Amazing, thoughtful, and timely support! David was able to help us get our chime fixed by diagnosing the issue over the phone and guiding us through the repair. Would highly recommend David for his expertise and friendly guidance. Thank you!

Working clock on a graduation hat!

Absolutely AMAZING customer service at an affordable price! I really wanted to make my graduation hat stand out and decided I wanted to have a working clock on my hat. Not only was my graduation the next day, but I called to see if he was open on a holiday! The owner not only provided the parts needed but also installed the clock onto my graduation hat! I was beyond excited and really made an impossible idea that I had come to life. Thank you so much and I would give 10 stars if I could!!

Mr. Smith was great in getting my 100+ year old grandmother's clock running smoothly after it had stopped. I highly recommend him.

What made things worse was the indifferent person at the front desk whose tone and attitude were utterly abhorrent. I walked through the entire store and I can honestly say I've seen much nicer antique stores in Arizona. They also advertise that they have a second floor, but when I went up the stairs, there was just a small room with more garbage. I don't know how they have so many reviews online but this was the most pathetic antique store I have ever visited. I don't even think you can call this an antique store. This antique store epitomizes San Francisco, an inferior damaged broken city with damaged residents who desperately want to appear classy but are broken inside. I have never been more disappointed after visiting an antique store and I'm not the least bit surprised that this experience happened in a twisted ghetto like San Francisco. Pathetic!!!

I don't always know what I want to buy for someone until I see it, and I really appreciate the ability to browse in person. There is no signage in the store or on the receipt regarding this policy. We were told we would have to speak with the owner the next day. When we went back the following day, the woman who claimed to be the owner pointed to an outdated, handwritten "HOLIDAY POLICY 2024". I told her that shouldn't apply to this purchase and it's disgraceful to be charging 4X the price and not be willing to refund. I was told that's the price you pay for being able to "touch the items" vs online purchases and she refused to budge on the store credit. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
