I know ingredients cost is out of control especially for beef, but for $17+ a burger I expect to be able to define the cook I want with some type of local beef, a good blend like chuck + brisket, or wagyu. You can head over to Four Peaks, AZ Wilderness, Ghost Ranch, Bad Jimmy's and many other spots nearby and get a far superior burger in the same price range.
