but the cleanup and communication is awful. I wish they would have completed the job because I was happy until the last few steps of the process. It would have been a 5 star review if only they finished.
I will give them absolute ZERO stars. We were provided this company through our pool contractor, they were to do our decking for our pool. After they finished the job there was some color variations, not normal ones by the way, and the supervisor of our job, Lorenzo, assured me that it would go away within a few months. I waited an entire year and the spots still never went away. I reached out to them again and Miguel came and acknowledged it was a problem and said he could do a vinegar treatment to help fix the discoloration. Well, long story short after FOUR vinegar treatments our concrete looks worse than before. It's absolutely unacceptable and they told me to go pound sand and that there was nothing else they could do. The owner himself doesn't even have the decency to talk to me or even come see what it looks like. Our concrete was $6500 and they refuse to make it right. I will tell everyone I know to not use Dreamscape.

Everything was done in a timely matter, and the guys where very clean and professional. I will definitely give them the second call for the second job. Highly recommend, if you want the job done right.

Were having a pool built with Premier Pools and they subcontracted concreate and coping to dreamscape. The top cast finish they did immediately got many large holes. Their solution was to put grout in the holes, which is a different texture and different color all together. It looks absolutely horrible, it blows my mind to think they would think it was an acceptable fix. They had two opportunities to make the repairs and each time they did the same thing. I'm so disappointed by their craftsmanship and poor customer service. I hope no one else has the same disappointment I did.

Victor and his crew were the best! Victor is responsive, pays attention to detail and listens to what the customer wants. His crew was respectful, courteous and easy to work with. Their prices are competitive and workmanship is top notch. We really liked Agustin, he was a concrete artist when it came to our steps. We recently had them come out to our house again to lay a small slab for our bbq area and couldn't be happier. They were actually able to come out the next day. I would definitely recommend them. read more

I've been using Dreamscapes for a few years now slowly working on upgrading my house and they never disappoint. Victor, Eddie and his whole team do phenomenal work and keep me in the loop every step of the way. The first round of work I had multiple people come out and provide me quotes for some work and they were all over the place with the numbers. Some even said they would reach back out by end of day or the following day with a quote, but Victor was the only one able to get me a solid number on the spot. I don't even bother getting quotes from other contractors anymore, my trust is 100% with them and I couldn't be happier with the results. The Dreamscapes crew is very professional and take pride in the work they do. I highly recommend them for any work you may need. I'm looking forward to completing the next project in a few months. read more

Jairo was a pleasure to deal with, good guy, etc. That being said, not all the work was up to par. The coping around the pool was fantastic and that was it. I was so very impressed with this company and there representatives Lorenzo and Gonzalo. They were both very professional. They did an excellent job on the concrete decking around my new pool. They are super efficient, clean, and pay extra attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for concrete work. they are definitely a 10 out of 10 star company. Answered ever question I had without hesitation. When there were delays due to rain, they still kept us updated on when they could continue again. Delivered the job they promised. I had my pool built by premier pools back in March of 2015 and they recommend dreamscape. After talking with Lorenzo and go over my plans, I decided on them for my decking and other items I wanted. Dreamscape ended up doing all the work and finish 2weeks before date promised. They did my pool decking, retaining wall, RV parking on the side of my house and also added lots of other items. My experience with the was great and now I am doing other work to my front yard and I am going to use dreamscape again. Lorenzo and his team are great and did a fantastic job. Can't wait to see the finish product on Friday. read more

Dreamscapes did a great job on my concrete and they were so easy to work with. They were punctual, communicative and professional. Victor came out to give me a quote a few weeks ago and after getting several other quotes from various companies, we decided we liked Dreamscapes the best. They had great customer service and their pricing was reasonable for all the work they did. I am amazed at how quickly they got done. It took only 2 days to tear out the concrete in our backyard and pour in new cement. read more
