everyone was nice except for this older African American man. i placed a mobile order this time and there were quite a bit of bags up on the mobile order counter (about 7 or 8) and he was still putting stuff in some of them so i patiently waited behind him because i wasn't sure if mine was done or not and he turns around and goes "what do you want?" then i say "hi i placed a mobile order for ___" and with attitude he goes "okay so?". that's when im like "i was just wondering if you know if it's ready cause i can't see the names on the bags cause they're turned around and your still putting stuff in them" which then he goes "so go through them and find yours". i found it rude and i don't want to be going through and touch my other peoples bags. i told him the name i thought he'd be the one to give me the bag or at least just point to whichever one it was then i could grab it. other than the in person experience, the food tasted fine. read more

I'd hope you guys truly improve your food and especially your service. The way this location treated me with complete and utter rudeness for placing an order online for JUST HOT DOGS AND A FRY. Yes I totally understand ordering an hour before close isn't the greatest but as someone who has worked in a 5 star restaurant for years and seen truly how hard cooking can be, I promise you making one extra order isn't the end of the world. Wow!! Best customer service we've had in a long time. I mean Joseph was amazing!! The staff here will definitely keep me coming back for more. Lived in QC for over 5 years and have been to all the establishments in the area except for Smashburger. Well we were in the area and my husband was hungry and suggested we go. My daughter and I both wanted to go somewhere else but we gave in. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Joseph. Upbeat personality and made the best recommendations. I thought I wanted a classic burger but he asked if I like truffle mushrooms (I do) so I switched it up. He even suggested the Brussels sprouts (up charge) which were amazing. My husband got the bacon smash double (bacon between the burger patties) and my daughter got the kids cheeseburger which came with a drink and fries. Joseph also asked if we liked rosemary and garlic and suggested the fries. We all got that and really liked it too. My daughter even upgraded her drink to a milkshake. They have so many flavors but she got the salted caramel. Our food came out hot and fresh made to order. They even came around checking on everyone to make sure everything was ok and to see if we needed anything else. I didn't expect much from a burger joint but this place really stepped up their game. My daughter has been trying to get to this place for a couple months. We finally made it today. The place is located in very traffic area of the strip mall and park is kind of wild. The place was not packed at all. Customer service was pretty decent. Brigham helped me navigate the menu seen it was our first time. The burger was good the best part was the crispy cheese and burger ends. The let down was they did serve frozen fries. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was so nice and helpful to pick out what I wanted to eat. Haven't been in a while and thought I should try it out. I will not be going back ever again. It was the greasiest food i've eaten in the last couple of years hands down. I do not feel good wasting over $30 and throwing most of the food in the trash. Smash fries were good, but the burger and scorching chicken tenders were very very very greasy. I would just skip going here if I were you. Unless you're craving those fries. read more

Friendliest service ever! This appears to be a relatively new location. There weren't many customers in the restaurant when we arrived so that gave the employees time to really focus on us, I guess. Both that we encountered were friendly, personable, helpful and just plain nice people. The food was good, which of course we expected. Who doesn't love smash fries??? This place was the worst experience I've had in a very long time. What started off as a family dinner with my 2 kids and their significant others. The restaurant was completely empty when we ordered our food. We ordered 3 separate orders all in concession. My wife and I never received our food. All 4 of the others orders came to the table but ours. I very kindly asked 2 times what the hold up was as other customers were now in the restaurant getting their food before my wife and I. My children were done eating and still no food. Long story short Jose the manager was completely negligent of the situation and gave my money back for our 2 meals. We didn't end up eating at all just our kids. I don't write reviews but this was unacceptable as all we wanted to do is eat dinner but we had to go elsewhere to get served. In these times owners should really concentrate on their customers and making them happy instead of turning them away for life. read more

Me and my husband decided to finally try Smashburger. We were greeted as we walked in and the customer service was fantastic. So kind and friendly! I got the Mushroom Swiss burger with the garlic sauce with Brussel sprouts for my side . I loved the Brussel sprouts, they were delicious and crispy. My burger was great with lots of yummy mushrooms . My husband got a double bacon cheeseburger. It was a nice lunch for the two of us and definitely some good burgers! read more

Smash Burger serves a decent burger at a fair price. I don't plan on eating here, but if I'm hungry and see one, I will stop and grab a burger. They are like an upgraded McDonald's, consistent. Wow, so hard to rate this place. Burgers: Very good for a chain. So many competitors in the area that the foot traffic here has dropped by quite a bit. So that just means you can get your food faster. Fries: They have several options, but the difference just seems to be the stuff they sprinkle on top. The fries taste the same and the add-ons make very little difference to overall taste. Overall: I will continue to come here until all my aged gift cards are used up. The "combo" price by adding fries and a drink put the cost WAY above the value for the quality and portion. The fries for ~$3 bucks are an absolute joke. There is no way I am coming back and dropping $15 to eat here, when I can spend 1/2 at In/Out for same meal. If I am @ $15, then I am eating at 7 Brothers or 5 guys. read more

Very good! The burger were freshly made or atleast they taste like it. I got a avocado bacon club burger and the avocado was so fresh. The fries are not seasoned but it's perfect because I like to season my own. My husband got a double burger and he loved it.
