He already knew what he wanted, Chicken Wings, and I already knew what I wanted, Bulgogi! He also ordered Onion rings. His chicken wings were like: that big! I've not seen chicken wings as big as legs. He had Honey mustard with his wings. I've not seen him devoured all of that, in one day, you could tell he was starting to slow down by the last leg. My bowl was perfectly seasoned, and I really enjoyed all the meat cut into my bite-size! We will definitely be coming back.

Walked in and was pretty surprised there was no one around. (Head-scratch) OK, I'll try them anyways. No one at the counter either. I checked out the menu board and just waited, np. Out comes, possibly the owner or cook, whom was helpful about the types of wings and sauces but that was about it with the interaction. I guess helpful enough, even thought I've never been here. So I went with the 12-piece Bone-in Wing Combo (@ $29.49), which also comes with fries and coleslaw. The sauces I chose were the galbi and hot honey mustard as recommended. At first, I wasn't sure which wings were which, meaning they both almost looked the same. But obviously the hot honey mustard was lighter in color versus the galbi. The wings were crispy and excellent, but a tad bit over saucy. I wish I had more crisp on the outside. Maybe I'll ask for sauce on the side next time. Also, the big box of Crinkle Fries were decent, but I thought the coleslaw for some reason was very peppery. I didn't understand why. I guess that's their style of slaw, idk. Overall, I really wanted to love this joint, but I feel that it's just a 3-star kind of place imho. It's the price versus taste versus how hot it was outside. Unfortunately, the place didn't have any a/c on and the tables didn't look as clean as the other older posted pics on yelp. Someday, I'll be back to hopefully upgrade my review, but for now, it is what it is.

I ordered the 9-piece wings and fries combo along with the barbecue nachos. We waited about 30 minutes for our food, only for my order to arrive without the fries. I then waited another 30 minutes before finally getting assistance from an employee. When another employee came over to address the issue, the interaction felt very rude and unprofessional. I had clearly stated my order twice because I had heard that orders could sometimes be mixed up at this location, yet I was still told that the fries were never entered and was even asked to pay for them again, despite already being charged for them on my receipt. Unfortunately, the long wait wasn't just an issue with my order. Everyone in my family waited at least 30 minutes for their food, and my grandma was the last person served. When her wings finally arrived, she found that they were cold on the inside and was understandably very unhappy with the experience. I understand that restaurants can get extremely busy, and I work in an emergency-service environment myself, so I completely understand being under pressure. However, being busy shouldn't mean customers are treated with an attitude or made to feel like they're an inconvenience. This was our first time trying Fire on the Mountain, and unfortunately, the service and overall experience left a very bad impression on my family. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend this particular location.

Kinda awkward but hey, I understand the sentiment behind customers arriving while you're having a conversation clearly the cashier was having a conversation with another person and I guess we interrupted. Talking to them felt like we were such a bother tbh. We were treated with contempt and were spoken to condescendingly. I wasn't there for goodservice though since we were both just really hungry. The food itself? Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it. I've been to multiple smash burger spots and this one is definitely in the top 3. The prices here are a tad higher than anticipated but honestly, for the experience it's worth it. The restaurant itself is very quaint and inviting. I like the atmosphere it provides -- especially sitting by the windows :) overall, great food with lousy service. Shoutout to the cook/cooks though -- made me wish I bought a second smash burger to go

The wing was crispy, flavorful, inside was super moist, I definitely regretted having lunch before coming here. Store is like any convenience store, no frill, friendly staff, and yes, amazing wings. We were told they lost their supply earlier this week and had to toss it out. I offered to go to Costco for them. LOL...Now thats funny! Not sure how they run a chicken restaurant without chicken. We ordered the whole chicken, traditional with 4 sides. Pricey, so I was expecting greatness. Instead, I got the small chicken I ever seen. They need a new supplier if that's the size of their chickens. Paying $60 for a whole fried chicken is over priced to start. There has to be something that makes it better. I looked for the differentiator from other places and nope, I couldn't find it. The chicken was moist and decent, that's why I gave 3 stars. The sides were small, made for one or two not 4. The corn was the best thing for sides. The mash potatoes and Mac & cheese aren't worth buying. Take the Cole slaw and corn. The staff was just there. They act as if working is a problem. No smiles, no excitement nothing but what you want? Could be better. T
