I have a daycare center, first time I knew them cuz I need to change a glass door, I contacted Raze the owner and he acted very quickly, showed up at the jobsite measured the dimension of the door and ordered the door immediately. Third time I need to replace some cipher locks, Raze ordered the products for me the very next day and had his technician over to install it. Rather than tell you why you should never use them, I'll just give you the timeline:…read more 3/23/25 - I ask how long it would take to put obscure glass in 4 small cabinet doors, and they say it is normally the same day. 4/24/25 (Thursday) - I'm ready for the work, so I call to confirm and they say, actually, it will be ready Friday. No big deal, I drop them off and plan to send a courier to pick them up. , 4/25/25 (Friday) - Courier picks them up, brings them back to me, and as soon as I open the package I can see all sorts of problems - spots in the glass, silicone caulk leaking over the glass, etc. I tried thoroughly cleaning, to no avail. I call them, and they say, "Okay, bring it back." (No apology at all.) I say, "You should pay for the courier", and they refuse. Fine, whatever, I need this done, so I pay for it. They say it should be ready Monday. 4/28-5/2/25 (Monday-Friday) - Every day I call, and every day they say it isn't done, and that there's someone out sick, that the guys who do this work in the shop are usually out on jobs and can only do it first thing in the morning, that the dog ate their homework, that there's no manager I can talk to, etc. Finally, I gave up and sent yet another courier to pick them up. I'll have to remove the last bits of silicone myself. I asked why they committed to doing the work in a timely fashion if they can't really do it, and they said "this is timely" (!). They even built a custom wood cover that really tied the room together and made everything look intentional and clean. They kept the jobsite impressively clean throughout, which I really appreciated. And beyond the solid craftsmanship, they were very, very, very gregarious--easy to talk to, upbeat, and clearly enjoyed the work. It made the whole experience more pleasant from start to finish. The trick was these repairs were about 35 ft off the ground--not for the faint of heart. I found LeBron to be a pleasure to work with. He is, obviously, very knowledgeable and professional. He is articulate and a good communicator. When the repairs turned out to be more complex than anticipated, he let me know what the issues were and what would be needed to effect the repair. I was very pleased with the work that he did. I did end up spending quite a bit more than I expected. But, in the end, it was worth it.

What more could one ask for? My late grandfather was a stained glass artist. I have three of his lamps, all three of which have needed repairs over the years. Each time they do, I take them to Steve. I had no idea where to start and after a few calls of people saying "we don't do that kind of repair" I had almost lost hope and even started looking at new doors entirely. Luckily, I came across Steve's work and in no time at all he was at the house, removed the old window, installed a temporary glass pane and took off to start the repair. Within the week he was back to re-install the window and it looked like new! He had polished up the entire frame and even re-welded some of the joints that were starting to fail.
