I have never been more uncomfortable with a hygienist. That same person days later with a family member, had to leave work while the patient was mid-cleaning... McNeil and the tenured hygienists were the only redeeming quality but they are all gone. Brandon Hall would spend only minutes reviewing my teeth and seemed more concerned about efficiency to spend anytime actually talking with the patients.

I have been a patient here for close to 30 years. She actually let me do it once but after that she was totally against it.
