Jairo was a pleasure to deal with, good guy, etc. That being said, not all the work was up to par. The coping around the pool was fantastic and that was it. I had them place an exposed aggregate pool deck and it came out horrible. They used a regular pressure washer to etch and expose the aggregate instead of a circular pressure washer, which left stripes, marks, and discoloration. Not to mention they filled my backyard drainage with the concrete layer that was removed. This of course hardened in my landscape drainage. Took a lot of work to clear it out. read more

Premier put in my pool and sent me a few concrete companies to get a bid from. We ultimately selected Dreamscapes. Lorenzo was very responsive and informative which is why we selected them. The day after they put in my decking we had two large cracks. Lorenzo came out and had a crew fix them. The big issue was the clean-up crew. They were supposed to backfill the trenches where the sprinkler lines were put in, put the caps on my French drains and mortar the bricks. They pretty much took the trash that the cement crew left. I had to call numerous times to get some of the work done and they did not show up as scheduled. We wound up filling the trenches ourselves and had to have someone fix the sprinkler lines because they were leaking. They left blue compound all over my driveway and on my vinyl fences. We had to clean it up. Given the issues, Lorenzo committed to a pressure wash to get the dirt out before my pool was filled. He scheduled it with me and no one showed. I tried contacting him, but have had no response. Their concrete work seems good and they standby their work given they fixed the cracks in our decking , but the cleanup and communication is awful. I wish they would have completed the job because I was happy until the last few steps of the process. It would have been a 5 star review if only they finished. read more

Once we signed contract he did advise it would take a month to get started but wall would be completed in a week. That is exactly how long it took. I will give them absolute ZERO stars. We were provided this company through our pool contractor, they were to do our decking for our pool. After they finished the job there was some color variations, not normal ones by the way, and the supervisor of our job, Lorenzo, assured me that it would go away within a few months. I waited an entire year and the spots still never went away. I reached out to them again and Miguel came and acknowledged it was a problem and said he could do a vinegar treatment to help fix the discoloration. Well, long story short after FOUR vinegar treatments our concrete looks worse than before. It's absolutely unacceptable and they told me to go pound sand and that there was nothing else they could do. The owner himself doesn't even have the decency to talk to me or even come see what it looks like. Our concrete was $6500 and they refuse to make it right. I know every situations is different and some people have better experiences than others. But my experience as Dreamscape was terrible. Were having a pool built with Premier Pools and they subcontracted concreate and coping to dreamscape. The top cast finish they did immediately got many large holes. Their solution was to put grout in the holes, which is a different texture and different color all together. It looks absolutely horrible, it blows my mind to think they would think it was an acceptable fix. They had two opportunities to make the repairs and each time they did the same thing. I'm so disappointed by their craftsmanship and poor customer service. I hope no one else has the same disappointment I did. read more

I had my pool built by premier pools back in March of 2015 and they recommend dreamscape. After talking with Lorenzo and go over my plans, I decided on them for my decking and other items I wanted. I had a pool built by Premier Pools and Spas and their salesman, Alan Brown, used Dreamscapes for the decking and the walls. License number 690664.The worst part, and the main reason I will not recommend Premier Pools to anyone, is my dealings with Dreamscapes. I spent $16,000 on colored/stamped concrete, as well as a 140 foot slump rock retaining wall. I met with Lorenzo to talk about the wall I had built. I only met Lorenzo two days before the wall was going to be built. I would have liked to have had more time to go over plans. I told Lorenzo where I wanted the front and back walls, and he said ok. When I came home from work the footings were poured, and the walls were about 2 feet out from where they were supposed to be. He removed the front wall, and re-poured the footings, but he said he never heard me about the back wall. The back wall, 80 feet total, is now done, and 2 feet from where I wanted it. He did pay for the front concrete as well as the stamping in the rear for the mess-up, but he never admitted he was wrong in the rear placement. Another problem with Dreamscapes was my patio cover was also damaged during concrete removal. He did drop off the parts, but 4 weeks after he finished work. There is also concrete from the decks he poured all over my new wall. It will take hours to remove it, if it even comes off, by hand. The front street is also stained with concrete from the deck pour, and I am still taking rocks out of the grass from where his pumper (his brother) washed out the pump hoses. Now that the decking is installed, it is obvious that Dreamscapes lacks some basic skills in terms of drain installation and concrete finishing. I have over 20 drains, which I assume is code, but they are not in very straight lines, and a few are literally tilted at all sorts of angles, with red tape sticking out into the concrete/deck. Simple to fix before by taking their time, but now just an eye sore. There are flaws all over the decking, as well as a large part where a working spilled something during the finishing, and never got it off. There is also a boot print in the deck. The worst part is that when they removed my old concrete they hit my garage wall, and stuff I had hanging on the inside walls fell on the hood of my classic car. He also recommends a gate company, but I would't use them as well. They messed up my gate as well. Don't use this company. There are a million concrete companies out there, and I'm sure they can do better work. read more
