Unfortunately, the facility has hit a bit of a decline lately. What used to be impeccably dry, clean floors are now prone to dust and hairballs, and it's gotten so wet in the wet sauna areas that they've just started putting out "caution" signs instead of actually keeping it dry. I've seen quite a few people slip. Even the "unlimited" towel perk has been downgraded to a strict two-towel limit, and the food portions and quality have shrunk exponentially compared to the cost they charge it at. That being said, there is one major saving grace: the Korean auntie who does the body scrubs. She is an absolute legend and deserves a massive raise for everything she puts up with! She's the main reason the experience still feels somewhat authentic and worth driving to. The rooms are also on the smaller side, so if you go during peak hours, it's definitely more "crowded" than "calm." Honestly, the only reason I still make the trip is that it's the only K-spa within a reasonable driving distance from Boston. If there were more local options, I'd probably skip the decline here and head straight to NJ or NYC for a higher-quality experience. It's still a decent option if you're desperate for a scrub and a soak without the four-hour drive, but I really miss the high standards they had at the beginning.

They provided a heated disposable eye mask and warm compress for behind the neck that was lovely. Massage included work from the knee down and was very relaxing and enjoyable. A small portion of the massage used hot stone which was very nice. I made an appointment for my husband to receive a deep tissue massage and he really enjoyed. This is not your average place, much better than a massage envy and very professional and extra touches make it nice (after massaging with oil and lotion they wipe you clean at the end with a warm towel as to not mess any of your clothes, use of warm oil and hot stones, massaging head with oil, etc.).
