Expressed with rudeness to couple that there were no cashiers and he need to help in self check out. I proceeded to pay and as everything played in front of me I had to speak out loud to him you should have patience and watch the way you talk to them. I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like someone thanking to your parents that way. No response from him and he proceeded to scan the items. Manager or employee shouldn't be speaking to customers with that response or that tone. If you don't have cashiers before you open the store to customers, you shouldn't be opening the doors then. I have had a few negative experiences especially with the service deli and bakery employees. Well yesterday I went in and I saw the self serve bagels that are near the entrance. I wanted to buy a few and noticed there were no bags only the plastic wraps to pick them up. I asked a male employee from the bakery if he had any bags so I could purchase bagels. He quickly said no and continued working and ignored me. Really so disappointed and it really makes customers feel like we are bothering you. What happen to customer service. This isn't the first time the bakery employees lack customer service . I bought a few things and left . The cashiers are always nice. Its your deli/bakery employees could use some customer service basic training. A while back the deli lady told me she was busy when I asked for help.

Every single day no one knows where anything is, no one knows what products they carry or even which department something belongs to. It's complete chaos. And despite that they were very friendly as well. I was able to get A LOT of the Halloween goods on sale here for a reasonable price. I was able to find the Halloween pasta, cheese, and sauces at this location and not at the other 2 that are a bit closer to me. I was able to get Dia de Los Muertos sugar cookie decorating kits and "haunted mansion" gingerbread house kits for around 60 cents which is insane. This was back when I taught middle school so it was a HUGE steal to stock up and provide it to the students. Great location!
