I reached out to fencing companies and scheduled some estimates. I was told that my problem was too small of a project and that I should find a handyman instead. I hadn't met with Casey yet and thought he would tell me the same. But he responded that my problem wouldn't be a waste of his time and that he'd be happy to help. He came out -- twice -- and gave me a very reasonable quote. He also caught another rotting post that other people (at least three of them) had failed to see. Casey was also responsive even though I took a while to get back to him. We ended up being unable to work with Casey as our neighbors fixed the fence. When the time comes for a new fence, I'm not bothering with other companies. I'll be reaching out to Casey and Six Bells for sure. Sitting on the fence about who to hire? Stop thinking and hire Casey and Six Bells!

When our neighbors expressed interest in having part of their fence done as well, Elijah was happy to meet with them promptly to provide a quote. Andreii was extremely communicative and kept us updated throughout the project. They completed our fence (including our neighbor's portion) in just 2.5 days. On projects day Ryan and his team is super responsive and respective to my place, shoes off whenever in house, not even a tiny scratch on the wall or anywhere as they hand held and lifted each plank like a baby with two people holding each end, they did this with all the planks maybe twenty of them or more, and my townhouse top deck is on fourth floor! I worked with contractors teams on kitchens and yards before and I have not seen a team like this, with both quality and efficiency. I hope all the contractor teams are like this and any house project will be a delight. After project finished they helped cleaned up everything and no trace, I got back home and found my house is cleaner than pre project The finished deck is amazing! His team was super helpful and asked several questions regarding preferences for the construction and factored in a previous issue with the old fence, which had been routed close to a growing tree and started leaning as a result. They came in the rain and finished a pretty long run within the same day, and it looks great! Both neighbors on either side of the fence have asked for contact info to get their fences replaced after seeing the finished work! Alien Fence will be my go-to company for any future work.
