Took a screenshot of my proper screenshot take at 1:34 that it was "still out for delivery" and never received any food or notification.

Zero stars if I could! Ordered and saw the tracker received at 11:20 am and then received another updated out for delivery at 11:38 we called multiple times to see what the update was around 12 something said they were very busy and that they only had one driver once it turned 1:34 I took a screenshot, we called again and spoke with Duty Manager Trey, wouldn't give last name, he was speaking over myself and my wife saying that the driver delivered and it's not their fault if the delivery was not received. We were in the kitchen constantly waiting because it's been more than 3 hours. I called one final time because Trey said they were going to void and return my money and that it might take 5-7 days so I asked a simple question to ask the driver what decorations our front door had because we never saw anyone nor did anyone come and knock. Our neighbors have ring cameras and no one came by, I told Trey the problem is accountability no one is being held for it or communicating it to the customer. Instead it's just lies and rudeness talking over the customer. This is unacceptable and quiet sad that freaky fast is actually 3 hours and never received the order yet saying it's the customers fault!! Are you serious Trey, is that how people are getting treated???Unbelievable!

The sandwiches are definitely over-priced and not very good. It's an okay sandwich for lunch when you're in a pinch or if you're on a road trip. But, much, much better sandwich shops around for better prices without a doubt. GANDOLFOS is by far superb compared to JJ's.

This was my low carb, lettuce wrapped sandwich.

Horrible customer service. I've never wrote bad reviews, but I had to say something after speaking with the manager Miguel. My 5 yr old was sick, so instead of driving over- like we do every week, we had delivery for the first time. One of the sandwiches was supposed to be an Un-Which (lettuce wrapped) because I follow a ketogenic lifestyle. but, once the sandwich arrived, it was in a french bread roll and tasted SOOOOO STRONGLY of onions which I requested none. My husband said his was SUPER HEAVY onions which he did not request, as well. I called and literally VERY GENTLY let them know what happened and they put me on hold and said lemme put a manager on. Miguel got on the phone and said immediately is the sandwich still there. Of course it is. I told him yes, one single bite taken. It was inedible with the strong onion. He asked THREE times if I was sure the sandwich was still here! Like I was lying! At that point, I didn't even want a sandwich delivered due to his customer service. And he said to me, I've been here 7 years and haven't spit in a customers sandwich once. Like what???? Nah, thanks I'm good. We go there weekly, and will NEVER be back. Attached picture is after me picking the onion flavored meat out to eat.

Hairy sandwich

Another bad review for this location. I never got any response the last time that I reviewed this place because there were hairs in my sand which. It's been a long time, just paid about $9.00 for a club tuna but there wasn't a lot of tuna going on. I just ate six inches of bread and cheese. This location still sucks, no one here seems to care and that's the bottom line. Keep pinching your pennies for my few bites of tuna that would've bankrupted your store.

Oh Jimmy Johns you know I love your fresh bread and when I'm at work and forgot my lunch and craving a sandwich, I just call you and you bring me one, I like our relationship, it's been going good, but last few times you have failed me and left me a little sad Today I called and ask you for a #12 with no tomatoes (coworker heard great things about and wanted to give you a try) and a #11 with extra Dijon & all the freebies and while the #12 turned out perfect, the 11 was lacking any Dijon and no hot peppers. It was still a great sandwich, just wasn't quite the perfect one. But my coworker did enjoy her #12. Let's try to mend this relationship the next time I call........

How could I NOT have reviewed JJ's yet?! I freaking LOVE this place! I originally popped my proverbial Jimmy John's cherry in St Louis, then was able to enjoy them yet again in Chanhassen, MN...then Brookfield, WI...but why oh why didn't the Phoenix area have it?!? Why did I need to jump a plane to get my Jimmy John's fix?!? Then, thank GOD, I was driving along Elliot and stumbled upon them!! They've now opened a slew of them throughout the East Valley-primarily in Tempe near ASU, go figure. If you've never been before, there's a couple different sizes...slims ($3.50), 8" subs ($4.50), and GIANT club sandwiches ($5.50). Then, in a category all to itself, the JJ Gargantuan ($7.50). These guys know how to make a sub...and fast! (Their slogan is Subs so fast you'll freak!) Everything is super fresh, not like Subway with their day old tomatoes and wilted lettuce (bleck!). JJ's does it different-they give you the option to make your sandwich an 'unwich'-basically what you order in a lettuce wrap for all you carb-aphobics out there. I've ordered quite a few different subs and all have exceeded my expectations-my FAVES are the #5 Vito and the #9 Italian Night Club both with hot peppers! These guys cater AND deliver. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try-they dont disappoint!

Well generally food is good. Service is about the same here, not particularly special but they get you out the door without much hassle. This occasion was not the norm, other than the music so loud you can't communicate without repeating everything or just deciding "whatever". Well this evening the little, skinny dude behind the counter didn't like me asking why I couldn't get an extra item on the side so I could determine how much I wanted to put on my sandwich so he offers the sarcastic "Have a good night" comment. Had to let him know I was having a good night and that his personality really glistened, like the stuff on a pooper scooper.

Ordered avacado, this is even less than it looks like.

Goldman's Deli Where Your Soul and Your Stomach Both Get Hugged…read more If comfort food had a headquarters, it might very well be Goldman's Deli. Walk through the door and suddenly you're not just hungry you're home. The smells alone could make a grown person misty-eyed. Now let's talk about the pastrami. Lean, tender, and stacked so generously you start wondering if the sandwich needs its own zip code. One bite and you understand why people keep coming back. Two bites and you're already planning your next visit. The soups? Forget therapy have a bowl. Rich, comforting, and restorative. The kind of soup that makes you feel like somewhere in the kitchen a grandmother is quietly nodding with approval. And then there's the gefilte fish. Not the ordinary, polite little slice. This one is special delicate, flavorful, and downright magnificent. Even people who say, "Eh... I'm not sure about gefilte fish," suddenly become believers. There's a little schmaltz, a lot of love, and the unmistakable magic of real Jewish deli cooking. Eat there, take some home, and tell your friends because food this good shouldn't be kept a secret. You might arrive hungry, but you'll leave smiling, a little fuller, and possibly needing a short nap which is the highest compliment a deli can receive. And as they say with a wink and a warm heart: "Zei gezunt, un es gezunterheit eat in good health!" Or in plain deli English: "May you always be healthy... and may your sandwich always be this good." So I trecked 5 miles out of my way to Goldman's (when Chompie's was just a mile away --frankly I don't know why I didn't think about chompies) I ordered the chopped chicken liver appetizer which comes with slices of tomato, a piece of lettuce, slice of red onion, and challah bread. I paid $15.01 for this platter (lol) without a tip for a small scoop of the liver. Just look at the photo. I was shocked to see how small it was. I thought that with a base price of $13.99 that the scoop would be bigger or at least the same size as in the past when it was $9.99. The challah bread was yellow but did not take like challah. Yellow bread slices do not delicious challah bread make--no yeasty flavor as any good challah would have. So here I am regretting that I didn't give chompie's a try. I can assure you that I will not be returning to Goldman's. I know ingredients have gone up but this price for such a small scoop is an affront to the wallet.

Had the meatball sub and green salad. Both tasted great and both were of generous portion sizes. The eclair was delicious and large in size. The cream puff was delicious, as well. Ended up purchasing a jar of spaghetti sauce which we haven't opened yet but are anxious to try. We are definitely coming back. I'm going for the Reuben sandwich!

I stepped into this joint and transported back in time - Sunday after church, five years old again with my grandparents, standing at the counter of Giannella's in Paterson, NJ. With the exception of the cashier dude, the staff was...uh..."mezza morto," and definitely in need of some Italian or Italian-American inspiration. A little life. A little rhythm. A smile perhaps. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, add wet mozzarella, hot soppressata, roasted red peppers, oil, and balsamic.. The cutlets were too thick and the mozzarella, although fresh, was strangely tasteless. Apparently this sandwich was infused with gold, crypto, or something because it rang in at $24 with the add-ons. My person had the eggplant parm, which unfortunately was over-seasoned with only a slight trace of mozzarella. The marinara on the side was undefinable. We hit the bakery on the way out. The sfogliatella and cannoli were great, and so were the ladies behind the counter, warm, lively, and actually happy to be there. Look, I'm goin' back to Romanelli's. I'll even pay another $24 for a sandwich. There's a reason this place has been there for decades, and they deserve another shot.
