I have never been more uncomfortable with a hygienist. That same person days later with a family member, had to leave work while the patient was mid-cleaning... McNeil and the tenured hygienists were the only redeeming quality but they are all gone. Brandon Hall would spend only minutes reviewing my teeth and seemed more concerned about efficiency to spend anytime actually talking with the patients.

She actually let me do it once but after that she was totally against it. I Brought this up to my pulmonologist and he suggested that since most dentist/hygienists know little about lung disease and that I should find a new dentist. So I made a change as soon as I could .
