I called Luis back to help fix a leak from a sprinkler line that the previous contractor used for putting up the brick walls. That contractor punctured the sprinkler line and did a very bad job patching the line before putting in the concrete. Luis and his team removed the concrete and fixed the leak, he allowed it to dry to ensure the leak was fixed and came back to put in the new concrete. His company is very reliable and professional, we will always use his company in the future if any other concrete work is needed. read more

We had Luis Palomerez contracted to put in concrete in our backyard. We selected Luis Palomerez because he gave us a very detailed proposal and the reasonable cost of the project. The project has taken 9 days to complete. For my big size concrete project of approx. 3,400 sq ft., the time spent is considered sastifactory. Luis and his team away started very early morning at 6:30 - 7am and could end work at 8 pm depending on the work of that day. The team was working very hard to complete what needs to be done on the day. Luis himself was also working along with his workers. The daily schedule and planning were handled by Luis in the excellence matters. Some additional small tasks I requested and were completed by Luis's team with no difficulty. In the end, Luis and his team have transformed my eye-sore dead grass field to the beautiful concrete backyard. I am very pleased his Luis and his team work. The crew properly leveled the area, framed, and brought in a pumper for the concrete. For the finish work, the crew cut the expansion joints to match and be inline with the previous concrete so it all even! Although it is just big concrete, it actually improved the look of my yard.
