The reason? Well, one very good reason is their prices for diagnosis and various repairs are listed right on their company webpage. I didn't have to sweat the cost range, or worry about added charges. Western Mechanical noted their expertise in both commercial and residential units, and James was quite familiar with my HVAC type and brand. The item needed to repair the HVAC was in his vehicle, and the process took only about 1 hour. When he had completed the job, I asked him for his honest opinion about the health of my unit;better to plan ahead than suddenly find I have to replace the HVAC. Fair price. Excellent customer service.
