I've shopped at Small Pockets for years, both for my son and for gifts, so this experience was especially disappointing. Because they only accept consignments on weekdays, I made a special trip during the workweek. When I arrived, no one was at the counter, and I had to find a team member downstairs to get assistance. I explained that I had two bags of well-maintained, name-brand children's shoes to consign. She told me they only accept "brand new" items, which was confusing given that this is a consignment store. When I tried to clarify what she meant, she was dismissive and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. My items were not formally declined. I chose to leave with them because the interaction was so condescending and unhelpful. I would rather donate them to someone in need than continue a transaction with an employee who treated me that way. Unfortunately, I will not be returning as either a consignor or a customer. read more

Cute adorable resell shop! Found the most expensive nice topcoat for my son and suit jacket at amazing prices! Will go back for sure. It is a small location right behind Starbucks. Only visited due to a friend recommendation and wished I had been sooner since kids go thru clothes like crazy. read more

I absolutely adore this shop! They always have the perfect gifts and love getting my little one his holiday outfits here! The owners are local mom's themselves and are always helpful when trying to pick out gifts (prior to being a mom myself). I even have called/texted with Natalie to find a gift - she sent me images of what they had in store. :-) I highly recommend Small Pockets- you will LOVE their selections and make sure you go take a peek at their tea room - it's so precious! Also- they do StoryTime events and Photography events throughout the year that I'm looking forward to bringing my new little one to! read more

Ridiculously expensive and I get the store is small but it is so cramped in there it's uncomfortable to even look around

First of all, I want to say that I love the selection at this shop and I love that they have both new and used things. But the customer service is so atrocious-- it's like nothing I've ever experienced. I bring in Hanna Andersson, Peek, Boden, etc and I've purchased hundreds of dollars of clothes from there but the owner always follows me around the store as if I'm trying to steal because I'm in my twenties. They're snobby and rude and they make being in there downright uncomfortable. read more

The customer service at this place was the worst I have ever experienced. I brought in two boxes of clothing that were pristinely kept and over $100 a piece and the woman at the front desk said it didn't fit the "Back to school" look so she did not accept any of it. She suggested that I go to a thrift shop because people wouldn't buy those items at her store. The brands I brought in included Hanna Anderson, Polo, Janie and Jack, Viva la Fête, etc. If I could give this business zero stars I would for how rude their employee was to me. read more

Small Pockets is a locally owned baby and maternity store offering both new and slightly used clothing and consignment. It also looks like they have a party space but this review is just for their shop. Their products are on the higher end price-wise featuring brands like Kickee Pants. I didn't find a lot to purchase however. I suspect that people come in regularly and grab the good stuff that's been put out on consignment. I'll definitely be back if I need to get a gift. read more

The reviews that are on here for poor customer service truly surprise me because I've had nothing but great service from them. They're so friendly and helpful as soon as we walk through the door! And they have a great selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. We actually just had a silhouette of our daughter done in the tea room. We love this place! read more

Found some nice maternity clothes for my daughter. They have lots and lots and nice baby and kids clothes.

My mother and I had to come to Dallas for my daughter's camp, and I looked up this boutique. The pictures looked so cute, and I was anxious to check it out, so we made it our first stop. The store worker (Megan- I heard her answer the phone so I noted her name) was so rude! I was in the store a good 15 minutes and she didn't even acknowledge that there was someone besides herself there. I found some precious shoes- their inventory is adorable! However, after hearing her snarky tone with a customer on the phone and her lack of courtesy towards me, I put them down and left. All it would have taken was a simple smile or a hello to make this review jump from one star to five... I will never understand some people I guess. read more

Such an awesome store. They have a great selection of clothes, even for older kids. All clothes are in great condition. They also have a fantastic collection of unique and customizable gifts. My gf & I stopped into Small Pockets today for a quick browse...so glad we did!! The store was immaculate and well-stocked! I read other reviews this afternoon regarding Meghan - how we she must have taken those reviews to heart because she was incredibly helpful & accommodating to us! She even wrapped the boy items Im blue tissue & the girl items in pink - very cute touch! They even do monogramming. I will definitely be back!! read more

The BEST place to shop for kids, hands down! **New and consignment** Infant-School aged children clothing, shoes, sports and dance gear (new and used!) hair bows, maternity, embroidering and an adorable tea/play room the kids can play in while you shop...genius! What every mom desires, a place for the kids to play while they shop. The prices are terrific, the selection and assortment of brands is incredible and what keeps me coming back. They do a great job selecting top notch consignment items not worn out clothes that look used up. When your kids outgrow their wardrobe every season it doesn't make sense to shop anywhere else! Plus the tea room to rent for parties is adorable and at a great rental price! Their insta sales and frequent sales are not to be missed. We just stalked up on ski clothes and spring sports/dance wear plus some adorable Christmas attire for the kiddos! LOVE this place! read more

This is such a sweet little store! They have a great selection of gently used, upscale clothing for children- babies through elementary age. I've bought things for my five year old and my 10 year old, beautiful clothes. There are maternity clothes on consignment as well as new baby gifts. Downstairs is an adorable tea room available for birthday parties. I've consigned with Small Pockets too and haven't had any problems whatsoever. Staff is friendly and helpful.
