We had a very nice time at this store. The cafe was closed which made us sad. But, other than that we had a great visit. Spent only 8 bucks. After walking through the entire store.

One of the many gas cans in the place.

Smith & Edwards is a place you definitely want to set a couple hours aside for when you go there. Boots to bolts, toilets to tree supplies, canning to cast iron, they probably have it. Zombie apocalypse section is a plus as well. Ace Rewards make it an even sweeter deal.

Northern Utah must go to store! It has everything imaginable including military surplus, rows of leather saddles, kitchen utensils, western wear, and an in store deli for when you get hungry.

This place is a outdoorsman/country boys favorite place. Everything you could one is here, some things are kind of expensive so it's not the best deals, but you can usually find ammo here.

My wife has purchased dozens of rings, necklaces and bracelets from Smith and Edwards (Montana Silversmiths) She had an issue where Montana gave her the 2 MONTH run-around. Absolutely frustrating We called and spoke to Dave. We met with Marty T who helped us back in Jewelry. He listened to what had happened and took the necessary steps to make my wife feel 100% taken care of. Truly a display of flawless Customer Service at the highest level! My wife and I felt extremely lucky to have been.."right place right time" dealing with Marty. Smith and Edwards...5 STARS all day long. Most sincerest Thank you!

Have you ever been to Bucees in Texas? That's what comes to mind when you walk into this store. You might come in for one thing, but won't leave before you've visited their bathrooms at least twice. It's a western store, tack shop, military surplus, old timey candy shop, hardware, camping, hunting and fishing store...all rolled up into one. They even have a cooking section full of kitchen gadgets, flavorings and spices. The only thing you can't buy here is gas, but there are plenty of cured snacks here that'll give it to you. Prices on everything are average to maybe a little high on some items. But it's not a big box store so they aren't dealing in volume the way those stores can. There's a little café inside the store if you get hungry during your visit. Plan for an hour or two, even if you're just browsing. You will want to see everything.

Good store but some of the stuff is stuff you wouldn't ever use. They have a lot of good old school stuff too though.

Smith & Edwards is amazing! It takes hours to see everything, but worth the effort. Good deals too.

Two items were substituted for specific items needed. Made a call to have those two items delivered and swapped for the incorrect ones. This was confirmed. Those items were job and time critical. After three days I call again to find out where those delinquent items are. Then they tell me instead of swapping them, I have to return the incorrect items, then pay again for the new ones, then they will order the correct items. Another lost three days. I have to drive to town to return and pay. Again, expecting two more days, after three I call again. Cant get through to the pro desk. This happens two days in a row. At some point one item shows up via UPS. The other item turns out not to have been ordered at the same time and tracking shows it now coming from NY state with an unknown shipping date. Looking at the HD website for this product it now shows delivery by a date that is 14 days away. I end up having to cancel this order and reorder it from Lowes with a three day lead time until home delivery. In summary, way too painful for a Pro order. I wont use HD again for an important project. The people I dealt with at the Ogden store were all very nice, though insensitive to the delays, but communication within HD and to this Pro customer were sorely lacking. I recommend looking at alternative lumber yards first if its an important project.
