First after looking at your gallery of jobs I knew this company knows concrete. And don't make much on small jobs bidded as such. But $4500. I have a quote for $1500. But is booked after Xmas. I called Rob Rich about a week ago about repairing my driveway. He came out the next day to look at my problem (cracks and lifting from roots). Rob gave me a price and I told him to do the job. Rod and his crew just finished a good sized job of large square concrete blocks, a long walk way, a good sized concrete slab for a gazebo, and more large concrete square blocks as a walkway to the gazebo pad. Rod was just awesome! First, he actually did what he said he was going to do. If he said he will be there on a certain day and time....he will be there. If he states he will do a specific form or add something.....it will be done. If you tell him how you want the concrete done in a certain way, pipes added for irrigation etc......it will be done. You don't need to remind him. He is one of a very few contractors that I've had experience with that will do the job, do it right, and do it very well. I couldn't be happier. In addition to the above Rod was on site the entire time to make sure that his crew did things correctly. He did not disappear for hours or days at a time leaving his crew without direction. As a result the lines on the forms were straight, the edging was nice and rounded, and the pattern for the control lines were well done and looked symmetrical. Everything turned out very well.
