Busy Bee Catering swooped in and saved the day with their "Sides-Giving" offerings fit for royalty! Their fluffy mashed potatoes and gravy were divine. Their chicken apple sausage stuffing was a show stopper, as was the relish tray (as big as a trough for my goats), roasted vegetables and Fall harvest salad topped with sinfully delicious candied pecans. NOT open 24x7 ready to serve food at anytime. The guy even saved up all the days champagne corks for me (I'd mentioned I needed them for a project) and brought them to me before closing up shop. I loved the handiness of the truck, with it's bar that opens folds down from one side and the beer taps on the wall coming from kegs inside. They also had a decent selection of wine and bubbles. The concept of renting a booze truck for events is genius & no doubt I will see more of them around town in the future. At least, I hope I do.
