Avocado toast with egg! So good.

A delightful and delicious breakfast! Loved the friendly service and amazing food. Ate breakfast in and took a loaf home. Wish we lived closer.

Well this is a cool little bakery next to the university. The small size of the place, with the doorknob entryway reminded me of a few coffee shops in Dublin Ireland. It's the old-school aesthetics I guess. We weren't really greeted until we walked up to the display case, but it's sorta expected. We arrived around 1pm on a Saturday, so it was near closing time (2pm). Really though, no issue with service as the lady that helped us was nice. It was still fairly busy, plus I did see her clean up tables. As for the bakery selection, they offered everything from bread loafs and baguettes, to croissants, cruffins and muffins, to fresh cheesey bagels, and finally to little monkey breads and cookies. For it being late in the afternoon for a bakery, I still wanted to try every kind. We ended up getting two coffee drinks and a couple of sweet pastries for about $21. Their morning bun was so flakey delicious, as was their apple crumb muffin! Next time I'm there, I'm coming in the morning to grab a loaf.

Decided to visit a little coffee shop on the edge of Pacific University campus in Forest Grove. You order first, then grab a table. At least thats what people should do, but some did not. The shop is small and can take it to go, or eat there. Drinks: 1. Strawberry Iced Matcha: loved the matcha, not too gritty and good balance 2. Iced Cappuccino: loved the espresso 3. Brown Sugar Latte: i loved the latte art but more importantly the syrup. Pastries: 1. Cinnamon Roll: surprisingly delicious. It looked like a monstrous roll, but it was a lovely sweet treat 2. Oat Jam Bar: pretty dry, but a lovely marionberry jam 3. Ham and Cheese croissant: nice flakey crust and a delicious savory ham Entrees: 1. Yogurt Parfait: they brought out a fresh one, but seemed to be missing the fruit or sweetness. It was a lot of granola and honey flavor. Yogurt by itself was sour 2. Croque Monsieur: Definitely not traditional and was not my favorite. It was definitely a miss 3. Avocado Toast: i loved the toast and the spices. So refreshing and optional to add an egg 4. Loaded Bagel: with lox and a perfect balance of capers and cream cheese. The everything bagel was perfection 5. Croissant Sandwich: this was okay. Opted for bacon over sausage and it was very basic. Wouldn't get again Overall I would come back for different pastries and that avocado toast.

This is a cool place! The vibe is amazing - small corner bakery with the best bread on the planet. We got a bunch of food: a white chocolate cranberry muffin that did not disappoint, croque monsieur tartine that the husband swore by, an orange flavor mocha which was utterly delicious, just toast which was anything but and drip coffee which was a bit of a letdown but ok. Their bread is beautiful - I am not a fan of the sourdough taste but even I got busy with that toast. My only feedback would be to perhaps have a few vegan options on the food menu. Absolutely understandable if that is not the vibe they're going for here but would be good to have some options! Of course their drinks can be made with non dairy options and that is much appreciated. Would come again for eating out and also buying their loaves of bread (which they're able to slice for us to take).

Order and pickup at the counter. Delicious fresh baked goods available heated up. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

Ordered the BLT, menu said side Salad I was not expecting that... service was nice tho

Ordered the BLT, menu said side salad included but I was not expecting little scraps of spring mix that looked old. Service was nice.

Great place for pastry and a cuppa!!! People rave about their croissants so I stopped by one day and had a memorable Almond pastry!!! I love marzipan ! and the almond pastries have THAT intense almond flavor inside. They are light and crispy, topped with golden toasty almonds and lovely (not too sweet) drizzel. Try them as early as you can before they start selling out. Take a brief walk around a few blocks, there is lots of foodie fun to discover around downtown Forest Grove!!

I absolutely love this bakery and I appreciate so much the local and organic ingredients they're using - I don't know how I lived without them before lol Their sourdough pastries and bread doesn't give me any symptoms and it's delicious as well and not too sweet which I love. Workers are always friendly and smiling. So happy to have this bakery nearby.

Really amazing food and bread. Worth a short wait. Not a lot of places to sit. Also get a loaf of bread to go. You won't regret it.

OMG...rage post... I get that this is, apparently, the only convenience store in this area. I also…read moreget that working late is rough and you do what you can to make your shift go. This was that classic example where I was reminded of two things: 1) Just move along, smile and nod if you need to - try not t0o engage or just agree... 2) If you can, just avoid the convenience store scene in the middle of the night. I do delivery driving and I prefer the middle of the night because it is (normally) far more peaceful. The folks at the merchant stops are 90% way chill. I was having such a lovely night and just got past the midnight rush as people get those spots open till 11-12. I dropped off an order in Forest Grove so I picked up a pickup for 2 different people at this convenience store. I enter to a customer trying to get stuff from the warm self service food. I can hear an employee barking all sorts at the customer (who never said a single word during my whole visit) - he genuinely looked at me like "I'm stuck... and do not know how to make this stop". The employee was going on and on and on about that they do not have this and that they hate that they are out of anything but sometimes they run out of things that people want. I was confused since it looked like the customer had probably just asked about something and not the history of said item. I just waited for the employee to see me as, with their warm food station taking up a large amount of the store and assuming they are busy doing work they will surely come to the counter. I get that there are a couple 7-11 locations that have a vendor pick up spot but usually they have BIG ASS signs that say that. Here's the thing though - most stores have a fridge/freezer that they take the order out of for me because usually I am picking up drinks or ice cream for a customer. Don't know about y'all but if I ordered a pint of ice cream - it sitting on a counter anywhere near the HOT FOOD STATION, even for 1-2 minutes.... can we talk about science kids? Yep, so the apparent queen of this location genuinely made me walk all the way around the store to the other side of the hot food station to pick up the two small bags while actually giving me a full blown lecture about how this store does things. I was pissed enough seeing she is lecturing me on how to walk unnecessary around the whole store thinking - well, maybe I should have done this and shopped the order myself so that my customer's ice cream was not half melted (did I mention that us folks make more money on tips that on the food???). She kept going on and on about her just telling me in case I was here again. I will have to remember so that when I go there I can say I will get my customer undamaged food thanks.

It's very very busy in the morning actually it's busy a lot but it's a really good 7-Eleven. They try to keep everything in stock even though they're so busy they run through stuff. They still try to keep it stocked well, and again really good. Nice people worked there and if you go there a few times they remember you and they're super cool. It's one of the few nice convenient stores that I like to go to. My husband goes there almost every day to get a cup of coffee, the rewards programs pretty good so I would give them a five because it's a really good 7-Eleven
