So we paid $451 just to be done with them and they called us back immediately saying that the balance due was incorrect and they would call us back to tell us the correct amount. They never called us back so i called and they said the same thing of they would get back to us after an audit. They actually did call back and say they would refund everything we paid because my insurance covered it all. But now it's been 3 weeks since they said that and no refund has been given. Called today and they don't even answer the phone.

They offer you bottled water or coffee as you enter. They also greet you with the name you wish to be called. They also work with your insurance provider the best they can and go over costs before starting. I sort of hate the xray part when they put the shield in your mouth. But Beto the xray tech goes slow and tries to allieviate your uncomfortableness. The hygentists that work with Dr. Cua are friendly and are caring. Helping you setup the TV to watch and listen to while they work away. Also giving you a pillow and leg rest if you want. They work well with Dr. Cua as scrapes off the plaque and calcium build-up. Keeping your mouth rinsed and clean. They then polish after Dr. Cua finishes. Although I don't love visiting the dentist. I do love my experience at Perch Dentistry with Dr. Cua and her staff. By the way I had no cavities on this visit and my gums are looking much healthier! Instead, I was told to see Dr. Mumal Multani. The hygienist came in first and did the polishing. She did not know how to do this and finished in about 3 minutes. Then Dr. Multani came in and did the cleaning. She lowered the chair to a position that made me dizzy. After correcting this, she poked around and hurt my teeth and gums. I tasted and smelled blood. The cleaning process took five and a half minutes. I felt like she did not do a good job, so I asked her to clean again, which she did. I asked her to polish and floss because it was not done correctly by the hygienist. She did this also. This was the worst experience in many years. For my next appointment, I specifically asked for Dr. Guan and another hygienist. Don't go to this dentist. Dr. Guan does great work and makes sure the patient is comfortable and treated very good.

I'm always in and out in 30 minutes or less when she cleans my teeth. They offer you sunglasses to wear when you're lying down so the light doesn't bother you. Kylie also has what looks to be binoculars when she works so she can easily see what she's working on. I've never seen anything like it but I can confirm that she never accidentally scratches my gumline or my tongue, which can be very painful. Dr. Yang usually finishes up the visit with a quality check to give his approval. Their billing office is usually good and fast as well. Well trust me, that the worse thing I could have said. Now all of a sudden everyone jumps into action mode, taking all new x rays and cbct (which is a fancy X-ray). I looked it up. Their findings were alarming. I now needed 3 crowns and the fillings that go under the crowns plus 3 additional fillings. Why didn't the other dentist in NY say anything to me about all these problems? On my wife, she suddenly needs a deep cleaning and possibly some fillings redone because they are leaching.(their words). They tried to force us to schedule immediately and wanted to start my wife's deep cleaning that very day. We told them that we both had to return to work but then we were told they would not have another appointment available for several weeks to do a deep cleaning. We left there unsettled and I contacted a friend of mine who has a brother that is a dentist. I sent him a copy of the X-rays and he said he couldn't see anything other than the 1 tooth that needed just a filling. My wife went to another dentist and was told she only needed a basic filling.
