Don't much care for the new color scheme, or the new layout with the single entry and exit door, but I can tolerate both -- change is inevitable after all. And if you're going to run a meat counter ALL the meat on display should be fresh even if it's an item that doesn't sell because the price is ludicrous. But that isn't the problem. Management needs a tune-up imo, as there is absolutely no excuse for expired products to be on the shelf days after the expiry/use by dates. This has never happened before, but after the third expired item I had to start checking everything else before I put it in the cart. Shelves look a little light too. Hope it's not to late to get off the rumble strips and back in the center of the road where this store has always been.

Only one line was open, 10 separate carts waiting. When I made it to the front the tall young man working never said a word to the shopper before me and made him bag his own items. I was mind blown that not a single word took place during the entire encounter. Then when I get to the counter he ignores me too. I said "hi" no response, didn't even lift his head. I say "how's your day going" and he literally paused as if he wasn't sure if he should respond and then said "oh, good". That was the end of our interaction. I had to bag half my items because the people behind me started handing him their payment before I even got my receipt. It's actually almost impressive how poor of an employee you can be and retain a job here. A simple "hi how's it going" isn't too much for a checker to muster.

I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like someone thanking to your parents that way. No response from him and he proceeded to scan the items. Manager or employee shouldn't be speaking to customers with that response or that tone. If you don't have cashiers before you open the store to customers, you shouldn't be opening the doors then. Very unprofessional and urgently require management skills, priority skills when running a supermarket. Star should be a negative

I've had the pastas, the beef stroganoff, shepherd's pie, meatloaf, pot roast... all of it. You really can't go wrong. It's all just solid, delicious, comfort food. The staff are always so friendly. His enthusiasm, positivity, and genuine passion for what he does are absolutely contagious. He took the time to talk with us about different cuts of meat, shared cooking tips, and explained the current specials without ever making it feel like a sales pitch. You could tell he truly enjoys helping customers. The lamb chops he prepared and was handing out for customers to sample were outstanding. They were cooked perfectly and showcased the quality of the products Sprouts offers. As a retail manager with more than 10 years of experience, I know how difficult it is to find team members who naturally connect with people the way Mike does. Technical skills can be taught, but the energy, authenticity, and customer-first attitude he brings are incredibly rare. Sprouts in Glendora is fortunate to have someone like him leading the meat department. I'd also like to recognize Brianna at the checkout for being friendly, helpful, and eager to assist, and Damian, the store manager, for being genuinely kind and welcoming. It's employees like these who make this location such a pleasure to shop at. We're lucky to call the Glendora Sprouts our neighborhood store.
