I was told by various people to go here. I got my iPhone screen fixed and a day later it was cracked again. When I literally just pulled it out of my purse. When I called to ask what they could do they said they would replace it for another $100 when I had paid $130. The owner may be really good but must of had a bad day or lacks customer service skills. My phone was completely dead. I guess I offended him by asking what his hours were (as we had walked their three times) and then asked about pricing in Delray Beach as I heard it was expensive. I'm from out of town and have to walk wherever I go. It went down hill from there even though I apologized and tried to explain myself. I was told the motherboard was bad and phone not worth it -- so I walked back. A few hours later I thought I would try to boot the phone again and it came back but wouldn't charge. SO I walked back up there to see what he thought was wrong. He gave me a quote. I said yes and then I asked him if he needed my number/name. He replied negatively and again things went down hill. I was told to get the phone repaired elsewhere and yelled at. So take it for what its worth. read more

If you need a phone fixed fast and very cheaply. Paolo is the man to do it. I have two kids and they are hard on phones. Paolo fixes broken screens for half of what Apple charges, and less than what other phone repair places charge as well. He also sells accessories for cheap. He takes trade-ins, though I haven't done that yet. I'll probably buy one of his used ones when it's time to upgrade one of my kids' phones. read more

Just left smart zone repair and they were so helpful and fast. They saved me a ton of money and time. I went to another repair shop yesterday and they charged me to fix my phone and today it stopped working. Rip off. Told me one price charged another. The very next day both my phone and my friends phone were having more problems. Went back to get it fixed again. He said it was a "bad batch" and our phones were held until we paid him more money for a problem that wasn't ours. 2 days later my phone developed the same problem. Went somewhere else more reliable and he asked me who I let mess up my phone so much...turns out there were 4 missing screws, a bad screen and screen connection. Do not go here ever. read more

Just got my shattered iPhone 6 screen replaced in no time. Only took about 15-20 min and he even threw on a new screen protector for free for the wait. Definitely recommend their services. What a treasure this place is! I shattered the screen on my iPhone6 and called Smart Zone that day to make an appointment, which is when they told me to just come in at my convenience. I walked into Smart Zone and I swear without a word of exaggeration I was out the door with a perfect screen in 4 minutes. Price was totally reasonable and it saved me a trip to the Boca Raton Mall/Apple Store, which is priceless in my world. I stopped in here almost 3 weeks ago to get my phone repaired. Although very busy, the guy seemed very nice and took a few minutes to troubleshoot my phone. He determined what he thought was wrong with the phone. He said he didn't have the part in stock. He took my information and said he would call me when the part came in. A little over a week later, after not hearing from him, I called him and he said he forgot to order the part. He said his supplier should have it and he will order it and call me when the part comes in. A little over another week later I called again because I hadn't heard from him. He said he had the part in stock but he was to busy that day and asked me to come in the next day. I told him that I would be there at 11:00 AM when he opened and he said he would be there. I showed up a few minutes before 11:00. After waiting for 45 minutes, and no one showing up, I had to leave. Later I called him and asked what the issue was and he started getting VERY rude with me. He then told me that he couldn't repair my phone. Once he started getting mad at me he then said he could repair my phone, but quoted me a price that was 4 times what he originally quoted. We are now almost 3 weeks after my initial contact with him. When I explained to him that I would write a review based on what happened to me he told me that I cant write a bad review because he never did any service for me. That is EXACTLY why I am writing a bad review. The guy was nice in the beginning, but became incredibly rude. He told me to F*&K off and go to the repair place down the road. He told me that no one would believe my review anyway. I would STAY AWAY from this place. If he gets around to repairing your phone, the price may be different than what he quoted you to begin with!! Very terrible customer service I have been here plenty of times and given this guy more than four $500 I have receipts to show yet he fixes my phone this time in two minutes which was way too quick to even have everything done the right way and by the time I left my phone was already falling apart I get home and put it on the charger and the phone starts to show up as a different screen and I could not receive any calls long story short I call him the whole entire weekend because this was the day after I get it fixed and he is not answering due to his vacation on memorial day I do not understand how I do not even get a refund from this it does not make sense to me especially because I am not a first time customer do not go here if you Live close because I want to Ifix in Boynton Beach. And they told me that the screens that he uses are very cheap and as I can see from the screen now that it's off and replace with a good screen that he is 100% right. I would've been happy with $50 but the fact that I had to buy a brand-new phone not knowing that my phone could be fixed is very inconvenient do not go here please very very very fucked up service provider he may be quick but does not know how to treat people read more
