When I looked at the details, I found layered in charges not originally quoted. One was for the disposal of the damaged windshield, as I had no windshield to dispose of, I asked CS to delete the charge. We took the car to the dealership and they reported 'finger prints and a sticky substance.' Unfortunately, the owner has not responded to repeated requests to resolve this matter, and I am now spending nearly three times more to repair the damage caused by the initial windshield replacement.

Was able to get the window I needed from the dealer, it was not available after market. I did need to pay half of the install up front, via venmo, which I did. But that's when communication broke down. After a few days he finally answered my text and scheduled a time to replace the window. When he arrived I asked what had changed from the last time he worked for me. He said there were staffing changes. I left it at that. He and his helper worked to clean out the glass from the damaged window and replace with the new one. I took them three hours only to discover that they did no have everything they needed. Luis said he would get the part and return the next day or two and finish up. Needless to say I never heard from him again. I refuted the venm charge on my credit card and contacted Safelite Auto glass. For a few bucks more they were very professional and able to get me fixed up.
