I visited this location a couple weeks ago, and had the best experience. I had just flown in, so I was hungry and tired. Leah and Santi were such friendly faces, gave me the best service, and my sandwich was delicious! The location was also clean, which is important because at that time of the night, I probably would have walked right out if that were not the case. read more

Disgusting food and the service was slow , not much to say but im disappointed and probably wont be getting jersey mikes again at like any location. Never had a good experience there and im done trying. I saw multiple people talking and then saw the manager sitting down doing something on the computer. I think the paying costumers should be a priority read more

I just went into Jerseys Mikes 9002, and I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was great, I was immediately greeted when I walked in and helped right away. The food was excellent for how fast the service was. Everyone was very friendly and I will definitely be coming back. read more

As someone with a gluten allergy, Jersey Mikes is normally one of the only fast-food places that actually cares about cross-contamination and taking preventative measures. I've never had ANY issues with service at any location or my allergy being such an inconvenience until today. The short brunette girl with piercings was actually so rude when I asked for gluten-free bread (had to repeat myself twice), she ROLLED her eyes at me multiple times and when I thanked her and apologized for the inconvenience of wiping everything down she did not say one word the rest of the interaction. I've never been made to feel this much of a problem before. I wish I didn't have an allergy, trust me. I genuinely hope she doesn't treat other people with restrictions like this. I will say the younger guy working with her (I believe his name was Ryan) was AMAZING and super kind and sweet. read more

By far the best Jersey Mike's I've ever been to. The girls working tonight were extremely sociable and awesome at making sure my sandwich was made exactly how I like it. I have many dietary restrictions and Bella took so much care to make sure it was made correctly, and the other girl (I didn't catch her name sadly) helped me figure out an easier way to order it for next time! Very caring and knowledgeable employees, overall a great experience. read more

This jersey mikes is close to my work so it's convenient for me but Jesus Christ they get my order wrong 9 out of 10 times it's insane

They were so rude about the cheese. And one was obviously high. I won't be going back to this location.

The subs are fantastic, consistent, and largely the closest you can get in the Valley to what we are used to back home in New York and New Jersey. They are always fast with service, and are always pleasant to talk to. The shop is clean and while I generally get it to go, the look of the shop is nice. read more

Would like to start by saying I have given this location multiple chances; every time is worse than before. Staff does not even acknowledge customers when they walk in (quite a few people working there but only one is actually making subs). Every time I place an online order the order has NEVER been ready on time even if there is absolutely nobody in the restaurant. I have truly never seen this level of stupidity of employees before and would recommend they introduce sone better management read more

Me and my friend went for brunch and this location wasn't busy at all. The food was so delicious better than subway because the food was fresh off the grill. The cheese perfectly melted, I personally would add more cheese and lettuce into my chipotle sandwich. The service was extremely nice and patient, made my whole experience a positive one. I recommend the chipotle sandwich, the bacon is super crispy in the BLT, my friend recommends getting the vinegar on it. Also promoting the jalapeño chips!!! read more

Rude staff, incorrect order. Made me wait 20 minutes for an online order that was ready and just sitting behind the counter. Staff was aware I was there waiting, confirmed the name on the order and then made 8 sandwiches before I had to ask AGAIN for my order. They then acted like I was in the wrong for asking for my order after waiting 20 minutes in front of them while they helped numerous other people. Rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate. Wasted my lunch break. Never returning to this location read more

Recently ordered Uber Eats and I wasn't the most impressed with my order. I ordered a club supreme and an original Italian. The club supreme was quite tasty and fresh tasting. The issue I had was with the original Italian. The meat tasted off and I only finished 1/4 of the sandwich. I don't know what the problem is, but I will try another one next time just to make sure. read more

Great sandwich and when they say giant they mean it. Placed an order line order and it was ready when I there. They put tons of meat on both sandwiches we got. I will be returning read more

I go to ASU and I love jersey Mike's. This location is the only one that is close to campus, and unfortunately I consistently have issues with one of the staff members there. The shorter Hispanic woman with the pink earrings constantly gives me push back on everything that I order. Any time I want to substitute one meat for another, there is always, ALWAYS, an issue. I am a regular at Jersey mikes, and I have never ever had an issue substituting one meat for another. On top of that, this woman is just plain rude more than half of the time. Just unnecessarily sassy at simple requests. When I walk into this location, and i see that she is working, I genuinely get internally upset because I know I'm going to get push back on what I order and/or get an attitude back. Just disappointed. Every single other worker in that establishment does a stellar job with a smile, she is an anomaly. read more

The blonde woman who works there is EXTREMELY rude! I asked for no cheese on my philly, she had put cheese, I order here everyday, the guys know I don't get cheese, I'm lactose. Instead of just replacing my meal, she decided to argue and laugh in my face. She should be fired on the spot. Terrible customer service stay clear. read more

Every time I order from here my order is wrong even if I pay extra for things. Missing avocado, missing bacon when we paid for extra and the thing is supposed to come with bacon anyways, or they add stuff like lettuce that I mark that I DO NOT WANT. Called JS on Friday and spoke to manager Jessica S. regarding their mask policy. Not only did she tell me that JS is only concerned with their employees and not their customers, but that they were advised by corporate not to follow any mandatory mask rules for Maricopa County. She then hung up on me. When I called back, she again, was rude and hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and find a sub shop who actually cares about the safety of their patrons and doesn't hang up on them for asking questions. read more

Great sandwiches. Really friendly, fast service. Super clean nice location. Try the rosemary bread for something different!

Every time I come in Eric is always working! Friendly guy and always willing to help. He deserves a raise!

Happy Birthday To Me. Happy Birthday To Me. I love getting free stuff! Happy Birthday To Me! Birthday Freebees - Who would turn their nose up to free stuff?!!? Not I! I had never been to Jersey Mikes, but I know quite a few friends, the hubby included, who have gone and really enjoy their subs. So, you sign up online via Jersey Mike's website and you'll receive an email a few days before your birthday for a Free Regular 8" Sub and 22oz drink - to redeem on your birthday. When I signed up back in December, I figured I'd try it out for free on my birthday. If I liked it, I would return. So I got the 8" Turkey and Provolone on white. They slice all their meat and cheese right on the spot. Nice. Like. Standard veg choices. I got lettuce, tomato, onion, bananna pepper, and jalapeno. Super easy mayo. Slight dash of oil. Spices. Heavy Must---. Wait. No Mustard. I had to do a freaking double take. What sandwich shop doesn't offer mustard?!?! You give me a choice - Mustard, Mayo, or Catsup....I'll always choose Mustard. LOTS OF MUSTARD! Old school mustard...I'm talking French's Yellow, Homes. Y'a'll can keep that dijon, and other fancy variety krap. I told them to put Red Wine Vinegar, since I couldn't have my mustard. I shed silent tears while they finished making my sandwich. Now the tasting - A little on the bland side. Its alright. But would I pay almost $10 for a 8" sub and a 22oz drink? Um, I'll pass. I mean, granted, they pile on the meat. But that's still kinda pricy in my book. Thank goodness it was free! Will I go back? Sure. But only on my birthday. ;) Given a Choice: Cheba Hut __X__ Jersey Mike's Subs ____ Subway ____ D'Falco's __X__ read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Turkey and Prov on white. - Sandwiches Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

the place is filthy. the Hispanic guy working there takes sandwich making and jalepenos far too seriously, but listening comprehension and common sense not seriously enough. I've issued the same order at the same location and got my sandwich, made right: "everything but green peppers and bacon." couldn't be easier. however, three attempts with this guy, with him issuing some snide, unnecessarily petty comment about the green peppers, "these are jalapenos just so you know" as if referring to the only green pepper in the damn building by any name but jalapeño somehow runs the risk of not being specific enough. If making sandwiches the Jersey Mikes way leaves you unfulfilled at the end of the day, instead of being a d*ckhead, find a new profession. read more

I get that there are considerations to take during COVID but after waiting 40 minutes in line and not yet having my order taken with only 7 total customers in the store, some of which had already ordered. Unless you have an eternity to wait for your food or are self employed and on your own time schedule run away as a fast as you can. They remodeled the store but you can't polish a **** enough to fix the ineptitude that has ran rampant on this location the part year. read more

This is the worst jersey Mike's in the valley. I ordered a sandwich and the women making it didn't even put enough meat on it to cover the bottom of the bread, so I asked her if she could add some more meat and then they charged me five extra dollars for putting the regular amount that is normally on the sandwich. I used to order it through Uber eats and they would consistently put the incorrect things on the sandwich and Uber would no longer refund the money so when I have been going in there and I I've been nothing but disappointed every time. it will be my last time visiting this Jersey Mike's. Management should be ashamed of them selfs Went back again hoping for different results and it Was worse now than it was then read more

I came here completely on accident. I wanted a sub, and as usual, Port of Subs was closed on a Sunday. (dam you port of subs!) I was driving around trying to find something to eat, and I came across this place I have never tried before. Its right off the 202 and Rural Road. Went inside and reviewed the menu, and thought I would place an order. The menu has a reasonable selection, but its not huge. Some wraps, subs, and thats about it. I ended up ordering the turkey and roast beef sub. I asked about the sizes, and thier sizing chart is so odd! Its like 5 inches, 8 inches or 15 inches. weird. I went for the 8 inch roast beef and turkey sub. I really liked the sub. It was tasty! YUM on the bread! I found it to be flavorful and delicous!!! But, I found this place to be EXPENSIVE! WTF $10.35 for the 15 inch sub, before tax? seriously? I dropped a few bucks on my 8 inch sub, but I guess the prices were higher then I would have liked to see. I agree with Andrea that I think this place is a little overpriced. I will say, the service was wonderful when i was there...but slow. Even though the staff was extra nice and extremely helpful, I felt like I was watching my sub being made in slow motion. I would eat here again, easily. read more

Shout out to today's lunch crew for great attitudes and energy! Today was JM's Nationwide Day of Giving and 100% of today's sales in PHX will go directly to Phoenix Children's Hospital. When I got there at 12:00 there was a line out the door but the team was positive, helpful, and even joked "who wouldn't want to be here today?" as they completed my order. Big tip, if you are in a hurry/pressed for time, use their online ordering system and skip the line. Great food and great attitudes here! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Line out the door today to benefit Phoenix Children's Hospital. Even Sparky was in attendance! - Sandwiches Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

I have been into this location twice in the last ten days. Both times the employees manage to make both sandwiches wrong after I repeated the orders MULTIPLE times (literally 3-4 times). I asked for a #8 club sub without cheese, and pickles added. She made the sandwich with only meat, condiments, and four pickles. No lettuce or tomato or bacon. Are you kidding me? How can you POSSIBLY make a sandwich so wrong? and please for the love of god if i hear the question "do you want it Mikes way?" again, after repeatedly saying my order, I will crawl over the counter and make the damn sandwich myself. My god do you people make commission off of Mikes Way? and P.S flipping your iPad around to ask for a tip is a JOKE. read more

Meh. I've been to Jersey Mike's once and only once. I personally help to keep Subway in business and Jersey Mike's didn't steal me away. Like someone mentioned, the sizes of sandwiches is pretty odd. I got a 5 inch. turkey sub and some chips and a drink. The ingredients were good, don't get me wrong, but it all just tasted a little bland. Probably won't go back. read more

Ok I love Jersey Mikes in general but am now traumatized and will never eat there again after my most recent experience. I bought a chicken ceasar wrap, took a few bites then noticed what looked like a curly black pubic/facial hair INSIDE of the wrap (picture attached). I almost threw up but at the same time was super relieved I saw it before I took another bite! I get sick even looking at the photo now! I wanted so bad to drive back there or at least call to give them hell for ruining my appetite, but unfortunately I went in pretty late and by the time I got home and found the hair, they were closed.. there is NEVER an excuse for this sortt of hygiene malfunction to happen and I am pretty disappointed that it happened at Jesery Mikes because besides In N OUT and Starbucks there isn't a whole lot to eat across from where I live. Met up with a friend who is a stage 4 cancer survivor at Jersey Mike's during this pandemic and the current mask mandate in Tempe. To our horror, many customers did not wear masks! When my friend called back and spoke to manager Jessica later, she was rude to her- claiming she didn't have to enforce the mandate and didn't care if her customers didn't wear masks. Then she HUNG UP ON HER. Businesses have an obligation to keep their employees and customers safe- the fact that she failed to follow the city mandate, then rudely disregarded a cancer survivor who cared enough to call, tells me all I need to know about this location and Jessica. I will never visit this location again and we will continue to work with corporate to resolve this. read more

I have been here before, as well as the one in Glendale. It is almost as good as being home, minus the right chew/crunch to the bread. We East coasters know what I mean. But they pull off the rest. Right mix of meats, and always get your Italian "Mike's Way" which is lots of lettuce, olive oil. vinegar, oregano, etc. I always add hot peppers and I am transported back to Main Place subs in Madison, NJ. Do not let them put mayo on your Italian. Just don't. read more

I've wanted to try Jersey Mike's for a while and it didn't disappoint. Not only was I greeted with joy when I walked in the door, I was met with excitement over the fact that it was my first time there. The sandwich was delicious and delightfully messy. I would leave negative stars if I could. This is literally the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. Have you ever wiped anything down?! The slicer and counters are layered with bread crumbs and shaved meats! And don't get me started on the guy assembling the sandwiches. I saw him wipe his nose with the back of his hand (it did have a glove on but who cares at this point), then touch his dirty hat, then proceed to assemble sandwiches. Barf! That's all I can say. read more
