Dr. Sura is the most AWESOME and the BEST dentist in the world. I came from Vietnam and had really bad and painful experience (even from cavity filling) with dentists there which has traumatized me until today. I also had an unpleasant experience with my previous dentist in Austin, so our former colleague recommended us to go to Reveal Dental. I was so skeptical during my first visit because of my past bad experience. After the first visit, I had to say that Dr. Sura is the one! He looked at my x-ray, explained everything thoroughly, and made it very easy to understand. He's always so patient to answer all my questions or concern. He always makes each visit a pleasant experience - starting with a hand shake or a hug, sharing about his family, and talking about fun stuff. I had a molar that had very bad cavity. I knew it would be uncomfortable to get it filled or it might have a chance of being pulled. Dr. Sura worked on that complicated molar like a magician. The process was a bit longer than usual, but Dr. Sura made it absolutely painless, and he saved that tooth. He once told me that fixing teeth is easy but preventing teeth to get fixed is not. His purpose is to work with his patients and help them prevent their teeth to be fixed. I was impressed by that because it shows how great of a person/dentist he is. While other dentists like to fix as many teeth as possible to make money, Dr. Sura is completely opposite, which really impresses me. He values integrity and honesty. If a tooth doesn't need much work, he will be honest and tell you it won't need it. If it absolutely needs a procedure in order to save the natural one, he will let you know. He focuses more on the care just so you won't have issues with your teeth. You can't really find this in anyone anywhere nowadays. The entire team of dental hygienists and scheduling coordinators are sweet and friendly. They always welcome you with a big smile. They take time to learn more about my personal life, what I like to do, any fun plan I have coming up. They don't just have small talks for the sake of having a small talk with just another patient, but they sincerely care and remember. Another awesomeness about Dr. Sura: Please always trust his referrals - endodontist, orthodontist, periodontist, oral surgeon, etc. I can't rave enough about that. If you want to break your bank this is the right place. I went in for same day crown. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable but the price for the crown was not justified as they charged me full price $1500 where as full price for other places is around $700-$800. I feel that i was taken advantage of the urgent need. Also they wouldn't help me with the insurance even though they could've added them to my insurance network. I feel management is still rookie in their practice. I even told the front desk that my crown has been over 5 years and have proof of it but i guess they wanted their money upfront which really put a dent in my bank account . Michelle & Melissa are great hygienists !! I've had at least 6 cleanings so far, they have never hurt me and I always leave feeling like I have brand new teeth !! This was one of the BEST dental experiences ever. The moment I walked in the door I felt right at home. (BTW: I'm terrified of the dentist) The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and personable. Let me start by saying I have had my share of dental disasters. So when it came time to search for a new dentist, I was not excited. I did my research and finally decided on Reveal Dental. This was the best decision. I have never felt this comfortable going to a dentist in years. Dr. Sura and his entire team are great! They help in any way they can. They walk you through everything. Came in to check on my teeth/gums since they were hurting and turned out I needed a deep cleaning which was fine. Staff is super friendly but I could feel that the lady working on my teeth didn't seem super confident which was the first red flag. Fast forward 2 months, my gums were still hurting and went to a different dentist and got a deep cleaning there that actually fixed my issue. Been going for years and had a good experience so far. Always tried to sell me on a night guard like most dentists do. Finally pulled the trigger because they quoted me a price since they said I met my deductible. I explicitly let them know I didn't want to pay more and needed confirmation the quote was all I needed to pay. Low and behold a few months later I have a bill for an additional $60. I called and left a message with no call back. Called a week later and have every excuse in the book. Bottom line I don't trust the front office and will be looking for another dentist. read more

From the very beginning, he had excellent bedside manner, never rushed with conversations about my dental needs/concerns. Never pushed procedures on me - always gave great advice, listed pros vs cons. After several years of consistent, trustworthy care, I decided to replace my "temporary" long term crown with a permanent crown, since it was starting to show signs of aging. Reveal Dental was a great experience from the first phone call, to the 1st visit and the checkout process. The facility is immaculate, well laid out and the decor is very modern and beautiful. Reveal's staff made special accommodations for my Wife (we currently have a newborn) her all of the forms required for a new patient, so she could come in and get the Exam and Teeth cleaning in an accelerated way, just for her! My experience with the team in person was just as good as my experience over the phone and leading up to the cleaning. In fact, it is worth mentioning that my teeth have a particular area that can get plaque build up and while this is a common problem the cleaning of this area can take up to 30-40 minutes. The tools that Reveal has are all new and advanced, and this area was cleaned up in 5 minutes by the team. I'm not a Dentist, and I don't know much about their tools or technology, but the investments in the facility, lighting, tools and technologies are reflected in the outcomes they deliver. Like most GREAT businesses you could tell there was a great culture of customer engagement at the Clinic, another key element to a great experience for me. read more

Dr. Sura and his team are phenomenal! My husband needed to see a dentist on a Friday when our regular dentist was closed. A couple of my close friends had referred me to Reveal Dental recently so when my husband needed to see someone, I recommended he see Dr. Sura. We are so glad they did! Relocated from AZ. Hate trying to find new doctors, dentist, hair stylists, mechanics, etc. Reveal Dental was one of the four dentistry offices recommended by my son's oral surgeon, Dr. Ding. I researched all four and decided that Reveal Dental was the best choice for our family. My husband had previously seen a dentist at a Swish location. It was a horrible experience for him w/hard sales and insults about his teeth plus they pressured him to write a 5 star review. AWFUL! Reveal Dental is on the opposite end of the spectrum. Hallelujah! The initial contact at reception was pleasant and the hygienist was gentle but thorough. My typically stressed out husband almost fell asleep during the gum evaluation - crazy, right? Dr. Sura came in, looked at the x-rays and discussed the items that need future work w/my husband. He was pleasant and professional - all that you would expect from a highly rated dentist. According to my husband, overall this was an excellent experience. My sons and I all have appointments in the coming months. I will revise my review accordingly. read more

I went here as a new patient today and had such a great experience. I had to switch dentists after a bad experience with another nearby office. Today they adjusted my filling the other office did and I also had a cleaning. Every one was so hospitable and chipper, which you definitely don't always see in doctors offices. One of the ladies offered me water which might seem like a small gesture, but I definitely appreciated it (especially since no one has ever offered before). Very friendly staff, and they called and offered me a sooner appointment than originally booked due to a cancellation. Very nice office and easy to find. The only thing I would have changed would have been for them to only have done what was fully covered by my insurance as "preventative" - they did not really discuss just kinda led me to believe it was just all part of the preventative process as I only requested a cleaning (They did panoramic view xray and regular bite wings) and then at checkout proceeded to tell me I used xx amount towards my yearly max, when preventative is supposed to be covered at 100% so they should have used zero $ towards the max. read more
