He was very helpful, and the whole process was very straightforward from start to finish. We were in and out in 3.5 hours. Highly recommended!

My husband and I were looking to purchase a Toyota Tacoma. I found a listing for one from this dealership, through my credit union. Right away Brian Ponce contacted us after we showed interest in the truck. His customer service was fantastic, he explained the whole process and even made accommodations for my husband and I to see the truck after normal business hours, due to our work schedule. OMG I don't know where to start. I've been following this company's instagram page for a couple of months now. I finally took a chance and contacted Allison on a Saturday and explained my financial situation. Allison assisted me, and made sure the car buying process was smooth and really worked hard in getting me financed. Even on her off day she made sure I was taken good care of by Miguel. Miguel is also awesome and made me feel welcomed in their establishment. All this to say....TODAY I brought home my vehicle and I am forever grateful for Allison and her team! Repeat Customer. I would like to show some appreciation to Brian. He sold me my first vehicle after coming back to the states from living in Guam. I had no prior history, no permanent address in California(healthcare worker) & I know that he took a chance on helping me find a car. I bought my first car from him at the beginning of the pandemic and I I was able to return to him for another purchase recently. Long overdue review. Purchased this Toyota Highlander with Brian back in November as an upgrade to my previous SUV. It's given me no issues for the miles and how long it had been sitting on the lot. Drove this SUV all the way back to the San Bernardino Mountains where we're from and it was perfect. It's made it through one winter already no problems. This thing eats snow for breakfast, lol. Schools First CU worked fluidly with this dealership and we were on the road with our vehicle in less than 3 hours. This was my first auto loan I've ever taken out and Brian made me feel super at ease throughout the whole process. 100% recommend DriveSmart as a dealer and Brian as a salesman.

CarMax offered $11,500, another company offered $13,000, and Kelley Blue Book estimated $12,226--which also resulted in my info being blasted to tons of buyers. One of those texts came from Jay at Car Trackers, and thank goodness it did. I was at my son's jiu-jitsu class when he contacted me, and I stepped outside expecting another lowball offer. Instead, we talked for almost 30 minutes, connected instantly, and he told me confidently that he could beat everyone's offer. I sent him photos the next day, and within 45 minutes he called back saying he could get me exactly what I wanted. I researched the company (they even have a TikTok!) and was impressed, so we moved forward. I met Jay at their Anaheim office, filled out one DMV form, and within 15 minutes, the money was in my account. Smoothest transaction ever. No stress, no games, no back-and-forth. Jay's customer service was outstanding. He understood that I needed to sell my car quickly so I could head straight to the dealership to pick up our new one, and he made it happen without any hassle. If you're in Southern California and need to sell your car, I highly recommend Car Trackers--especially Jay in the Anaheim office. I wish I had found these guys years ago.

I requested that we cancel the contract for non performance. They agreed and the contract was canceled. I won't be utilizing their services in the future.

Several days later contacted by their field tech and agreed to Sat AM home inspection. Tech called to confirm his arrival next morning. Saturday morning received another call that he would be running late. Tech arrived 11:30AM and began a careful examination of the vehicle which besides hairline scratch on rear bumper was in pristine shape. Everything looked good and he said he needed to call HQ to sign off so we could proceed to bank to consummate deal. Became concerned when the call seemed to taking a long time. Eventually it was clear we would not make the bank as they closed at 2PM. Heard the tech explaining the vehicle had dealer installed leather seats etc. Eventually the tech came and said they had had "computer problems" and that the value of the vehicle was $3K below what they offered and acknowledged it was their mistake. They also threw the purchase employee under the bus and blamed her for the error. They withdrew their offer despite they had accepted and both parties agreed in good conscience. Responded that it was their mistake nonetheless and they should accept responsibility and proceed with payment. Needless to say the tech left after what seemed like bullying from his exec staff. Acknowledge this is high volume low margin business. Don't know what legal definition for Deceptive Business Practices" is but kinda fits the scenario. Understand they need to meet margins but also understand a deal is a deal. Cannot possibly recommend this outfit based on the sahenanigans. As an addendum just received another offer from these guys that is $4,500 less that first! Contemplating taking legal action against these bottom feeders.
