His price was right on the money, compared to other quotes. He also vlogs a lot of his jobs on Instagram so you can see the quality of work he does which helped me make the right decision on who to pick for the job. I had a tree that shifted the concrete up which let water leak into the garage so it was very important that he got the grading right. They did great work at a reasonable rate. Concrete overlay on my driveway and walk path. Be aware, they do their best to fill the cracks but the cracks are a structural problem and will re open after a short while. He warns of this before starting. Second time Hiring Lujan Elite concrete we did a garden wall in the back yard, and we also had him build us a concrete pad for the kids to play basketball great great work just like our first experience! The concrete that was poured looks great, and the owner was quick to respond and got the project done quickly. However, I have beautiful concrete and now a completely useless drainpipe. The owner came out on a Wednesday to prep, so he could pour the next day. He called me to ask about the sprinkler lines, which I informed him those SPRINKLER lines were dead. He processed with the project and I when I got home, I noticed my internet was down. I called Spectrum to send a tech and the conduit wires connected to the little green electrical box in front of my home had been completely cut. I notified the owner who said the wires should have been buried further down. Spectrum sent a crew out to drop and bury new wires but after hours of trying and some technical difficulties the only way to fix the problem was to cut through the drainpipe. The easier solution would have been letting me know the spectrum wires were in the way, pausing the project til spectrum could move them, and then proceeding. I am completely annoyed because now I have to see if someone can fix the drainpipe. Lesson learned always use someone with a license. read more

Do not use this company. Did not level the area where cement was laid. Drains were not installed in correct places. Now there are extreme uneven areas and major flooding happening due to the horrible job done. Won't return phone calls and will not fix their errors or refund anything since payment. Now we have to re do the whole job. read more
