My wife and I come here 2-3 times a week! We always had a great experience with one of the young ladies (colored hair and has stars on her hat). But yesterday, my wife and I got our food made by someone we think is the manager. She was yelling at a young man to clock out. She was rushing my wife and I. She forgot the extra cheese on my wife's sandwich and when I wife reminded her, she was not happy. Even tossed her sandwich around pretending to look in it and said "I assure you, we did put extra cheese. We can charge you more and put more if you want". The attitude she has towards the people that keep this business open is unbelievable and unacceptable. Change in management is needed ASAP read more

I've only ever written positive reviews. Blue haired girl was rude to myself and girlfriend. Cuts me off when I'm trying to add to my Order. "we will get to it over there" . then we don't get to it then says "u should have said something" when i was checkout and wanted jalapeños. It is now long after time order should have been ready. Store was basically empty and quiet accept for one other person waiting for a to go order. Was told "they are working on it". Can see with only one person working, she is not in fact "working on it".. Two people walked in and placed order while I am sitting here waiting. Did an online order and when I got there they were all hanging out in the back. Nobody up front. There was an empty bag with receipt for my order on it. And no other customers in the store. Sandwich is always good. The two ladies that helped me today were super nice. The girl with the blue hair asked me if the gluten bread was an allergy or preference and i let her know it was an allergy so she took the time to clean everything before making my food which was great. Subs are fresh and portions generous. Not like Jimmy Johns down the road who not only keep raising prices but have been for a while now, skimping on the meats and other ingredients. Meat is good here as is the veggies and bread. All fresh and taste great. Excellent service too, they are quick. Had never had Jersey Mikes before this location opened nearby recently and if they maintain the service and quality, we have a winner. We have long needed a good sub place in this Fry's plaza since the closing of Quizno's years back as then then we only had Subway across the street unless you felt like dealing with the traffic congestion down near Wal-Mart and Home Depot to get JJ which doesn't even hold a comparison. Jersey Mikes does not disappoint and really there are no specific sandwiches I recommend over others as that is a matter of taste but from what I have tried so far it doesn't appear you can go wrong with any of them! This location gives a horrible representation of Jersey Mike's. Incompetent management with no consideration. Ordered online twice now, takes at least thirty minutes over the scheduled ready time. Definitely my favorite sub place. The number 7 turkey mike's way can't be beat. I like how they cut the meat and add toppings in front of you. The staff at this location is always friendly. There have been a few time where we have gone at night and they were out of bread and told us unfortunately they couldn't serve us. DO NOT ORDER from Jersey Mike's app for delivery! I ordered last week because my car was in the shop and they have free delivery Monday. Hour after I ordered and my food was was supposed to be delivered, I get a text saying my order was cancelled, and to contact the store:, so I call, and was told some lady picked it up, so when DoorDash driver came he cancelled my order. Well obviously I'm still waiting to eat right?! So now it's my problem to deal with DoorDash ... deal is, I didn't order Doordash, and I don't have a number or a contact for because I ordered from the Jersey Mike's app. They told me I couldn't get a remake and that I had to reorder, two hours later I did, stupid me, and had my husband pick it up thinking eventually they would figure out how to refund me somehow. Tried to get a refund for a week and still nothing. I'll call my credit card to dispute but it sure has been a lot of dicking around. The Philly steak sandwich is delicious though, only get it if you can order it in person, or someone might steal it and you might not get your money back! Food has been consistent every visit. The staff has been friendly and approachable each visit as well.

My husband and I went for lunch today and this place was absolutely filthy. The restroom had blood all over the toilet, soap dispenser was broken laying on the paper towel dispenser. We were the only ones dining in at the time seen total of 4 employees including the manager. Every table was dirty, we had to clean our own table before eating. Didnt receive a welcome in nor a thank you when leaving. We will continue to drive the distance to thr ironwood location. Where we can be guaranteed a clean place to dinner and pleasant management and staff. At the San Tan location couldn't even get a smile from anyone. As much as I hate leaving a bad review...I feel like I have to. This is the second AZ Jersey Mikes location that is horrible about gluten allergy protocol. I understand that ordering for a GF allergy is annoying...I wish I didn't have to. However, I've been to tons of other Jersey Mikes that slow down and handle it to the best of their abilities. My wife and I ordered two gf allergy giants (my wife even mentioned that the employee seemed annoyed by this), he started by using the normal steps - blue tray down, paper on the tray, different knife etc. however when the gf subs were brought over to the meat slicer he moved over a "normal" sandwhich and wiped the counter. With the same gloves he opened our sandwhiches and sliced the meat,cheese etc. My wife and I considered walking out at this point. We decided we didn't want to make a scene. And since there were customers behind us we chose to not mention the mistake (also since the employee seemed annoyed). We paid for our sandwiches and left...but now we will not be eating them. Sucks to spend $26 per sandwich only to not even have dinner. i know GF is annoying...but please take it seriously. read more
