Delilah's did our daughters wedding in August 2025. Through some magic formula they were able to provide salmon, steak, and a vegan main, along with four salads that were all gluten-free and vegetarian or vegan AND within our not-very-huge budget. The food was sooooo good. Guests are still raving about it. And they did a fantastic job of both set up and clean up afterwards. They trucked everything all the way to the upper Hood River Valley without any mishaps or loss of quality. I cannot say enough good things about them. read more

I have been a fan of Delilah's catering fining in 12+ years. I have worked with them professionally as they caterers at my event space and in a personal level having them cater my events. All of my interactions with them have been top notch. Fantastic food and a great staff of servers. I will not hesitate to recommend them for an event big or small. I have currently been ordering meals from Heather and crew during the Covid 19 pandemic. They have opened their hearts and mad cooking skills to feed those of us who prefer not to cook. A short list of favorites include their chicken wings, thai noodle salad, her cedar planked salmon, veggie trays. cheese charcuterie spread ... oh her devil eggs, and her lox and meatballs and those little puff pastry doodads and pork loin and oh jeez, all of it. So if you are looking to host a party or an event or wedding or just lazy and want amazing food during a pandemic .... you won't go wrong calling Delilah's! read more

We didn't actually have an event with Delilah's as she didn't do the type of catering we needed, but she did connect us with a company that did. We are very appreciative with the support she gave us. read more

Heather and Linette were perfect to work with for our wedding! They were relaxed, funny, but very organized and provided great advice. Our wedding was a huge success and I am so thankful that they were our caterers! Onto the food. In a word, "Wow". We served cedar plank wild salmon that Heather cooked on-site and Santa Fe Steak along side Tillamook sharp cheddar macaroni and cheese, a bean salad, regular salads, and fresh berries. This spread was something we discussed together during our initial interview/meeting. I would recommend all of it. I had the salmon, that melted in my mouth and was packed with great flavor, the Mac & cheese that had joined the top 5 best Mac & cheeses that I have enjoyed, and the crisp salads that were loaded with fresh berries perfectly rounded out my plate. I also heard people commenting afterwords how delicious their steak was and I can attest that a day later and cold, it was really good. While I try, words cannot express how enjoyable it was to work with Heather and Linette. Their food is top notch and they are just fun people! read more

We love Linette, Heather and their incredible team! Being a gay couple, you never really know what you're walking into meeting vendors in the wedding industry. From our first meeting, they made us feel like family. They whipped up a tasty salad in the moment to try for our menu (which was exquisite!) They have solid communication and are extremely organized. And cook DELICIOUS food!! We highly recommend the taco bar! The day of the wedding was perfectly smooth! They worked well with all our other vendors. Both Heather and Linette tracked us down to make sure they got a hug in before we walked down the aisle! Their team was so attentive and kind and I wish we could get married again just so we can hire them!! You won't regret it! read more

Delilah's made our wedding reception a huge success! Our guests had such a good time and we received tons of compliments on our setup and quality of food. We heard over and over how delicious everything was. We're so glad we had Delilah's team to make it all possible. Prior to our event, they answered our many questions very quickly, came up with a menu and adjusted to fit our budget. They provided a delicious tasting to make our final menu decisions and then a walk-through of our venue to determine the site setup. They handled the table arrangements and made sure everything ran so smoothly during the event. Very organized, professional, and personable. We had such a great experience from start to finish. read more

We chose Delilah's Catering for our wedding this summer. They were fabulous. We actually chose them before we even tasted their food, that's how much we liked Linette and Heather. They are super nice, professional and experienced. Oh - and Heather's food? AMAZING! Our guests raved about it! Linette met me at the venue several times to discuss set-up options, etc. She was very accomodating. I would highly recommend Delilah's catering for any event. We had a destination wedding in Trout Lake WA and came across Delilah's Catering in our search for vendors. We did not have a wedding planner and Linette helped take the stress off us! Linette worked with us, gave us advice, and helped make our day perfect! The setup, service, and cleanup were timely and detailed. The staff was so friendly and helpful. A 5-star rating! I had the pleasure of working with Linette and Heather last year as I planned my wedding from across the country. Linette helped us with everything from ordering our dance floor and linens, to the layout of our tent. She was even able to find the wedding menu that best suited our desire for an economical taste of the Pacific Northwest. Every question and concern was answered promptly and thoroughly. After meeting with several caterers, I chose Delilah's (without even tasting their food) because of how well they listened to what we pictured our day to be. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and I owe most of that to Linette, Heather, and the rest of the staff at Delilah's. The food was amazing and we didn't have to worry about a thing. They even transported our cake the 120 miles from Portland to our wedding site, so that we didn't have to stress our family members with the task. I would recommend Delilah's to anyone. Thank you guys again for helping us plan our perfect day! read more

I can't say enough fabulous things about Linette, Heather and the entire staff of Delilah's Catering. From the planning stages to the magical day itself, the entire experience was nothing but a joy. They care, and it shows. We were truly blessed to have this opportunity to work with Linette and Heather and will do so again without a moments hesitation. Through my work, I have attended events with some of the best catering companies in Portland... and without any doubt, Delilah's Catering tops the list! I will recommend them again and again. And did I mention the food? Delectable. Completely and utterly delectable. If you are looking for a caterer for your special event, you need look no further. You will be in the best hands possible with Delilah's Catering. read more

After having a professional / regulatory relationship with Heather, Linnette and Delilah's Catering for a number of years, I finally used them for "Randstock 2016," my 60th birthday extravaganza held at the Jupiter Hotel in November 2016. As a result, my respect for them and their catering operation, and my affection for them as people has increased a thousand-fold! From this aspect, I found them to be incredibly client-centered, and enthusiastic about helping me achieve the vision I had of my party. They met with me onsite at the Jupiter Hotel to survey the scene and work out the details of table and bar placement. They worked very well with the events staff of the Jupiter. We discussed the type of menu and foods that appealed to me and that would work in the context of the type of party I wanted, and the type of party I could afford. While acknowledging my vision, they also gently dissuaded me from some of my less-than-workable ideas. On the day of the event, they were onsite early and had things set up and well-handled by the time I arrived. They adapted quickly and seamlessly when the unexpected popped up. Their staff was efficient and high-energy, and were a fun, positive aspect of the party. As for the food, I can't say enough! Delicious, fresh, PNW-centric, and completely awesome! Additionally, given that it was a fairly crowded, mostly stand-up party, the food was convenient and easy to handle. And from a planning and cost point-of-view, the menu planning was right-on, in that we didn't have a lot of leftovers. I give them my highest praise and recommendation. read more

Delilah's catered our wedding in August, and we could not have been more happy with the food and service. Linette and Heather were a joy to work with, especially considering all of the changes and stress that went along with planning a wedding in the time of covid. They were flexible, happy to help and went above and beyond. The food was absolutely delicious-home-cooked Pacific Northwest style, but with a sophisticated twist. We got many rave reviews from our guests. We are so grateful they were a part of our big day and highly recommend their food and service to anyone planning a big event. Thanks again ladies! read more

My husband and I were so happy we choose Delilah's Catering for our wedding day. A year has almost passed since our nuptials and we, our families and friends still continue to rave about how wonderful the food was. Linette and Heather shined from the very beginning to the very end. They accommodated any of our special requests without hesitation. Their staff proved 100%+ professional and did not miss a thing. We were also pleased that Delilah's stuck to their estimate. My husband and I would not hesitate to recommend Delilah's catering for any event. They were fantastic to say the least! 5 Stars and beyond! read more

We got married the beginning of September 2018. We loved working with Linette and Heather through the whole process. 15 months of planning! I highly recommend hiring Delilah's catering for your wedding or any occasion! They are the best!! read more

Heather and Linette are truly the two kindest souls you'll ever meet, and to taste the food is even more magical. The variety that Heather is able to create for her customers is astounding! Her Thai noodles, tri tip with chimichurri (heavenly), grilled lemon chicken, and so much more make me so happy! If I could have her cater everything I would! read more

Yum. Yum. Yum. Nice. Nice. Nice. Delilah's catered my wedding and the food was WONDERFUL and the staff were GREAT. I got so many complements from friends about how good the food was and several people said it was the best wedding food they have had. Seriously, that is pretty good considering that we are 20 somethings and each summer involves at least 3 weddings. Linette was super supportive throughout the process and was extremely available via email and in person. She even learned how to do google docs so she could comment on my day-of plan. At the reception the staff were great. I am the type of person who can't sit still and let other people do the work to save my life, but they made me sit and enjoy my day and took care of everything beautifully. read more

Delilah's catered my wedding this past Saturday and their food was Phenomenal!!! My guests raved about how great it was and were VERY impressed. I would have been lost without Linette and Heather through this entire process. Linette and I met several times and kept regular email contact through all the planning. She was there to offer advice from picking menu items, what rentals were needed, how many tables and linens should be set, how much beer would be enough, how much cake...., YOU NAME IT! She also offered me a shoulder to cry on when some things with my venue did not go as planned. Linette was great at keeping me calm when I got a bit "bridezilla" and was always there with a suggestion to solve any problem. She was so helpful, I don't know what I would have done without her great advice and knowledge. If anything went wrong during my wedding I never knew it. Delilah's took care of everything. The staff was courteous, helpful and great at what they do! These people are pros. The food was amazing and the prices are very reasonable. My guest were raving about how delicious everything was. Delilah's also offers compostable plates, forks and cups, which was very important to me. Delilah's handled everything from serving of appetizers, dinner, bar service and cake service. I would recommend Delilah's for ANY function. They are professional, easy to work with and the food is out of this world. read more

We recently hired Delilah's Catering at the suggestion of a friend who had used them. We were not disappointed. My daughter's Bat Mitzvah was a great success with wonderful food. The menu I worked out with Heather was eclectic but she was able to make it all work deliciously! The staff and Heather were lovely to work with and my guests raved about the food, presentation and service. We would certainly recommend Delilah's to anyone seeking great food for a special event. And we will use them again! read more

Heather and Linette catered our wedding this past weekend and they were AMAZING. I literally have nothing but great things to say about them! When we first met them we had a few more caterers that we were looking into but after meeting them we booked them on the spot! Their warm and caring nature made us feel so at ease and they are incredibly funny to boot! They are also incredibly helpful and answered all of my millions of questions. They helped us create a menu that honored my husband's Swedish upbringing while still throwing in some classic comfort food for me! (Their mac and cheese it to die for!) Also, our guests had a lot of dietary issues! We had guests who were allergic to gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts. We had vegetarians and vegans! They were able to make sure that everyone at our wedding left full and happy. One of our friends said this was the only time she has ever been able to eat at a wedding and had assumed she would have to leave early to buy her own food. They even made multiple variations of the appetizers so everyone could eat during the cocktail hour! On top of that, the food was outstanding and really made our day. So many people complimented us the day of and have sent us messages raving about the food days after. My only regret from our wedding day is that I didn't personally get to eat more of the food or spend more time with them! BUT Heather and Linette knew that would happen and packed us a basket to eat later! How insanely thoughtful is that? Especially for the day after your wedding when you're exhausted (and maybe more than a little hungover) and cooking is the last thing you want to do! :) If you are planning a wedding you need to book Delilah's catering now! I can promise that you will not regret it! read more

Delilah's not only catered our wedding (with FANTASTIC food) but they were also basically our 2nd wedding planners. They know so much about weddings and think of all the little details that the bride and groom don't think of themselves. The entire staff was so friendly and professional. They were really clean-cut and hard-working. Heather is a fantastic cook. Additionally, Heather's son worked as waitstaff at the wedding - so three generations of their family were at my wedding. I thought that was so special. Linette always answered my emails promptly and professionally and was just so great overall. And (most importantly) the food was absolutely wonderful. I can't say Thank You enough to Heather, Linette and their workers. read more

We worked with Heather for our Saturday afternoon wedding. She came through with delicious chilled hors d'oeuvres and provided linens, flatware, and staff to make the event completely headache free for us. I also loved that Heather was ready and willing to talk with our other vendors so that everything flowed smoothly. read more

My family held a special memorial service for my foodie/artist mom and wanted a caterer with a personal touch and an eye for PNW cuisine. We chose Delilah's for its interesting menus and Heather's great personality. In 100 degree weather, she and her competent staff created a spectacular spread and hosted the buffet and bar impeccably. She took the time to meet with me at the venue (First Unitarian Church) to help plan the room layout, and together we conjured up a menu that really reflected my mother's spirit. She came in right on budget and planned the food amounts perfectly. If you want an actual relationship with the person in charge of food for your special event, Heather is your girl. She adds nothing but good vibes and fantastic fare to the story. read more

We couldn't have been more happy with the food and service provided by Linette and Delilah's Catering. Linette met us at the house where the wedding would be and gave us excellent ideas for how to arrange everything for the best flow. She had wonderful ideas and it was clear that we were in great hands. She arranged for all the rentals and their delivery which took a huge load off of our shoulders. She kept in constant contact and was there on the day of the wedding to make sure all was going well. She was so warm and kind and caring about every detail going well to make our day special and easy. The food was amazing and the talk of the guests. The server's were fantastic and took charge with humor and good will. They took such good care of the wedding party and our guests that we felt they were part of the family! They even made sure the wedding dog had water! The prices were so reasonable. We would highly recommend Delilah's Catering for any event. She more than delivers! read more

I used Delilah's catering for a corporate event I planned. I shopped around and they were much more affordable than other local catering companies. I was hesitant at first because of the price being so low, but they had me into their commercial kitchen for a tasting and I was out at ease. The event itself ran very smoothly. They handled all rentals, servers, and bartender. The food was AMAZING!!! Thy are officially our new caterers, and I would highly recommend them! Heather and Lynette were absolute gems to work with! read more

I was shocked to read these great reviews. They catered my husbands company winter party and the food was terrible. The salad tasted like nail polish remover smells the instant scalloped potatoes were awful, the green bean casserole was bland and total mush. Better luck next time I guess. read more

I hired Delilah's after reading the Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did! I used the drop-off service, ordering the food and having it delivered the day of our celebration of life, since I didn't need the full service catering that is available. I loved the assortment of foods offered on the menus (so hard to decide!) and got rave reviews from my guests. Heather was my contact and helped with pricing/numbers and also assured me of safe foods given we had a peanut allergy in our group. She delivered on time, set-up a lovely table and returned the next day to pick up the dishes. Everything went beautifully; I will definitely use Delilah's again for a special event! Thanks, Heather! read more

My partner and I were looking to book a caterer in Portland for our wedding. We met with Heather and Linette the first time to discuss our menu. They obviously did not hear we wanted a Mexican theme because when we showed up for our tastings (which they charge $25 per person) all they had what's a chopped fruit cup and some Mexican spices they bought at the store. They gave us cold grilled vegetables to try along with microwaved tofu and chicken that had chopped opinions and squeezed lemon juice. Worst spongy food ever!! The ceviche, crab, and salmon were okay. The worst of it all was that they emailed us the next morning to cancel due to being double booked. They had previously told us that they were only dropping off food at their friend's wedding and they were available for our event. I guess they must of realized we were not going to book them after the tasting. They just wanted our $50. This is was so unprofessional!! Also, unlike the few other catering companies in Portland who offer wine or beer with your tasting, Delilah's only offers you water in their basement kitchen. Keep your money, and you can cook this same stuff at home. read more
