Darrell the technicians first question was: "Do you have an LED bulb in the garage opener"? Seems LED bulbs can interfere with the signal on the opener. We replaced the bulb, however because the key pad is over 25 years old , I decided to replace it. I also asked for an inspection of the entire garage door system, the very noisy wheels needed replaceing. Thought it best to be proactive, since a broken garage door can be a real pain. I was very pleased with the quick response, the cost of the service and most of all the very professional and friendly service of Darrell.

After unsuccessfully searching for parts at three stores, I began calling service companies to find parts. I spoke with Josh(?) and he had all the required parts and quoted me a very attractive price and could complete repairs that same day. This was already 3:00 pm! Lucky for me, Taylor arrived at 4:00 and brought not only parts but a great attitude! Because of his expert knowledge and professional demeanor I let him do the work! He went above and beyond, completed a thorough inspection, made reasonable recommendations and replaced and tuned not only the broken spring but all the other parts that made everything work as new. I got to watch! Thank You! PS, he was finished by 5:00!!! Highly recommend Boulder Garage Door. Yelp erroneously has their name as "Golden" Garage Door with address in Wa state.

I can't say enough about A-Team Garage Doors. We had gotten a couple of quotes from the 'larger…read morebrand companies' and put the project on hold based on the prices we were quoted. Then we found A-Team when our opener broke, and the person that came out for repair suggested we have them quote the doors. When I got the quote, I was very skeptical. The price for doors of the same visual style was 50% less than the other quotes I had. I then did a side by side comparison of the door quality, and the thickness, backing/build and r value were all better on the A-Team doors. We pulled the trigger and were quoted 6 weeks. 6 weeks later - almost to the day - the doors were delivered to A-Team, and they were ready to install them immediately. They came out that day and installed both doors in a matter of hours. These were not cheap doors - and we were in-part paying for style... faux wood metal doors with window panes and proper insulation ruggedness for 8,200 feet. One of my biggest concerns was whether they would look like wood or would the pattern repeat and be obvious. Not only did they look great to my eye, but I just got the best compliment from my neighbor who asked, are those wood doors? Just what I wanted to hear! A-Team truly are just that. Don't hesitate to reach out to Patrick or John... they're the best!
