Every time I go here there is a new, very young dentist working. Swish just can't make it stick! There are new faces here like it's a revolving door. A few months ago, I had see a dentist up in New York while on a work assignment. She told me I needed a filling on a tooth and not to wait. So when I got back to Austin, my wife booked appointments for both of us at the Swish office we have visited in the past couple of years. I shared with Swish I was told to see a dentist soon. Well trust me, that the worse thing I could have said. Now all of a sudden everyone jumps into action mode, taking all new x rays and cbct (which is a fancy X-ray). I looked it up. Their findings were alarming. I now needed 3 crowns and the fillings that go under the crowns plus 3 additional fillings. Why didn't the other dentist in NY say anything to me about all these problems? On my wife, she suddenly needs a deep cleaning and possibly some fillings redone because they are leaching.(their words). They tried to force us to schedule immediately and wanted to start my wife's deep cleaning that very day. We told them that we both had to return to work but then we were told they would not have another appointment available for several weeks to do a deep cleaning. We left there unsettled and I contacted a friend of mine who has a brother that is a dentist. I sent him a copy of the X-rays and he said he couldn't see anything other than the 1 tooth that needed just a filling. My wife went to another dentist and was told she only needed a basic filling. Who are these people? Why would they attempt to do such aggressive dentistry if it doesn't exist? read more

Literally put the worst implant in my head and I never went back because they suck, and now 2 years later they've sent me to debt collection for something they said was paid 2 years ago!! Terrible scamming dentist that takes advantage of their customers. Did the same thing with everyone else I know. Crazy that so many people "suddenly didn't pay!" Also want to say that they ask you to take a picture and review them after your first visit there so I imagine that's why their eating is so high. read more

You know, my initial experiences with them were okay, but the quality went down once they were not new. I think they were trying to increase their numbers as a new office. I tried to get my husband in as a new patient and literally called five times trying to get them to call me back to set something up. Radio silence. The vibe in there is just too inside--like they are all amusing themselves more than caring what the patients thought or were experiencing. I had a similar experience recently at a physical therapy place. It was crazy. We are patients. You should be paying attention to what is happening to us. Whatever. After they blew us off when I was trying to get my husband in there--I never returned. I guess they do not need patients. read more

Their primary goal is to maximize the usage of your insurance coverage, not to take care of teeth. They would do all necessary or unnecessary screenings in order to achieve that goal. That will, for sure, end up with some procedures that insurance company don't cover, and that will end up numerous bills to you! YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS CLINIC!! read more

Had an appointment with Swish yesterday. Everyone was very nice! Booking was a breeze and there was a bit of a wait once I arrived but no big deal. Valerie did a wonderful job of explaining things to me after my X-rays and scans. My hygienist, Rashony (I probably really butchered that) was beyond sweet! Overall I love this new concept at Swish. It's not your typical dentist office and I'm here for it. However, I think I got pink eye from the glasses/ shades I had to wear during my 1 hour deep cleaning. Maybe ensure they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before allowing others to use them. In any case this didn't take away from my experience and I think I've found my new dentist home! read more

Scheduling through the online system is definitely problematic. They don't seem to honor the scheduled dates/times. The front desk receptionist has no personality at all and needs to work on her customer service skills. Didn't agree with the doctor's evaluation at all. This place is not for me. read more

The office experience was terrible. I have been to several other swish locations over the years and the dental hygienist here was RUDE. She was making condescending remarks as though I don't know the difference between the texture of my teeth and teeth with toothpaste on them. Overall the experience in this office was terrible. Definitely felt like I was getting swindled here. Took two kids in for a routine visit. After a 1.5 - 2 hr visit (which was completely not necessary), the dentist determined one of my kids had 7 cavities, the other none but should get a filling anyway. Ended up getting a second opinion from my dentist, guess what? No cavities and no need for fillings. Needless to say, we won't be back. Be sure you get a second opinion before getting additional dental work. Also they need to shorten the initial visit - no reason for it to be that long. read more

I visited this SD for my annual exam and cleaning. By far, one of the best dental office I've visited since my transition from the military. From the time I checked in to the start of my appointment, I waited all of 1 minute. I went from one station to the next. Along the way, I was explained every step of my treatment. Any questions I had was answered and they did nothing extra without running it passed me first. And I'm a big baby when it comes to dental work. Jessica made sure I was at ease the entire time. Very bad experience visit on 4/29/24. The dentist could not manage to get me numb. 6 shots and I could still when he sutures me up. I asked for him to prescribe something topical for home. He told me there is nothing to give me because opiode problem. When I reiterated and told him, I'm asking something typical, he said because I'm not his patent he can't prescribe me anything. Which is it? Is there nothing to give me or can he not prescribe me anything because I'm not his patient. In a place where there are traveling drs, who would have a specific dr. He wrote a note for my work and suggested my job call him if there are any questions. He has the responsibility to protect my privacy. This man has no bedside manors at all. I'm done with them. I wouldn't send my pets to him. The first dr. Was excellent. She advised she was was not going to be there anymore. I wonder why. read more

Swish Dental Cedar Park is the BEST Dentist office I have ever found in my life! Over time, I have been to over 15 dentists. The staff is amazing. Valerie at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Puzio is very knowledgeable and very thorough in answering any questions. Cassie is very friendly, Jessica is also very friendly as well. Casey is also very friendly. In these times, when everything is rushed and impersonal at other medical and dental practices, it is very refreshing to have a dentist staff that is very friendly and easy to talk with and takes the time to listen. The equipment is state of the art. After doing a Panoramic x-ray, they do bite wing x-rays and it's so easy and quick. The photographs are displayed on large monitor that allows you as the patient to see the photo images. You can watch Netflix movies during your entire stay. The chairs are so comfortable. I went to Swish for an Invisalign consultation. The staff was very nice and the office was new, bright and clean. I am giving three stars based on the actual Invisalign consult. The dentist only spoke with me for about 45 seconds. I went in wanting a VERY minor adjustment, but she listed off a bunch of things that "needed" to be fixed and gave me 8-12 month treatment plan. I ended up getting a second opinion from an orthodontist. The consult was much more comprehensive and they recommended an 8 week Invisalign treatment plan for 1/3 the cost. Overall, my consultation at Swish felt rushed and I was quoted for services that were not necessary. read more

It had been well over 5 years since my last dental visit, I may have chose swish because of a Facebook add about a free toothbrush. but hey, they are awesome and I will definitely be going here from now on. They didn't check to see how many buttons I had left for my braces! The dental assistant said she gave me all my braces. Just looked and I received 21 of 25 so I hopefully will get the last 4 at my check up! Still waiting on billing have not heard back from them in 3 months to check to see if they are back in network our ins company called them asked the person she talked with on the to call me! I had a wonderful experience at Swish today. I made an appointment last night ~9pm for today at 1pm because I thought I was getting a cavity, had free time to get checked out today, and remembered seeing an add for swish that promised a free swag bag (I love free things okay?) The whole appointment process was so smooth, Cassie was wonderful with the imaging and Dr. Sirage was very thorough in explaining everything that was going on, and how to prevent my cavities - since this was a recurring issue for me - something no dentist has done yet. He then looked at his schedule and said "well I can get started on some of those today if you'd like". Again, an experience I've never had. I opted to not have nitrous, as I've started to get over my fear of needles, and both Dr. Sirage and Cassie made it a great experience by never letting me see the needle they used in my mouth, and holding my hand when I was getting the shots themselves. The procedure went faster than I thought, even though we had to stop twice to numb the bottom of my mouth even more. I'll be back in a month to tackle the rest of my cavities, and then hopefully be cavity free for a while! read more

Overall my experience here was good to almost great. Dr.Puzio and the staff are thoughtful, honest, and good at what they do. Where can they improve? This office is still new and they have some process kinks to work out. For example, they mis-verified my insurance which would have resulted in less benefit/coverage for me/. I spoke up and this was quickly remedied. Additionally, my husband made an appt for a consultation + cleaning on the same day/appt and he was only able to be seen for the consultation as they ran out of time/mischeduled. In April I was a new patient and went in for a tooth that was bothering me and routine cleaning. Dr said I needed 8 crowns because of the severity of my cavities, periodontal disease and to save whatever bone I had left. I went to have 3 treatments for periodontal disease and by that time my gum health was great! Gum score was in 2-3's. The hygienist insisted on 2 more visits but I said no. I decided to get a second opinion about the 8 crowns and I am so glad I did! I went to Advance Smile Dentistry and told them nothing about Swish Dental's findings. Turns out, I need ONE crown and I have ZERO cavities. I asked the doctor if she was sure I had no other cavities or crowns needed and she said absolutely not! There is very LITTLE bone loss but that's was about it. I'm so glad I got a second opinion!!! How did it go from 8 crowns and multiple cavities to 1 crown and no cavities???? smh....Crooks everywhere. read more

Overall, fantastic experience. The good: - Every single care team member had excellent communication skills. They let me know what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what they saw and why. - The digital tools were great. I loved being able to look at visuals with care team members and use those to facilitate discussions. - The team cared more about my health and needs than trying to upsell services. - This was the best hygienist experience I've ever had. Ever. Props to Fred! (I think/hope his name was Fred.) Less good: Front office experience when I arrived was a little weird... receptionist was not there for 10 minutes when I arrived, so I wasn't sure what to do. But that resolved itself after 10 minutes. And I arrived 20 minutes early around lunch time, so this was not super surprising to experience. read more

I am not a good dentist patient. I am terrified to visit dentists and I'm also not good at keeping up with regularly scheduled cleanings (long history of dental work mixed with not so fun traumatic dental experiences as a child). I've also never felt compelled and comfortable enough to recommend a Dentist or their office more than I do with Swish. Amazing, professional very state-of-the-art experience from arriving to leaving my last appointment. I almost want to quit my day job and study to become a dental specialist just to work here. These people show smiles (thru eyes while wearing masks ;) and you can feel their staff enjoy their jobs. More on the visits.. Jessica was a FANTASTIC hygienist that performed my cleaning. I can't remember the name of it but it was a deep cleaning I desperately needed after 2 yrs of Covid and no visits to the dentist.. I HIGHLY recommend this deep cleaning. She was very understanding but also educational about better practices I need to take home with me. She also did such a great job at making me feel comfortable the entire time. And got me feeling amazingly calm and numb :D Dr Puzio was a great pleasure. She was knowledgeable, but also kind and making sure I was comfortable the whole time, while being very thorough and meticulous with the filling I needed redone. I will be completely honest here, I left each appointment a bit teary eyed and happier than when I arrived because I felt more like a human. Mouth health is so important (for your heart health too!) and I neglected myself for so long that it felt like self care I so desperately needed. Really bad experience. I was on time for my appointment but sat in the waiting room for a half hour. I had every image of my mouth you could possibly conceive of and was then left waiting for the dentist for more than a half hour. I finally had to leave. Had I stayed it would have been more than 2 hours in the office. Now I need to return for the remainder of my appointment. I want to like this office, So far it's a thumbs down. read more

Dr. Victoria and Erica have been very knowledgeable and helpful from the first time I stepped foot in their office. The Medical Receptionist was pleasant when we checked in. Soon after I was called back & Carlos took images of my teeth. After we were done he took me to the room where I would have my exam & cleaning. He was very personable. Erica came in and did my exam and was full of knowledge regarding my sensitivity of my teeth what I could do to help cure the problem. Dr Victoria came in did my cleaning and informed me she could give me an injection or numbing gel for my cleaning due to the sensitivity of my teeth. She had a wonderful bedside manner. She explained to me what kind of treatment I need to get back on track. With my dental insurance and their cost everything was very reasonable. The office Manager Kayce explained to me the breakdown of my portion out-of-pocket. She was just a delight to talk too. The staff is kind and considerate.
