Borderline hungry, I decided to check it out. Sue was super friendly and welcoming. I ordered the steak taco and quesadillas. While those were being made, Sue and I ended up chatting on many topics. She connects at a personal level and I love how much of a story teller she is. She let me try a specially made street corn on the cob, oven-roasted and topped with Cotija cheese and Tajin Seasoning. It was absolutely delicious. The taco and quesadilla were out of this world scrumptious. I don't remember when I had a steak taco and quesadillas that delicious. Sweet chili shrimp skewers, thai peanut chicken, asparagus risotto, arugula salad, plus two custom items we asked for: pork belly bao buns and fried chicken sliders. Everything was out of this world. When we asked to do pork belly bao buns, they didn't bat an eye or even ask any questions - and then absolutely nailed it. The amount of food was perfect. It was above and beyond many of our guests expectations of what kind of food they would be served at a wedding.
